Texas Window Cleaning takes pride in employing well-trained, motivated and well-mannered window cleaners. Most of our employees have worked with us for a minimum of 10 years, and all are bonded and insured. Employees are uniformed with clean company shirts and are required to wear shoe covers inside your home. They show up on time and clean up when they are done.

Road construction outside my office for about a year left a horrible grunge on my windows. When I came to work yesterday morning, I was elated to see someone cleaning our building's windows. I spoke to the crew chief on my way up, who was a really nice guy. I had no idea what a difference clean windows make on a person's outlook. Seeing crystal clear windows this morning when I walked in my office was honestly uplifting. Great job, great crew. Thanks!

These guys are the best. They are the most professional crew I've experienced. I've had my home windows cleaned by other companies, and was never that impressed. I saw the crew cleaning the office building where I work, and decided the give them a call to see if they did residential. To my surprise, they do! I set up a time with the owner, Scott Ehrenkranz, to receive a quote.
He came out the next day. My house is stucco, so Scott and I decided the best avenue when it came to pressure washing. He answered all my questions and concerns. I've had them back out once since and they are coming to my house again this month before a host a large party. I highly recommend their services.

I arranged 7 days in advance to get my windows cleaned. I did not receive a confirmation call the day before. I called before 8am to make sure they were coming got the answering service. Office does not open until 9. If you have employees on the street your office should be open. This is the first deal breaker for me. I left a message at that time and another time.
Neither call has been returned. The employee who came did do an excellent job cleaning the windows. He spoke almost no English. This is the second deal breaker. Through pantomimes we got through it. Although he took the screens off Jel-Wel windows and had to bend them to get them back on. These windows come off from the inside. My expectations were for a call the day before confirming the appointment, ONE English speaking employee and for my calls to be returned. None of these were met.
