Tore off and replaced roof, gutters, facia, and gable siding. Built a 34'x14' patio cover. The entire project looks great. Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I was definitely going to use their services but then I was totally ghosted by them! I sent them several emails and left several voicemails but no response I'm going to let everybody know how I was let down!

I originally had master roofing come out to give me an estimate to fix the trusses above my garage, a gentleman came out and went into the crawl space above the garage and said they can fix it and would email an estimate in 2 days.a week later still no emailed estimate. I called and spoke with him and he said he forgot and would get it out that night!

A week later still no response I called and left a message he never return my call. I was fully ready to have it fixed and pay cash money for it! they lost my business. If they couldn't or didn't want to fix it all they needed to do, is say so! Restless in the couve!

We were originally told our roof would take the typical 3 days. 3 weeks later they were still working on it. They only had a crew of one or two on the days they came - never showed up before 10am, smoked on top of the roof, left a mess. A couple days after "finishing" my husband had to sweep the driveway, because there were some nails and lots of grit on the ground.

The owner (who was generally not good at responding back to messages we left) called for the final half of payment and we had to tell him the crew still had not come to clean up. Finally they came and swept up almost a week later. This roofing company was highly recommended, but obviously, something is up. Though the price was reasonable (thank goodness - although realistically we should have been offered a discount for our inconvenience), and the final product is good, I would not recommend them at all. We were very disappointed in our experience.

Critical: Professionalism If you want rude and abrasive this is your company. Owner wouldn't answer a simple question about roof vents. Have bids that says yes and one that says can't on a 3/12 pitch. Was just looking for a neutral opinion. His answer.hung up.

Mike and the crew did a patio cover for us. From the start he prompt about keeping in contact with us. First of all he returned my phone call, same day. Mike came out a day later to look at what we wanted. I had a firm bid the next day. I had one contractor who had great reviews who said on a Thursday he would have a bid by Tuesday. The following Thursday I asked where my numbers were and then the fight started.

I then chose Master Roofing and glad I did. He started when he said he would and his crew were fun to work with. Polite, courteous and glad to answer questions. They kept the worksite clean and let me know what was going on every day. I made some small changes and when finished price was what was quoted. The quality of workmanship was above and beyond what we had envisioned.

The job was finished when it was said to be. It has been a couple months now and we so much enjoy our new patio with a beautiful cover that tied into the existing roof seamlessly. Mike is coming back later to add a solar vent to cool my attic space and will be called for any other roofing needs.

These guys were great! I got multiple bids over that years, they were not the cheapest or the highest but the quality of work was outstanding! I have multiple rentals and wouldn't use anyone else! I was able to pay for materials directly from supplier so I know they are not marketing them up.

We have had Mike and his team from Master Roofing replace our roof, siding, and windows over the past few years. Their work is very high quality, and the attention to detail has been extraordinary. Mike will not leave a job until he is absolutely sure his customer is satisfied with every aspect of the work. We have a lot of respect for Mike and for everyone he sent to work on our house.

Mike and his crew did a great job removing concrete tile and installing a 50 year comp roof with gable edging. Mike recommended adding more vents to the roof and I'm glad he did. One end of the house was always 2 degrees warmer than the rest of the house.

We called out Master Roofing because of a leak. They quickly assessed our roof and showed us how bad it really was. Because of the condition of the roof they made time to come out to our place within a few days and got to work re-roofing it. The quality is easily apparent and the roof looks like it'd handle a hurricane.

We are very pleased with the roofing crew's work. Not only does the roof look much better but we were impressed how clean they left the area. We like that Mike is so thorough and ensures that our roof will last for many years.

The price was fair and they used high quality products, metal vents, 30lb felt, heavy gauge nails, commercial grade pipe jacks and installed drip edge which was missing in places. The installers were prompt and cleaned up each day. We could not be happier. Thanks to Mike and his crew for making this a pleasant experience!

Mike and his crew were timely, clean, honest, and very much on top of it throughout the whole process (it look less than a week to get my whole roofing replaced! And I had some prior leaks and water damage!) I was impressed by how kind all the workers were, too! I highly recommend Master Roofing, all contractors and workers should work like they do! I received a bid from this roofing company and it was unbelievably high! They inserted items in their bid I didn't ask for. Be careful of these folks, know what you need, price materials and labor should be roughly twice materials cost. They came in with a bid twice as high as it should have been.

I had Master Roofing put a new roof on my house. I had a leak in a valley and some rotten sheathing and rafter tails. They came out August 2012 to do the work. Mikes crew, led by Ed, did a GREAT JOB!
