Oasis Heating & Cooling

I purchased a brand new AC from Oasis and the AC unit and the labor were expensive, but I understand new large capacity AC units are expensive and it was needed. My old one lasted 20 years. They replaced my AC with brand new AC unit and told me there was a 10 years parts and labor warranty- it was stated in the paperwork as well. 10 months later my Brand New AC unit was not cooling and making a loud motor humming noise.

So I called Oasis and they refused to service it, they acknowledged it was only 10 months old and under their warranty. When I asked about the warranty they said it is for 10 years but they refuse to service it. Do not do business with them. Very unprofessional.

I've used Oasis last year for an HVAC system replacement and had a great experience so when I moved into a new-to-me condo with an aging AC and furnace I called them again. Pricing was good and they were not intimated by getting a crane to get the AC unit on the roof. Great communicators throughout the process for both installs and no mansplaining! Crews were friendly, tidy, and worked efficiently.

We called Oasis for our semi annual service and they were fantastic. Responsive and quick, we scheduled a few days out and the techs were there to the minute. Did a great job and fixed a small leak as well. Highly recommend recommend!

Oasis is the best! They came out to fix our furnace one time on Christmas Eve and ended up being able to fix it for even less than they quoted. Then Danny installed a new furnace a few years later and has been our go to technician ever since, always helpful, polite, kind, and efficient. We could not be happier with them and we highly recommend them for quality service at a reasonable price!

Critical:Responsiveness Had them come out to get a quote for installing air conditioning. Guy was nice and knowledgeable. Said he would have a quote in a couple days. And then nothing. Called to see if they had the right info and was told they were busy but it would be to me next day. And then nothing. Clearly too busy for my business.

I was very impressed by the entire experience with Oasis and especially with our technician Naem. He was very professional and clearly very skilled with HVAC systems. He took the time to help me understand the different components he was checking and provided really valuable recommendations on service for our system. Great job and I'd highly recommend!

Furnace went out on Friday evening and I received a call back and scheduled a service call for the following morning. Naem did a great job communicating arrival time and was able to diagnose and fix the problem with 20 year old furnace. Very professional and overall great service. Would highly recommend and will be using Oasis in the future.

Damiel was absolutely wonderful. He arrived promptly on time, wore a mask and booties in my home, and took care to carefully explain everything to me. I was supposed to have a humidifier installed but he explained there was not enough space for it to function properly and did not charge me for that. He also cleaned and completely fixed my other humidifier (I have two furnaces in a townhome) which was previously leaking everywhere and was totally clogged. He also did maintenance on both furnaces and walked me through keeping them in good shape. Oasis is amazing!

This is just an absolutely fantastic company we've been using them for a really long time the owner Mike great and has really created a wonderful company that is so responsive and so great. They help my mom constantly with a tough A/C situation. Now that I'm in my own condo my heat went out in the middle of this cold. They came out within a couple hours and more able to figure out it was a problem with Wiring from the nest to the system which I had had suspicions there was something wrong with the nest for a while. Promptly fixed and now system is working great. Could not say enough about this whole company, highly recommended!

Excellent customer service, extremely responsive when I scheduled the appointment. Technician was polite and professional. During his visit he used PPE and special Foot coverings when entering my home. He explained thoroughly the service he had provided. I have used Oasis both for maintenance and repair of my heating and cooling system for years and I recommend them.

I contacted Oasis for a quote for a new furnace as my old one was acting up. Mike came out that same afternoon to assess the situation. We planned get the job done in the next week, but a day later the furnace totally broke. Mike was able to move up our appointment a few days, and personally came back to try to get the old furnace running before we could put in the new one. From the quote to the install, the entire process was flawless. Long overdue but bit the bullet and had a new A/C unit, furnace and a Nest Gen 3 thermostat installed. Price was fair, very happy with the work that was carried out, they also took the time to go over the thermostat functionality. Will be using for servicing in the future, highly recommended.

After maybe a year or more of our furnaces clicking and our previous service provider not be able to diagnose the cause we called Oasis and so happy we did. They came out and ordered the part we needed for both furnaces. No more clicking! We are now using them for our bi annual furnace services.

This is the 2nd time Oasis Heating & Cooling serviced my household and both times their services were exceptional! Most recently, they installed new furnace and humidifier. They were punctual, courteous, very considerate bringing covers to protect my washer and dryer from potential damage. When my water boiler turned off unexpectedly, Mike immediately sent out someone to take a look at the issue. It turned out to be a recalled part that needed replacing. The part was ordered the same day and arrived quicker than expected. As soon as I contacted Mike that the part arrived, he sent out someone an hour later to have it installed. Oasis handled an unexpected issue in a very timely and professional manner. It is great knowing that long after my water and cooling system was installed, I can rely on Oasis to be responsive and handle any service requests.

Came out right away, fixed the heat and prices were really fair, love these guys!

This is the second time I have used Oasis and they are awesome! My heat went out and after 20 years the entire system needed to be replaced. The repair guy (can't remember his name) came within an hour and tried everything to get it up and running but it wasn't happening. He was really professional and kind in explaining my options and prices. Within 48 hours I had a new and more efficient system (heat and A.C) which was much appreciated due to the cold weather. Oasis has fair prices. They are on time, not pushy, professional and do great work. I highly recommend.

Very thorough servicing of our heater and replaced our humidifier filter. Also had them look at our A/C for an estimate of replacement and will schedule them in the spring for the A/C service if its still not replaced. Would recommend.

Oasis has been a huge help to us! I've used their services twice so far and both times they have been super responsive and helpful. The first time around our HVAC was causing a leak into our neighbors but with a simple fix of a new filter it was addressed - no problem. The second time was when our heater wasn't working - they immediately put us in the schedule for the next day (weather outside was 30~40's).

They troubleshot the issue and the invoice was fair - oasis does not rip you off. If you need a team who charges fairly, is speedy, and gets the job done - call oasis. You won't be disappointed!

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Oasis. Danny came out on Friday to confirm that our 20 year old furnace had officially died. He was honest with his diagnosis and at no point came off "salesy". We could have shopped for a few more quotes, however we felt that we had developed a trust from our couple interactions with Oasis & their staff.

Fast forward to the install: Fernando & Asim showed up for the install on time, they were professional & efficient, and respectful of our condo associations rules and regulations. I used Oasis for a new A/C 2 years ago and have been enrolled in their energy savings program, which includes A/C and Furnace inspections every year. Today, Naem came out for my A/C inspection (I was a little late this year) and he was very courteous, right on time, and efficient. I recommend them as their prices are competitive when I compared for the A/C and their repair folks are always really friendly and take time to explain everything well.

I really appreciated them getting back to me in about twenty minutes after I left a voice message. It was in the high nineties with the heat index so I know they got a lot of calls. They came out the next morning and had my AC unit running in a half an hour. The price for the repair was very reasonable considering it was a Saturday. The tech was very professional. Will definitely use their services from now on!

I didn't start out on the best foot with Oasis in the spring of 2020 bc I was unable to get in touch anyone there for a day or two (after having had a new HVAC system installed the previous fall). But looking back, that was when Covid was just starting so I'm going to give them a pass. And I have to say. every single time I have called them since then they have responded very quickly, have remained professional, and have been wonderful to work with. especially Danny. Thank you, Oasis.

My AC broke down. They were able to send someone over fast. Danny who inspected the units explained everything. He recommended fixed to all 3 units we have though I only asked about 1. The crew came and replaced two units later and serviced our furnace without me asking or any additional charge. We accidentally cut the cords in the backyard, they came and found the problem, fixed it for us without any charges. Sarah in the office is on top of communication and was super friendly and helpful. Love this company. Highly recommend.

Overall great experience working with Oasis. They gave me a fair estimate to replace my old AC with a completely new system and quickly got me financed and scheduled to complete the work. The install crew arrived on-time, was very respectful of the me and the property. They finished the entire replacement of my system within 2.5 hours and everything is working great. Dealing with Oasis was a welcome, breath of fresh air after dealing with a different awful company (Four Seasons) that wasted my time, money and left me without AC for more than a week during our hottest days yet this summer. Oasis was also much more reasonably priced. Thank you to this great company and team that helped me Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Oasis. Originally called out another company to service my rooftop packaged HVAC unit, and they determined that it needed to be replaced. Got quotes from 3 businesses total, and Oasis was the most competitive, responded quickly, provided multiple options, and were the most communicative. After the unit went in I contacted them again because things didn't seem to be working optimally, and they came back out immediately (twice). Things are now working great (writing this on a 90 degree and very humid, but you wouldn't know it with how nice and cool it is inside) and I'll continue to not only use Oasis for future servicing, but recommend to friends and family as well.

They showed up on time and were nice not to charge me for an estimate on an A/C replacement. I guess they didn't charge me because they never sent me a quote, which I asked for multiple times and didn't receive any proactive communication from Oasis on the status at all during this time. Danny texted me that he didn't know why his office hadn't sent me a quote but that it would be $7400 to replace a 1.5 ton A/C unit in a 1BR condo which is highway robbery anyway. Can't rate their work but was disappointed by the experience based on the reviews (and shocked by the sticker price).

Great service, very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I will be sticking with Oasis for my Heating & Cooling needs - they've been here twice and we are confident with their service.

I cannot recommend Oasis Heating & Cooling enough. My heater wouldn't turn on during one of the cold spells he had this winter. I called them, well knowing that it might take them a couple of days to come by. The operator was so kind and made it happen by the end of the day. I appreciated her ability to sympathize with me (we had a crying baby in the background) and she called all the employees to see if there were any openings.

I appreciated her so much for that! Once we got someone out (that same day) they ordered the part within hours and were ready to come back the next day. However, the problem turned out to be a huge People's Gas problem in the community and we had to cancel the order. The owner made sure to keep in contact with us to make sure the issue was resolved with People's Gas and that our heating and cooling system was working.

I appreciate them for their promptness, their empathy for a young family (who wants baby to be cold?), and for checking in. We will continue to be costumers. Pro-Tip: join the Oasis Club- for $20 a month they come out twice a year to check your system and winterize it/ set it up for summer. You also get 20% off with any service.

Had a great experience with Oasis across all dimensions - price, service, timing, and expertise. We are in a new construction condo and have had issues with the developer's own handiwork so wanted to use an independent HVAC company to fix some issues around our smart thermostat and humidifier. The tech, Danny, did an excellent job in diagnosing and fixing our issues.

He showed up on time, followed all recommended protocols for COVID, and was extremely detail oriented in examining and diagnosing what was wrong. He found a few different issues with the furnace installation and set up (beyond what we were aware of) and explained to us in detail all of the items he was fixing and the root cause of the problems we had called about.

Everything was addressed within ~30 minutes and there were no additional parts required so we were only charged what was initially quoted to us for the diagnostic visit. On pricing for Oasis - we didn't go with the cheapest option we found because we wanted to make sure it was done right the first time but Oasis was definitely much more competitive than some of the quotes we received.

Given how easy it was to schedule, the fair pricing combined with high quality service, and the knowledgeable tech, we will definitely use Oasis again for future HVAC needs and routine check-ups.

They have saved me on more than one occasion! I'm very heat sensitive and have art that is damaged by heat, not to mention my dog. Had to get a new AC unit a few years ago and they were brilliant at figuring out how to get unit up on high deck and get it installed quickly. Then yesterday when I realized my unit wasn't cooling, they came out quickly to fix it. Fast, reliable, friendly, EXPERT service and they stand by their products. I will NEVER use any other HVAC company!

I had a difficult situation that required some creative problem solving. Oasis was the only service to identified those problem up front and discussed the possible scenarios. He proposed solutions clearly and economically. I was also pleased with the quality and speed of his work. He stayed within his proposed timelines.

We are very happy with Oasis services. This is our second time using them. The first time was a great experience. Recently, we needed them again as our furnace pilot was having issues. The technician Asim was friendly, on time and knowledgable about furnaces.

Mike and his crew were very punctual arriving for the job. He arrived with 2 men and upon finding an unexpected twist in completing my job; he called in a third man. Mike was easy accessible via phone-even on Sundays when he personally answers his phone. Finally, Mike used the Roto Vision camera to show me how badly my vents and registers needed cleaning.

This is an amazing company! Mike the owner is awesome as he is knowledgeable fair, honest. His staff is reliable, efficient and very nice. Every time I have had an issue, they attend to it immediately.

WONDERFUL customer service and QUICK scheduling! I appreciate the honesty of Oasis Heating & Cooling. They didn't try to up sell me on anything, just realistically told me how my furnace and AC were doing, and when it was most likely they would need a full replacement. I appreciate the honesty and willingness to do things the cheap way if I can't afford the right way!

They were friendly on the phone and even more so in person. They got me in the day I called and even phoned to arrange to come by even earlier. They solved my problem quickly and even helped me to know more about my furnace.

Joshua came by to install our new Nest thermostat. He was on time, friendly, very knowledgable and quick. He quickly installed the new thermostat and waited for me to set up the account and showed me how it worked.

I called Oasis AGAIN for my personal home services this time. Mike came out the next day to look at our home in Morton Grove to provide a quote. He is always so professional and genuinely kind. Makes it that much easier to want to give him your business.

I was referred to Oasis Heating by a friend. I called them set up an appt. for the next day. Mike came out. Very nice guy, great vibe and attitude. He made some recommendations but not pushy at all. I will be calling him this week to setup the repair. Great company if you're looking for HVAC repair, true customer service and good old fashion honesty.
