The people at O'Callaghan are top notch. They answer when I call and show up when scheduled. Unfortunately, I just had to replace both air conditioning units over the last 6 months, but they made the process as painless as possible. Big shout out to Antonio for his incredible customer service in this 95 degree blistering heat.

We've used O'Callaghan a few times over the past 4 years and have always been satisfied. I called this morning and left a message that our A/C unit wasn't cooling well. Kelly called back within the hour and said she could work us in today and would call again when a technician was headed our way. About an hour and a half later she called again to say a technician was coming.

The tech arrived and diagnosed the problem (low on Freon) and fixed the A/C unit in less than an hour. Very awesome service to call at 8:30 in the morning and have our unit fixed before noon!

We installed a Vivint Home Security system and smart thermostat. We noticed a couple of weeks ago that it would not switch from Heat to Cool. We troubleshot the issue with Vivint and it was mentioned that the HVAC may be the problem. We got O'Callhans and Bobby McKoy to come out. It took less than an hour for him to troubleshoot the problem and get things working properly. We will use O'Callahans again. Great service, great work and very good pricing.

Shocked, appalled, dismayed, disappointed, and then really sorry to need to post this negative review. We just now learn that our longtime trusted and wonderful HVAC company in Atlanta (OCallaghanAir.com) with whom we've had a contract forever (that's how confident we have felt in them.until today!) Happened to learn by accident that this company does not require Covid vaccines.nor do they disclose that policy to us customers.

So their regular technician Scott.whom we've liked a whole lot, btw.came today for our standard twice/annual HVAC system checkup.we have 4 AC units. He'd been here awhile today when I happened to come near him, fortunately, and noticed he wore no mask! Really?! He's worn a mask every time here in the past. We insisted he put on a mask. Well, a short time later, I happened into conversation with him.just friendly conversation asking if he and loved ones have been healthy.and I learned he's not VAXed.

He said "vaccines cause Alzheimer's".oh my!.and now there he stood with his mask below his nose! I told him to pull it up. I then called the company to replace him immediately. She, Becky the owner, said that "everyone has opinions." I said, "Becky, this is NOT about opinions, it's about our lives and our home, and about respect for us, your customers." The technician is gone. We are not paying for this checkup. We parted ways with this company.

I've used this company several times and have always been satisfied. I've learned that my system should be inspected at least once a year. The tech arrived within the time window and was very through and explained things well. The price was fair also. Definitely consider using this company for your hearing and cooling needs.
