I used Ann's Cleaning Service for the first time last week. They were prompt, professional and did a fantastic job cleaning my house. My house smelled wonderful when they were done! I recommend them and will be using them again for my routine cleaning service! Service: Deep clean

Used to be a good business. We used them for 8 months without much issues. They have become unreliable the last several months. They increased rates 17% to hire "quality staff". Then they cancelled the next cleaning, one day before, because of a lack of staff. Then they just never showed up for the next cleaning. It took me 4 text messages, 2 calls, 1 email, and a Facebook message to get a response that said they were downsizing because they don't have staff. That was AFTER the second missed cleaning. Very very unprofessional. Find someone else.

If I could give Ann's crew 10 stars, I gladly would. Her and her crew are friendly, trustworthy, prompt, and even text to remind their arrival the day prior. I work and go to school. My wife works 2 jobs. When we are off, the last thing we want to do is to clean our house! Ann's Cleaning Service is very flexible! When I have family or out of town guest coming to stay, just a quick text or phone call and Ann squeezes us in on the schedule!

We have a little dog that adores her and her crew. I have had the opportunity to work from home a few times while they are here cleaning (working in my office). They talk to him and love on him while cleaning the house! Like he is their own! There is nothing better after a hard days work walking into my home finding everything sparkling, clean, and shiny!

I used Ann and her team to clean the carpets for our new home and also utilized their "Move Out Cleaning" for our older home. Amazing value for both options! The team was professional, on time and very organized. They will be our "go-to" cleaning solution in the future.
