AAA Custom Windows & Security Doors

Despite multiple in-person assurances before placing our order that our security doors and all related parts are "100% manufactured in the US" and "ABSOLUTELY" we will deliver them in 8-10 weeks, their story is very different now after collecting $7K in deposits -- they now say they're waiting on parts from China, employees have gone on lockdown due to a COVID outbreak, and they can't commit to ANY DATE WHATSOEVER. Basically, a completely different story after collecting a hefty deposit. And, since placing the order, we've had zero follow-up or status updates from these guys. Save your money and don't fall for the stories from these guys -- they're one of many others taking advantage of consumers.

We are very pleased with our security doors. Mr. Neunzo Thomas showed us the different options and designs, He answered all our questions and concerns. The installation was done quickly and professionally. We get lots of compliments from our neighbors. The doors give us security and good insulation, they keep our home warm in winter and cool in the summer and they are beautiful! We highly recommend Custom Security Doors Mr and Ms Chinchilla

Had some security/storm doors installed on my front and back door of my home. Had to wait a little longer for the doors to arrive due to my custom design. Once they arrived, I was extremely happy with the installation and the way the doors look on my home. Price was very reasonable and Mr Thomas kept in contact with me on the updates of my order throughout the process.

The house looks much better with the windows - it's really amazing what a difference they make! The temperature is far more consistent and the house stays cooler in the Summer and warmer in the Winter (with a lower electric and gas bill) and the lack of street noise is huge!

I would definitely recommend Custom Security Doors. They were very professional and thorough. My replacement windows are easy to clean and my utility bills have certainly decreased since my windows were installed. The installers were great, leaving no mess to clean up and doing a great job. Don't know who Bob talked to but the 2 guys at AAA Custom Security Doors are fabulous! Both are hard working, god fearing men who will bend over backwards to help you. I have bought window's and doors from them for over 20 years and have always had nothing but pleasant experiences with both men and even their installer! So Bob must be talking about another company, I couldn't possibly believe they were rude and you could never convince me they were not honest!

They even corrected my bill and made sure I knew that I had overpaid the initial deposit for my last window! So Bob, you are welcome to your opinion but I think that you are totally wrong! Thanks for my beautiful new windows Sam!
