I was extremely pleased with both jobs performed. I called one afternoon and they came out first thing the next day to give me an estimate. The following morning they returned to replace my water heater and two faucets. Both servicemen were knowledgeable, prompt, professional and friendly. All questions I had were answered. They removed all of the items replaced and cleaned up immaculately. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend J Lowe Plumbing.

We needed a French drain cleared and a bathroom tub faucet looked over in our new house. The French drain was cleared and we were given a suggestion how to help prevent further clogging. The tub faucet may need a new cartridge but not today. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We definitely will be using J Rowe Plumbing again.

Outstanding job! Definitely five stars! Jason is the kind of skilled professional a homeowner wants on the home repair team for plumbing issues. He assessed the problem and confidently fixed it. It was a problem that would require several hours to fix. Jason was very informative regarding my concerns and went right to work. We are already making plans to use J. Rowe on a home improvement project.

The city water meter was not displaying, so they used a different method to detect the leak. They narrowed down to a slab leak between the hot water heater and the hall bathroom. They proposed a fix using flex pipes through the attic. After writing up the plan and estimate, they promised to come back in four days. However, they could come the next day, depending on another customer's job. I liked Jamey and Jesse. They were efficient in trouble shooting, polite and transparent.

I have been a Home Builder many years. J Rowe Plumbing has install the plumbing from the foundation to the finish out for My Custom Homes and Spec houses for over 25 years! J Rowe Plumbing is always been on time or called about any delays. They fix what I have needed without any delays. They are all polite and efficient. Excellent! All the techs from J Rowe are always professional & pleasant. They were installing 2 new toilets & even though some of the original work had to be redone, Jason was honest, considerate, explained the issue thoroughly, took ownership of the problem & resolved it promptly. The technicians arrived on time and were quickly able to assess the leak and then repair it and clean up in less than 2 hours! We've been living with a leak for 6 days by turning the water off/on at the street! Feels like a miracle to have running water and know that none is being wasted in our driveway! J Rowe will be our plumbers from now on!

I used J Rowe plumbing to rough-in my shower and double vanity pipes in a complete master bath remodel and I couldn't be more pleased. I have lived through 5 separate bathroom remodels over the years and this is by far the best plumber I have used. Brett did an amazing job. His work was so tidy and exactly to my specifications. I told him exactly what I wanted and he absolutely delivered.
All the pipes are efficiently routed and properly secured where needed. He located the drains EXACTLY where I wanted them. Don't think all plumbers are this diligent. They aren't! I highly recommend J Rowe Plumbing (and Brett!) for your job and I am so happy that I will not have to waste time getting quotes from multiple plumbers for any future jobs.

We had a large job to complete over several days. Brett our service technician did a great job. He and his assistant Augustine were professional, punctual and kept me well informed of every step. It was a pleasure to work with them. I also spoke to Mishell and received the same courteous and professional help. I would highly recommend J Rowe plumbing.

J Rowe Plumbing has always done excellent, professional and affordable work for us. This time was no different. We didn't have a big job for them this time but Jason Watson up showed on time, was courteous and professional and literally was done in about 15 minutes, lol. He then was kind enough to take a look at some other issues and give us some estimated prices on other plumbing issues we needed guidance on. We'll go back to J Rowe when we're ready to tackle the bigger jobs and Jason is welcome if we happen to get him again

Our technician, Brett was on time and explained each step as to what was going to happen with our water line issue. Misty from J Rowe Plumbing called and informed us about the service, inspection and billing and was very professional. Our water line was fixed, the ground and are around it was cleaned up.
