I found TB Plumbers online for my in laws about 3 or 4 years ago. We used them to drain the septic couple times and a plumbing clear out to a toilet with a kids shirt stuck in drain line. Mathew was a real pro. He handled the communications between the two of us effectively letting me know what was happening and when. He kept me up to date on what he was finding and when he had to leave the job to get needed equipment he let me know his estimated return time. When his work encountered a new set of issues he let me know my options and estimated cost. He was quick on his feet and worked well with several other tradesmen who were at our home.

We have used Tampa Bay Plumbers several times for septic service, including regular maintenance and urgent repairs. They are professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy working with them and will continue to use them and recommend them.

Plumber #1, although sweet & honest.destroyed my home & couldn't fix the issue. He chipped walls & baseboards, marks all over the walls, filth everywhere. This place is plumber#2. WOW! First guy, Jamil I believe was SO professional, clean, nice, funny. He couldn't resolve the issue because bigger equipment was needed & assured me a second plumber would resolve issue next day.

Then I got Matt. Just like Jamil. but with complete confidence, told me he knew the building & our special plumbing & 100% would have this resolved & that's exactly what he did. I WILL MAKE SURE OUR BUILDING KNOWS MATT & THIS company! Outstanding competence, care for our homes & beyond pleasant!

I had a larger issue caused by my water softener and I was stressed about the cost and consequence. Matthew was able to determine root cause very quickly and was confident in being able to fix the issue. He was polite and stayed late to get the job done (several days). I never expected the great service I got and I have absolutely found a plumber that I will call again thanks to Matthew. I had a great experience with Tampa Bay Plumbers. When I first made contact they were very helpful and transparent about costs. The day of the appointment I was contacted and given updates as to when my service provider would arrive. Jamil Thompson was professional and handled our issues. He was persistent in resolving the problem, was meticulous and sensitive to the activities in our workplace. I was a long time customer. they used to be a good company. but not anymore. i called them for water softener leak. They said that they need to call the manufacturer to reprogrammed the softener. they reprogrammed. but after 2 more water bill i realized. it was still leaking. when i talk to them again they told me they are no longer working with this brand which they did not tell me the first time. Tech also send me a message that first time person he talked on the phone he thinks that he is not working for the manufacturer. so he admit that reprogramming was wrong. finally i called them for refund. they said sure.but no refund. i called them again. they said. someone will call you. but they did not. i will never call them again.beware.

They just finished replacing my cast iron pipes. They were on time, respectful, let me know every step of the way what was happening. Very nice people to deal with, cleaned up everything each day. The job was done in 2 days. I highly recommend them.

Ypoxy repaired my cast iron pipe that broke under the house. These guys were extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. They let me know every step of their process, and were precise in what they needed to repair. Luke, Ken, Roy, and Domonic were awesome. I recommend these guys for any repair you might need for cast iron pipes.

I scheduled for a pump out service and the tech could not find the service pump and left and I got charged the service fee $105 on top of him recommending an additional cost of $290 to find it. I called another company and they found it right away with no problem. When i called the company they did not offer any adjustment or credit for them to come out again.

I expected a cost of service fee but also a acknowledgement of this being their techs problem. I have used tampa bay plumbers a couple of times but it seems like they try to up charge and charge for services that are clearly their fault

We have used Tampa Bay Plumbers for several different things, and this is just another instance where they showed up on time, and were extremely professional. The toilets were installed quickly and professionally. We will always use them for all of our plumbing needs. The technicians on this job were Branden and Buck and they were fantastic.

Asked to repair a septic drain field which has one spot with water coming out. The pumping truck driver came and checked the spot and said the whole drain field needs be reinstalled. The reason is that the drain filed is wet. But the grass on the drain filed is very dry except at the leaking spot. So the drain field is obviously not wet. Asking him to just fix the clogged pipe at the leaking spot.

He said he needs a permit. Without a permit he could not do anything. He offered to pump the tank but our tank was pumped less a year ago and we don't need pumping. Plus pumping the tank doesn't solve the clog problem. Paid the visit fee of $125 which I understood. But the the knowledge and ability is well below my expectation.

My septic tank and drain field was overdue for repairs. Tampa Bay Plumbers came out when they said, gave a price (not a cheap job by any means) and contacted us when they would start the job. They require a down payment up front. Once they got all the tanks and other equipment, they arrived with a skid steer and excavator to start the dig. They finished the job in a resealable time frame and all county inspections were done.

Except the last inspection was done by a ditzy person and forgot to turn in the inspection report. So now TBP have to back out to dig up the area for another inspection of the work. You just can't count on some people sometimes. It wasn't TBP's fault. They are being inconvenienced also! The work looks well done and I was about to plant some pretty flowers (only what is safe and recommended) on top of the drain field. I'm glad the error was found out before I did the plantings.

Our septic wasn't acting right. Just wanted a quote at first. Jeff diagnosed the issue. NOTHING was done correctly before we moved in. We had them install a new pump and risers. They even pumped it out, even though we just paid $255.00 to have it pumped out a week before. Wasn't completely pumped because of the issues. Bill and Jason came out to install everything.

Horrible customer service. The lady that agreed to have my warranty company called and get approval from them before performing any actions at my house quit the same day. Then the plumber never called, so I was stuck with a $250 bill. On top of that the plumber tinkered with something in the septic and left, with no information about any problems or resolutions to these problems.

After almost a week I still had NO information as to what was going on, no report if any kind, just a bill, and then my septic alarm starts going off. I called the company, the receptionist informs me that a guy named Chris will come and check out the septic and actually tell me what is going on. Chris never comes. I call back, schedule him again. Again, no show.

I call AGAIN (mind you the septic alarm has now been going off for 5 days), I personally talk to Chris and he assures me he will be there the next day. NEVER ARRIVES, never calls. Nothing from this company. I still, after 2+ weeks, have no information from the first plumber. I just bought this house and I would have gladly used this company for all my plumbing and septic needs, but after this horrible customer service, I will never use or recommend them. The only reason I would ever call them again would be to inform them of this review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

First of all I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company! I inherited my parents home in the town and country area. Needless to say it came with more than a few challenges and problems with the septic and cast iron piping. I had reached out to a couple of other companies but they were only helpful in fixing the immediate problem.

It wasn't until I came into contact with Tampa Bay Plumbing that my issues were finally discovered and FIXED! I cannot say enough wonderful things about ALL the workers who were on this job! Flushing our toilets without backup should be the norm but when dealing with pipes from the 1960's it was a constant battle. I'm so grateful to have found a company who first of all could handle the ENTIRE PROBLEM and get things fixed in a timely manner!

In March this year, we did a project with Tampa Bay Plumbers to relocate our septic drain field. We worked primarily with Jeff, the Septic Manager. It was such a smooth project and he took care of all of our concerns, needs and wants. There were no hiccups whatsoever and the project was started and completed in a timely manner. Super appreciative to Jeff and his team for making this a stress-free project and overall great experience. We will use them for all of our future septic needs.

This has been one of the most frustrating and unprofessional companies we have ever worked with. The plumber that came to install a water heater in our house was extremely inappropriate and unprofessional on many levels. He told me that his daughter was promiscuous when she was young, and that he suggested his son-in-law watch pornography on the couch when he was not happy with the plumber's daughter.

He took all day to complete a project that was supposedly a 3-4 hour job because as it turns out, he was not even skilled in this task. He grew frustrated when things weren't working and was cursing and grumbling while installing the unit. When he finally left he told me he was going home to get drunk. In addition to this, he left pieces of metal pipe in our yard, cigarette butts, trash in the gutter and yard that my husband had to clean up, screws and debris where he was installing the unit, and dented our dryer and doorframe.

After all of this, our water heater still did not work. We had a total of 6 different plumbers come look at the unit. When the manager finally came out, he was an hour and a half late, without a phone call, and he admitted the company has been hiring mediocre employees and the plumber that worked on our house would no longer install water heaters and that they would fire him.

They finally fixed the issue and told us they would refund some of our money due to our poor experience, but nearly three weeks later, we have been ignored after several phone calls, and in fact, they called telling us we owed them $50. Overall this has been a horrible experience and we are still waiting on a part for our water heater.

Another great job! Ben White did a superior job getting our kitchen sink hooked up again, installed a garbage disposal and a new dishwasher. Ben is courteous, professional and knowledgeable. We will continue use Ben and Tampa Bay Plumbers!

At the end of the day the never showed up to finish the job they promised they would do. They couldn't figure out how to get hot water in my bathtub in my 1/1.5 bedroom condo unit with a tankless water heater. Many units in my building have tankless water heaters and most are changing to them, no issues there. I personally know because I was the HOA president 2020 as well as part of the Construction Review Committee. I also made a formal complaint with the BBB.

We are senior adults in Apollo Beach. We have had to use plumbers in many places we have lived. We have never had service as efficient, and professionally done. They saw our problem and began immediately to take care of the situation. They were extremely knowledgeable about what they needed to do. It really impressed us that they came so quickly. We called the office and the very next morning at 8 AM the plumbers showed up ready too get to work.

We had a large wooden post fall and hit our outdoor spigot, which bent the pipe. We called and were able to get a technician on-site the next morning. Mike R. was our tech. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy whatsoever. He told us the fix was optional as everything was still functional, but we decided to go through with it anyways. He was quick and efficient and did a fantastic job!

We also have used Russ in the past to help with leaking on our outdoor spigots a couple years ago, and he was fantastic as well! Better than better I love you better than better mommy and look at it PJs on then

I'm pretty demanding of good service & this experience was absolutely perfect. I'm an out of state property owner & did everything via computer & phone. Matt Findley was extremely knowledgeable, communicative, responsible, on time & solved the problem.

Because my septic tank was full, I hired Tampa Bay Plumbers, LLC on August 5, 2020. The company representative, Mikayla, told me that they would charge $250.00 to drain the septic tank. The company sent a technician to my property and charged $250 from my credit card. The technician also told me the drain system needs to be replaced and that he would get his manager, Jeff Lookler, to give me an estimate.

After the technician allegedly drained the septic tank and left, the problems became much worse. The toilets stopped flushing, and water was backing up into the bathtub. On August 12, 2020, I called the company again to perform the service I had already paid for, and their manager asked me to meet him the next day. On August 13th, when I met with him, he pushed very hard to sell me the drain system again and refused to drain the tank.

He asked me to pay $12,100 to replace the drain system. When I told him I did not have that amount of money, he pushed me to get financing with them. It was clear to me at this point that they never wanted to drain the septic tank but instead were hoping to replace the drain system for $12,100. When I requested to just have the tank drained in order to get the toilets and bath working again, Jeff told me that I had to pay another $250 before he would work on it.

I called their company on the same day, August 13th, to schedule a technician to drain the septic tank. Their finance person, April Diemer, forced me to pay $4033.33 deposit, which is 1/3 amount of $12100, stating that otherwise, they will do nothing for me even though I paid them the service fee for $250.00. On August 14, 2020, 12:33pm, Mikayla who is a representative of this company called me again (using the phone number 813-961-7808) and compelled me to pay them $4033.33, I hung up the phone as I was very scare with her voice. But, just 8 minutes late (12:41pm), I got another call from the number 813-299-1206, the man who called me said: he is the owner, and forced me to pay this amount immediately.

I dropped the phone and stopped conversation with him as I was in a dangerous situation In conclusion, I have had a terrible experience with this untrustworthy company. I believe that they're strategy is to offer a lower cost service fee and not actually perform the service, with the ultimate goal of robbing unsuspecting people.

I had a really short escrow and the inspector discovered a major waste line leak. Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC got out for us the next day to estimate and then scheduled the work for just a couple of days later. They were fast, efficient, effective and professional. This was on a triplex. They were also able to work with our tenants and were compassionate about having to pull the toilet and deprive them of their bathroom for a couple of hours. They did a great job. I'm very happy and would use them again.

I drastically needed my septic tank emptied as the toilets and shower were backing up and it was a weekend. Tampa Bay Plumbers made some changes and were able to get out to my house on a Sunday! The two gentleman who came out, Tavari & Rigo, were fantastic. They went the extra mile to make sure all was great with the septic, and cleared out the clogged pipe which was wonderful.

These two were very professional, and that seems to be a rare thing nowadays with so many. I highly recommend Tampa Bay Plumbers, who obviously know what they are doing if they hire such great guys as these two. Thanks so much! Roger N.

Our first interaction with TBP warranted a 5-star review. We had a clog in our main line and Matthew did a fantastic job and was very quick to fix the problem. I must say, this review is NOT for Matthew, as he still deserves a 5-star review in my mind. This is for TBP themselves. After telling me three different times yesterday what time Matthew would be arriving, and me having to call them back to ask where he was (an hour after he was supposed to be there each time, ) they finally asked at 5:45pm if he could just come the next day.

He was originally supposed to be there right after 12pm. We wasted an entire day waiting around the house for him. Again, not his fault, but TBP's for not communicating with us or even calling to tell us he wouldn't be showing up. Here's the kicker; they promised we would be "first on the schedule" this morning to right the wrongs of the previous day and that Matthew would be here between 8-10am.

Guess what time it was when I finally had to call TBP myself and ask where he was? 10:46am. No text, no call. Once on the phone, a woman apologized and told me her boss "rescheduled us" without her knowing. I'm infuriated that this is the second day in a row I've been lied to and shown that my business is not a priority in any way. Asked for a refund of the diagnostic fee and will not be giving them any more business. Again, I have to say, if this review was solely for Matthew, it would be a 5-star review.

We had hired a terrible plumber who left us in a lurch. TB Plumbers was recommended by a friend and we got Matthew to give us a quote. He gave us options and the gave us a detailed breakdown of what had to be done. Matthew found issues that we weren't aware of and fixed them without charging us extra! All of these issues ended up taking extra time, but he always showed up with a smile, willing to help us.

He understood how we had been without a shower for weeks and desperately wanted the job completed. Our old plumber bought a tub for us that was too big for the space, but Matthew used some ingenuity and viced it in! That was amazing! Matthew really saved the day and now we have a great bathtub that will last a long time. We really appreciate and highly recommend Matthew!

The job incurred many delays from the very beginning, from permits to inspections, reworworking issues, to reinspections. The overall experience has left me extremely disappointed and not completely satisfied.(Jeff was the sales rep) I've been waiting patiently for over three weeks now for the reapplication of the hydro-seeding process that was included in the bid.

After two unreturned phone calls to Jeff, one voicemail to Lisa, (unreturned) and one call to the scheduling section makes me think that the dialog process is unfortunately over at this level Having four other companies to select from I chose TBP (Tampa Bay Plumbers) to perform the work at my home because of three very important reasons. (1) A LOCAL company with great reviews and competency (2)A sales associate who claimed to be a military veteran (3) Personal intuition "With our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you can trust that Tampa Bay Plumbers can handle any plumbing service needed and do it right the first time!" (off of their website)

Work seems to be satisfactory, but I haven't seen it in person. Estimate was $2200 and I was told by Matthew that it would not be more than that. The final bill was $2850. I should not have been told that the estimate was firm and then be charged much more. (Not sure that it legal, but I didn't get the estimate in writing.) Also was told it was a 10-year warranty on the tub and enclosure and 3-year warranty on labor. The receipt shows that the warranty is only on the tub and it is for 2 years.

I can not say enough about the INTEGRITY of this company. They are everything that is right in a business. Honest, Upfront, Professional, Trustworthy. I will always highly recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you!

Toilet and bathtub clogged in rental property paid over $300.00 for nothing because the problem wasn't fix. Called again to have someone to check the problem as the bathroom wasn't use for the tenant (it was second bathroom and the son was away) so now they said that they need to do a flush/sluts for $1,200.00. The guy was rude and unprofessional and obviously didn't have a clue of what was the real problem because I call another plumber and in 15 minutes he notice that the pipes did not have enough water pressure he checked the lines and boom!

There it was a big root inside the pipe line. I do not recommend this company at all they don't know what they doing and they just want to charge you a lot of money for nothing. Horrible experience!

$550.00 to unclog a drain. Technician Mike wanted to replace all of our toilets and jet our entire system for a quick $3,500.00. GTFOH! They will take complete advantage of you. Look elsewhere! Sick of companies like this trying to take advantage of people!

Found Tampa bay Plumbers online, they are prompt, did all work properly and very fair prices. We buy and remodel apartments in Tampa so a lot of experience on our part and its truly fantastic to find someone like this.

I have been on the hunt for a new plumber for a while and I think we finally found one! We called Tampa Bay Plumbers after our second sewage back up in less than 3 months. It wasn't a complete emergency- but I called at 1am to schedule someone out for the next day. Trevor showed up on time in the scheduled window of 4-6pm. He was friendly and knowledgeable and got right to snaking the sewage line.

He told me up front what the cost would be ($250). Well, 3 hours, 90 feet of snake, and several camera runs later, he finally got the drain line running without clogging back up. After the first snake run, it appeared the water was flowing, but he insisted we try to overload it to ensure clearance- and he was correct- after a few minutes, it clogged back up again. Trevor was patient and persistent into getting to the problem.

He was determined not to leave us with a clogged pipe. By the end of it, he had filled it up for several minutes with the garden hose and all was running well. I thought for sure the time he spent there was at least going to double the price - but nope, price for the service remained consistent. Trevor chatted with me through the time he was there, answering some random plumbing questions I had, and was overall very nice.

I will definitely be calling Tampa Bay Plumbers (and hopefully getting Trevor- though from the reviews it seems like many of the guys are great) for all my future plumbing needs! Thank you guys!
