I have been with this company for a year and have always been satisfied. I have referred them to both my sisters and cousin and they have been happy as well. I highly recommend Jennifer. Depending on who is cleaning your home you will either get a spectacular clean or an absolute terrible one. If you notify the office their customer service is fairly decent and they are quick to acknowledge issues, not necessarily rectify. Review of the cleaning staff: If you have Laura cleaning your home you will regret your whole life. She'll break things and not tell you.

For example, in my home she broke a clock and a cabinet hinge but when leaving mentioned none of this. Also part of the service I pay for baseboards are to be wiped down. She's come twice now and hasn't once cleaned a single baseboard. 1 star but would be 0 if it were possible. If you have Jenifer cleaning your home you're going to get the best clean ever. 5 stars; she is an absolute pleasure, is super fast, great attention to detail and extremely courteous. My rating is an average of the 2 cleaning staff mentioned above.

The staff member Andrea helped us out by preforming a deep clean on several bathrooms, one large, one full, and one half. I decided to contact Detail Cleaning Services after looking around and reading reviews for several options. I was not disappointed. Not only did Andrea do a great job on the service ordered, she went above and beyond. The service took less time than I expected and still the quality was impeccable!

This is my first time using Detail Cleaning, and this is the best service I've had. The first cleaning was extensive and took about 3 hours. The staff is very kind and will accommodate your service to your needs. Jelin has been doing a fantastic job on my home; she is quick and efficient. I was so satisfied with the service I encouraged my family to use Detail Cleaning for their home service.

Detail is a great service to use i initially hired them for a deep clean i then decided to have them cone clean every two weeks Juan is vert professional and reliable He sends Karla to my house. She is excellent and my dogs love her! I can't give more of a good review than this. They are top notch! I highly recommend Detail.

We have been using DCS for a while now and have been happy with the results. There has only been one snafu over the past couple of years but the office was very quick to take ownership and get it taken care of. The Maids are always prompt and do a good, thorough job of cleaning. So Jenifer was my cleaner for months and sonehow durinf the holidays we lost her. We were so attachedbecause she always does a great job and even knows how to put my pets in line. We got her again this pasr Wednesday 3/24. I missed her level of clean and when I got back in from ny dr. appointment, i could tell that she has been thete. I have used Detail Cleaning for a couple of years and have been extremely pleased with the cleaning service they provide. We have had quite a few different technicians and each one has been thorough, detail-oriented, and professional. Jenifer just left and she did a fabulous job! For example, my stove cooktop was a mess from holiday cooking and it is now shiny and clean.

Our wood floors, countertops, and bathrooms are also sparkling. I am also pleased with how seriously the company takes Covid precautions--both for us and their employees. I have used Detail Cleaning for almost two years. I can't remember them being late ever. 8am sharp. Today Darilys helped me with my home but usually Jessica is here. Whoever comes they have always done a great job, more than I expect. The house smells and looks clean. They lock up when they leave if I am out. They don't move or put away things so I cannot find them.

Never has anything gone missing. They clean things I don't think of like blinds, fans, and other hard to reach places. I have had one problem ever when I thought she was going to clean some dishes and didn't. Turns out I was wrong, that's not part of what I requested, but since then if I leave any pan or dish out it is cleaned. Great service.

We used them for a move out clean and Anayeli and Jacxeline did great. Base boards, vacuum, mop, dusting, and a detail shower grout cleaning. FREE OVEN CLEANING! And it was like new. Very nice and considerate and professional. They wore booties and insisted that I review the work for satisfaction. They where happy to discuss areas of concern. Well be using them again.

My daughter got me this cleaning service for a xmas present last year. They were so great, I have kept it up once a month ever since! They respond well to my direction, and let me know when something got broken. (It was nothing important, and they carry insurance if it is.) I definitely recommend their services!

I have been meaning to write a review for a while. I have used Emma and her cleaning services since 2013 and I love her and her staff. She is always quick to respond to emails. Maresela and her crew do a fantastic job cleaning my house every two weeks and I am super picky (hubby says ocd). We used Emma's carpet steam cleaning services last Saturday.

They squeezed me in last minute as my son had vomited and the gentleman did a fabulous job. He took the time to explain the process and was very thorough in making sure all the spots were taken care of. I am so glad I have Emma and her crew.
