Soon after my entire HVAC died and needed to be replaced, I called Restano looking to get a quote. I was very fortunate to connect with Adele. Realizing I was under pressure to find a solution, she made a way for a sales person to meet at my home within 90 mins of our conversation. This was amazing! It took days for the other vendors to do the same. Brian showed up exactly as promised.

He quoted me only what I needed for my situation and did not waste my time, attempting to sell me anything unnecessary or excessive. At the conclusion of our meeting, I had a formal proposal in my email inbox to review. The quote from Restano was the most competitive proposal for equivalent equipment of the four HVAC vendors invited to bid for my job.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night in early March. I called Restano at about 6am and they answered the phone, and someone was on their way to me by 7am. He was very good at his job, did not try and sell me things I didn't need. Repaired the furnace and was extremely kind. I will always use Restano for both HVAC and plumbing. EDIT - today my bathtub began leaking a LOT of water, and I was frantic.

The Plumber from Restano came out straight away, and not only did he fix the issue, but he helped the Hampton/Shaler Water guys turn the line on and off. I LOVE THIS COMPANY. They are kind, and honestly good people. I can't say enough good about them. They have restored my faith in the goodness of people - and THAT is priceless.

Our old furnace stopped working. I called 730am. By 8am they had someone out to give an estimate. It was replaced the next day. The workers cleaned up my poor power wiring configuration and gave me an additional power outlet. They better located the condensate pump and provided new pvc drainage pipe. What i really appreciated was the workers looking at my water heater incoming gas line. They replaced it with a more durable product including new valve. Very friendly. Very good at what they do.

We had someone else originally install our heating system and it was done so poorly that if we hadn't had a fail-safe, we may have died. It was that bad. Restano not only corrected the problem, they did so immediately after we called. They literally saved us! And, what's more, they did an outstanding job. Because of this, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

On 120921 Matt Durrant.was the technician for the job of checking and completing the service maintenance on my HVAC.he did a totally awesome, thorough servicing! All my questions were answered and I've always checked what was being done.he's the first to do things never done before.so glad I switched to Restano for my HVAC! Restano was amazing - from a quick response when we called for an estimate on replacing our 24 year old furnace that stopped working this week to the installation! They gave us a fair price, talked us through all the options and the installers Will and Bill were on time, efficient and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. The air cleaner on our home furnace was not working and it was just beyond the warranty. We called Restano and Rob, the service man came to our house as scheduled. Rob diagnosed the problem and we authorized him to order the new replacement part. After one week the new replacement part was available and Rob returned to repair and test the air cleaner. He gave us a competitive price and repaired our out-of-warranty air cleaner quickly. Thank you again Rob and Restano.

Have been using Restano for many years. We have the yearly maintenance program for 4 houses. Dennis is GREAT! Knowledgeable and trustworthy. Have had furnaces and air conditioning unit installed. Also many plumbing needs hot water tanks, toilets, faucets, garbage disposal. The girls in the office are pleasant and very helpful. All have been very professional and great clean up after everything they have done.

I purchased a new furnace and air conditioner through Restano many years ago. They've been extremely responsive when it comes to any questions or repairs needed. Recently, our AC went out because of a bad circuit board during a stretch of horribly warm weather. They fit me in at their earliest time, the technician diagnosed the issue, ordered the part and they were able to come back out and repair our AC within a few days. I've always had great customer service with Restano.

From the initial consultation and quote with Michael to the finished project done by John and Dylan, I was pleased at every step. They were professional and on time (which is almost unheard of in my home remodeling/service projects experience) and communicative. They broke things done in terms I understood and were easy to talk to about the project.

They installed ductwork and a complete AC unit in the attic and all the vents on 2 floors. Before they left they made sure I knew how to change the filter and felt comfortable with working the thermostat. It was definitely an investment, but 10 minutes into the whole house air life and I can stay the investment is going to be well worth it for everyone in the house.

I had an emergency at my house with my air-conditioner. I called Restano and with in 2 hours I had a technician here and my problem was resolved. Great company and very dependable.

We have used Restano in the past for furnace inspection, and we were happy with them. So when our air conditioner died, we called them first. They gave us several quotes, and within 2 weeks our new air conditioner was installed. They did not try to sell us anything we didn't need, and their work was very affordable. The install was quick and they cleaned up everything so well. The whole system is new and clean and works perfectly. They even did a little extra to help make changing our furnace filter easier! Very, very happy with their work.

One Restano plumber assessed the problem initially. Scheduled the work and on the day of repair two plumbers came out and started into the job. As the repair evolved more repair work was required to fix the job right the first time. I appreciated their honesty, politeness, and consideration for my home. Very clean and professional. Left the house clean.

Price was very reasonable and even offered a 15% discount when purchasing their service plus contract. That contact is very worthwhile. Look into it. HIGHLY recommend Restano.

I am sure glad you're around. After being fleeced by the "guy with a parrot", it is sure good to know a reputable, honest company is still around. You guys did a great job fixing my a/c. 100% professional, no high-pressure sales, on time, great communication, the works!

Restano came out to inspect our furnace and found a crack in the heat exchanger. They tested to make sure that no carbon monoxide was getting into the house and determined that the unit didn't need to be red-tagged, but would need to be replaced. They gave me a few options to choose from (lower cost, lower efficiency - higher cost, higher efficiency) so that we could weigh our options.

We decided to get the higher efficiency Carrier equipment. We set up the appointment with them and they were out within the week. They sent two techs to install the furnace and condensing unit. They worked through the day. I'm not entirely sure they even took a lunch break. They cleaned up any mess they made, packed up the van, and left once they walked me through what they did and gave me any information I may not have known about the equipment.

I highly recommend Restano to anybody looking to replace/service their HVAC or plumbing needs. They will be the first company that we contact in the future if we ever need work done.
