Yesterday our AC stopped working after hours I call the emergency number and received a call back within 10 minutes. Technician came out within 30 minutes and was able to fix the issue. I know I can always count on your services with great professionalism and promptness. The heat has been crucial and I am gland I got your services. Central Heating and Air, it has been a great experience, very professional and prompt.
My Furnace went out in the middle of harsh winter and the crew was there to identify the issue quickly and arrange for a new install in 2 days. Amazing Service and I am very happy with the quality and professionalism. Thank you so much!

Seth Cunningham took great care of us today! Our AC was not cooling the house. He showed up within a few hours of our calling in. He was very professional, explained our options, and an hour and half later we're cool and comfortable! Second time using this great company and they're now our "go to" for HVAC.Even the receptionist (Melissa?) was a pleasure to speak to and got us scheduled immediately!

I've had nothing but great experiences with Central.they replaced builder grade units and set up a system that allows us to use our cellphones to set thermostats away from the house. Even better. I have recommended Central to so many friends and everyone has come back to say "Thanks" bc of the way they were treated and how EVERYTHING that was promised was delivered upon.

I hired Central Heating & Air Condition to replace the existing, poorly installed ductwork in my attic as well as to seal and add insulation to the attic. They were quick and concise to nail down the scope of the project and answer my questions. However when it came to installation there were a couple initial issues. First, I was not notified of my installation date, the installers just showed up one morning. Finally, after they left on the first day without letting me know the next steps, I inspected the work and found several issues related to serviceablity and workmanship; things like not being able to remove the air filter because it was blocked in by ductwork.
I notified Central of these issues and they were very quick to respond. They scheduled an engineer and a top tier installation crew to come out. They worked with me to address my concerns and complete the project. Now two months later, I'm very happy with the project. HVAC runtime has been cut in half and the temperatures are much more even across the house. Overall I'd recommend Central Heating & Air Condition of Georgia, they do great work and they were quick to address my concerns.

We recently bought new systems from Central Heating & Air, and I wanted to let everyone know of our great experience. From the initial appointment with Ken, to the final installation, things went very well. Yes, they called ahead to schedule an appointment and then showed up on time, and there were no real challenges with install. Great service all the way around. Flash forward to a few days later, the temps dropped below freezing and our new system stopped working.
We called their emergency line and they had a tech out within the hour. These days, that is very impressive because most companies have severe staffing issues. Long story short, the Central technician was EXCELLENT. He was able to diagnose our problem as an issue with the exterior drainage (kept freezing due to the constantly cold air). In short, this was not their problem, yet they still fixed it for us in record time, and they did not charge us for the labor. The team at Central Heating & Air have exceeded my expectations.

I originally contacted Central Heating for the replacement of my AC unit at my house. My AC unit was diagnosed by some other company before and I was given a quotation for the replacement. I called Central on Tuesday and Dakota came out to give the quotation on Wednesday morning. After listening to what the problem with my unit was, Dakota suggested that I have the technician to check my AC unit before replacing it, because my AC unit might not need to be replaced based on his professional opinion.
He was able to make an arrangement for Robert to come out and check the unit a few hours later. After thorough examination of my unit, Robert was able to find out the motor was wired incorrectly by my previous repairman and fixed the problem immediately. Now my AC works just fine. I was pleasantly surprised by Central's honesty and professionalism. Central did not sell the unit this time but they gained my trust, and I will definitely call them again when I need any service or the replacement on my AC unit eventually.

Central Heating & Air is the absolute best HVAC company in metro-Atlanta. My realtor recommended them, and I'm so grateful she did. Dakota, Reggie, and Fernando went above and beyond in addressing a challenge I was having in my home with high indoor humidity, despite another company having waterproofed my crawlspace and other steps taken. Instead of responding with a generic list of services they offer, like so many other companies, Dakota and his colleagues took on the issues with my house as if they were as invested as my family in solving the puzzle.

The team at Central recommended switching from two HVAC systems (upstairs/downstairs) to a single larger zoned system. The install team was very professional and the system has been awesome for the 5 years since we installed it. Recently, a part died on our compressor. Central sent out a tech next day, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the part a few days later under warranty.
While it took a few days to fix, Central went above and beyond and removed the needed part from a brand new compressor rather than waiting for the new part from the manufacturer. I would highly recommend to anyone that need a new system or HVAC service or maintenance.

On Friday afternoon we had routine inspection and maintenance on our AC systems. We have had a contract with Central which covered this. Cleaning in included hosing both units. Service man left saying all was well. Saturday it seemed a bit warm downstairs but blamed it on doing laundry so didn't check the thermostat. A rainy evening before bedtime was comfortable in the house as we had a fan on.
By Sunday morning we realized that the downstairs was not cooling and on inspection I noticed the outside unit was not working. An Emergency call ended up with a $476 price to replace the Breaker switch on the outside unit. Coincidence?! I got no satisfaction after speaking to management at Central, and no explanation of breakdown of costs other than "included overhead." The part was purchased at Home Depot, the unit is Trane.

Is my previous review informed of an issue that I could not resolve with this company however they have resolved it a day after seeking help, unfortunately i went a bit without ac and it was hot . they have advised in their reply that they did print their number on my documents but i signed up for renewal online and never recieved documents therefore never had the number. but on the positive note, all their workers are excellent, knowledge and never try to sell you anything.
They are true professionals and, minus this one experience, i never had an issue. Kudos to Karl [still haven't seen again but he was the best], Ben, Martinez, and the ventilation specialist. Still recommend.

My initial call was an on Monday right near 5 o'clock but a real person answered, no recordings or phone prompts, and the Lady I spoke with was very professional and thorough. She was able to get us scheduled for that Wednesday in the window of time we needed. Our tech, Jimmy, was great: on time, very professional, thorough, and personable, and quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it thoroughly, and handled my questions well, and also repaired and cleaned our units quickly.

Central installed and has serviced our furnace and air conditioning for several years. They always do great work, and last Friday they went over and above. After having our gas logs replaced and chimney flue relined, we needed new connections to vent the furnace and hot water heater into the liner. The work required HVAC professionals. We called Central late Friday, hoping to get it repaired before Monday. Going above and beyond, Customer Service Rep Lexi Stewart had someone here late that afternoon. Had Don not fixed this connection, we wouldn't have had hot water all weekend! Thanks, Lexi and Central.

Our install crew of Devin, Fernando and Alan were highly professional and did an amazing, and fast, job of removing our old system and installing our new furnace and AC units. They communicated clearly and left no trace that they had been there. Our house was spotless after they were done. Our new system is incredible! Our home has never been this comfortable. The experience with getting AC UNIT replaced was top of the line from initial contact to Central's customer service who was able to provide appointment the same day with Mike. Mike did an awesome job explaining options and detailing the age of both units with recommendations. Jose and Seth showed up 1st thing the next day and was very professional with the installation process. Would totally recommend Central Heating & Air.

I highly recommend Central Heating and Air. They have serviced my H&A systems for the past 47 years and have kept our current system running well for 25 years. Technicians have consistently been punctual, courteous, trustworthy, and extremely competent. Many, including our favorite Chris, have been with the company for years. After all my years dealing with the company, I have never had a complaint.

Several years ago, another service company recommended that we replace the furnace for our main level. We called Central for a 2nd opinion and they discovered that the issue was with the thermostat, not the furnace. The furnace is still going strong. Robert Martinez is our favorite service tech at Central - he is EXCELLENT (professional, knowledgeable).

You just installed a brand new system in our house and it is not working. The brand new unit was installed 2 weeks ago. The brand new unit was rattling and a tech was sent out but said since he was a tech and not an installer there was nothing he could do. Wasting 2 hours of my time and his! Now, today the brand new unit is not working and nowhere. on out paperwork is an emergency number listed nor is there an emergency number listed on your phone message. The number was also never given to us. Now, we are stuck here with a brand new unit that isnt keeping our house cool! Very very dissatisfied customer!

Bill Schmidt did an excellent job! We had our unit serviced by another company just three weeks ago. It looks like they missed a problem, the AC went out and that company couldn't get out until later in the week. Bill Schmidt called before he came, was on time, went above and beyond in explaining what the problem was, and later, when the unit. seemed to stop working after hours, he came back to our house and fixed it once and for all.
It looks like the circuit breaker might've been thrown by yours truly by accident. Red face! But Bill was very gracious. I didn't expect someone to be back out the same night. Good job all around and thanks for the service. Thanks Bill, for the good attitude. You have a new customer who'll most likely be buying a new system next March.

The installers were just as great and knowledgeable as the comfort consultant had been. I want to commend you on your staff and the high level of customer service they provided. It is wonderful to see in this day and age that a company is willing to 'stand behind' their product and service and will go that 'extra mile' to satisfy their customers.
