Summerhill Pools did my pool remodel over the summer. In the middle of supply chain disruptions, high maintenance customer issues (me), this company delivered a beautiful pool in a timely manner. Robert Walker was the person I dealt with and he made sure that everything was up to my standards and I left a happy customer. The best thing about this company is that they are solid and stand behind their work.

They stepped up to the plate when things did not go according to plan and came up with creative solutions. I would recommend them and do business with them again for sure. Thank you for a job well done.

Terrible communication. I called them on Saturday morning to come for an estimate and they did. I e-signed and submitted the quote on Saturday. No one ever called me or sent me an email. I called them on Monday and a lady answered as if I was making a problem for asking if they had received the signed quote and when the job could be done. The estimator finally sent an email the following day not apologizing, just saying he was just an estimator and that some other person would contact us. NO ONE ever called us or emailed us since then and finally today, a week later!, the estimator calls to "apologize" and find out if we want to do the job. I just said "as a feedback, have communication with the customers, and no but someone else is doing the job". I would never recommend them.

We had Summerhill re-do our entire pool setup last year. Their work was for the most part good and they were the cheapest quote we got. The work took forever though. This was partly the fault of weather, but not entirely. Our 4 week estimate turned into 12. Months after completion, we had some issues which was more the fault of materials than their work, but getting them to come out and address repairs involved me having to send WAY too many follow up messages. Summerhill does decent work, but their project management and communication skills need a lot of improvement.

Summerhill Pools remodeled our pool and did a very professional job. David and Michelle Reed were great through the entire process and we could not be more pleased. They have very high standards and care about their customers satisfaction. Highly recommend them!

Two years ago Summerhill replastered my pool and it looks as good as it did when they first did the job. In the last two years I have had a couple of cracks in the plaster on my stairs, and they repaired the cracks no questions asked. I noticed my plaster was continuing to crack in the same spot. Today, the the owner came out and diagnosed the problem.

He said they will fix the cracks EVEN though it is beyond the 1 year warranty period since I had the initial problem within the first year. I write this review to say that this is an honest company that stands behind their work which is especially important when you are talking about a huge investment like a pool.

These guys are the best quality and have the experience and work to back up their solid reputation. Your pool is one of your biggest investments - not something you should be skimping on. We first went with them when we bought our house to resurface the pool. They weren't the cheapest bid we got but it was the one we felt the best about. We had a major problem five years later and Summerhill came through for us in a way that blew our minds. Our pool is absolutely beautiful and I cannot tell you how fateful our decision to go with them was. The do beautiful work. Highly recommend!

It is not often that I leave a review on a company as I really am a very tough customer. However, in the case of Summerhill Pools, I am very pleased to leave this review. If you want a contractor to build you a pool, go with a competitor. If you want someone who cares about the character of your house and the neighborhood you live in, someone who truly wants to understand the lifestyle of you and your family, and someone who is personally available to you for all of the questions you can't possibly anticipate when starting a project like this, then go with Summerhill Pools.

We did, and we could not be more pleased with our backyard oasis. It's fantastic quality, it fits exactly what we need it to in terms of ourselves and our children, and it looks like something out of a magazine. The folks at Summerhill were not only responsive during the construction, they have remained accessible and responsive to us for our questions and needs following the project completion.

We are not just a "job" to them. They know us and appreciate us. For the amount of money a project like this takes, you better make sure that you trust and like the people whom you select to make it happen. I am so glad that we chose Summerhill!

Summerhill Pools has serviced our pool for many years with weekly pool maintenance/chemicals and a refurbish/update due to cracks in the foundation. Although they were not the original builder, I regret that they were not! They are always on top of taking care of our pool needs and our very professional and fair! So glad to have Summerhill taking care of us!

A pool of this kind is a big investment but after the pool has been built you want to make sure the pool company stays on top of everything. I have to say that Summerhill Pools built us a beautiful pool with all the extras--BUT THE FOLLOW UP ON A SCALE OF 1-10 IS A 10. Any time anything needed taken care up it just took an email---and they showed up and fixed the problem. The follow up to me is as important as the quality of the pool---and Summerhill has been the best.

Still amazed that a decades old Dallas company can still retain its small-town feel of where even the Owner is always personally accessible to talk to. If you like that personal touch in a very high end custom product without a cookie cutter feel, I highly recommend Summerhill Pools amongst your choices.

Summerhill Pools built our pool years ago and i can say we have had very little issues with the installation/quality and the only thing we have had to have done is a little maintenance! They are great at standing by their product. Can't go wrong with Summerhill. Enjoy the summer with a Summerhill pool!
