I live in Turner. Our gas had been turned off due to the Turner flood. When trying to relight, our furnace had a problem. I expected to have to wait for an extended time for service. Frank made our service call within an hour, fixed the problem and educated me on preventive care of the furnace.

I own a local bar here in town and one day my Ice Machine went out while I had a bar full of our normal lunch crowd. I saw SmoothSystems Heating, Cooling and Refrigeration van next door, when I went over and asked the service technician if he knew anything about ice machine repairs. Luckily he did!
