Pro 1 Windows & Doors

My new windows look great! And I'm noticing improvement in noise reduction from outside. Rhonda's been great to work with and always prompt in her responses. And her crew arrived on time and quickly installed the windows. They also did a good job cleaning up afterwards.

Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors were amazing from start to finish. They came out, took measurements and gave me a very competitive estimate. Because of Covid, the lead time was a bit longer than expected, but Rhonda kept us informed every step of the way and the outcome was WELL worth the wait. On the day of install her team was so professional.they treated our home with utmost care, covering everything around the windows including the floors to protect against the mess of removing the old aluminum windows.

The install time was much faster than I expected and they cleaned up everything, leaving the areas spotless. The new replacement windows fit perfectly and look amazing! The rooms we had the replacement windows installed in had been really cold with the old aluminum windows, But, two days after install we had 20 degree weather for several days and now those rooms are toasty warm because of the new windows!

From the bidding process to the finishing touches, Pro 1 was top notch! Rhonda was so great about listening to our needs and was patient with our decision process. Great job by Pro 1 team. Very satisfied with the Burress windows they put in. Rhonda was great at responding to my many annoying emails and the crew that came out was extremely polite and did a great job! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors My wife and I have been planning a few home renovation projects since we moved into our 1973 ranch style home two years ago. At the top of my list was replacing the original single paned windows throughout our home. We had Rhonda come out to the house and take measurements over a year ago.

When the time was right and money was in the bank, we reached out to Rhonda and she came back out to take final measurements and review the types of windows and doors we wanted. Rhonda immediately sent over a bid and set clear expectations for the production of the windows, any custom features, and installation timeline. Everything went smoothly and her install team was able to get all of the windows done in 1 day!

They came back the next day to install the door and everything went according to plan. Rhonda and her team offer a quality service, professionalism, and responsiveness that few other vendors have matched throughout our home renovation process.

Pro 1 Windows and Doors were great to work with and their products are superb too. Rhonda was always responsive to our questions and was very flexible with our installation schedule. As we were remodeling using another contractor, we had some issues with the framing dimensions however Rhonda team made everything good without any fuss.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work I received from Rhonda and her team. I had 4 old wooden windows replaced (one had rotted out and broken, and prompted the precautionary replacement of the others) and the vinyl they were replaced with looks and feels wonderful. The installation was fast, effective, and super impressive. I live on a second and third story condo unit with the windows being on a third floor.

How they were able to make changing that window look effortless - I do not know, but they did! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team! When I get around to replacing my old wooden exterior doors (soon hopefully!) I will definitely be using Pro 1 Windows and Doors again!
