Once they arrived, very good. I had to call the agency as they were running late and I did not receive a call from them. The ladies were careful, and wiped/cleaned all surface areas for dusting, but did not dust items on the shelving itself (my husband and I have a collection of items that are small in size and they were still dusty on top, but this could be their policy).
