I would like to thank Marlon and his team for the excellent job they did at my home with the cast iron piping needed to be replaced and a headache worth of other plumbing issues in our 100 year old home. They were diligent from the moment I called, through the the diagnostic and to the very end of the job and went above and beyond throughout the project.

They worked day in and out in the scorching sun and dug through coral to install new plumbing system which was not an easy thing to do and showed up day in and out to get the job done with amazing attitude and great customer service. I am very pleased with the excellent work and recommend their services to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable and hard working Plummer. They have also worked on our bathroom remodel and I am very pleased with the attention to detail, communication, and dedication to the project. The bathroom looks excellent!

Hernandez Plumbing did a fantastic job working with my building. They promptly got all of the necessary paper work over for my building to approve the work being done. The plumber Ariel was the best plumber i have ever worked with, and was very easy to talk to and very prompt and responsive. I would highly recommend using this plumbing service if you are in the Miami Area.

Hired them to do a re-pipe job and I totally regret that decision. Too many issues to list here but the gist is they didn't finish the job I paid them to do, charged way too much, and had awful communication.

I had some water damage on my ceiling downstairs. Directly above the water damage is my upstairs shower. That piece of information is key to this review. I put out a request for quotes on Yelp and Hernandez plumbing responded promptly. After chatting with a representative I set up an appointment. Technician arrives on time, ready to work. After inspecting the area of concern he than informs me of a $425 leak finder fee. That's right $425 to locate a leak that Is clearly coming from the upstairs shower (remember the piece of information I provided earlier).

Nothing high tech occurred it took all of 15 mins to determine the drain (P-Trap) from my shower was leaking and needed to be replaced. Seeing as I now have a hole in my ceiling and not wanting to call another plumber I agreed to have them fix the drain. Set up a date and the problem was fixed. Total cost for the repair $800+. My issue isn't with the workmanship, they do great work. However the $425 leak finder fee was exorbitant and unnecessary. Because of that I can't recommend Hernandez Plumbing nor do I ever plan on using them in the future.

Asked for a tech to come find a small leak. He found it in minutes and knew everything needed to be done to do it once and to do it right. Great work and great pricing.

I had a new water line installed, my technician Ariel Rodrigez was excellent. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept me updated on each phase of the job. We have hired Hernandez plumbing a few times for a couple of properties and they are always easy to work with and reliable. For this last job, we worked closely with Marlon, it was a main sewer line replacement and even though there were many hiccups along the way and it was super stressful, I feel like they came through and did their job above and beyond. I would recommend them if you're in a situation needing experts you can rely on.

Punctual, friendly, and most importantly, very competent. Daniel was able to replace an old rusty faucet I could not have removed myself. When he needed some extra parts his colleague came over quickly to help. Service was not cheap but worth it given the difficulty of the project. Highly recommended.

Wow! We have tried many plumbers in Miami and this was BY FAR the best experience. I called this morning for assistance with a clogged sink drain and some other issues. A very friendly and helpful woman answered the call and helped schedule an appointment for the next day. She then followed up a few hours later with an update that they had a last-minute opening for today.

The plumber, Danny, called to say that that he would be at our home in an hour. He arrived an hour later. on the dot, and promptly addressed every issue. He was extremely helpful, efficient, and professional, and made sure to provide a clear explanation of his work. Thank you Danny for your amazing service! Toilet tank cracked and Hernandez Plumbing came out next day and replaced the toilet. Good service, easy to communicate and very nice and professional technician. Will recommend!

Daniel was GREAT! I cannot say that enough! Super polite, clean, and very nice and knowledgeable. He got the job done correct in a timely manner and most importantly to me when he said he was going to do it. Which is rare to find in Miami esp for a Plummer. I am beyond grateful for this company and it's fast service! I called in the morning and they sent Ariel within the hour! I was very impressed with how quickly he got here and started working on my problem. Unfortunately, the issue was bigger then I had anticipated, even though he tried everything in his power to resolve it. He told me it needs to be a deeper job and so I had to reschedule that for another day And I was just grateful he did what he could today.

I do have to say though that He went above and beyond to help me in whichever way I needed help with this horrible issue at hand. Our water heater stopped working so we got a recommendation from relatives who had work done by this company a few years ago. We called yesterday and they were able to send someone straight away. Zamir Z. arrived within our scheduled time slot, but before that he was very communicative with letting us know when he would arrive, not that he needed to because we received a text message with a link to track his location, his name and picture, his destination (so we knew he had the right address), as well as his rating (5 out of 5).

It really gave us peace of mind. When he arrived, he looked over the broken tankless water heater, did the troubleshooting necessary to see if he could get it to work again, and when that didn't pan out, he clearly outlined what our options and next steps were. He was equipped with a company provided tablet, so no messy paperwork, it was all done and paid for digitally, and the email was received quickly after with the invoice and photos he took. Today, the new tankless water heater that we chose was supposed to be delivered to their location, but this wasn't possible for some reason. Zamir personally picked it up and arrived at our home right on time (yes, we did get another text message to track his location).

He is very quick and efficient, and he even took the time to answer questions on other plumbing work we are planning on doing. Regarding the company, we love their website and how well organized they are. We can tell that a lot was invested by the founders to get to this point and it was very worth it! Preferring to support local businesses over national brands I was please to find Milton and Hernandez Plumbing. I have used their services several times and have been pleased with all aspects of their service.

Yovani was very helpful in resolving our issue with the toilet that would not stop running with water. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed and was able to go out and purchase the new part and come back to install it all in the same day. While he did the work he laid down towels to not dirty the area and picked up and threw everything out afterwards. Highly recommend this professional service for any plumbing issues.

I could not have expected better service for my water heater replacement. Hernandez Plumbing picked up the phone on the first call. They dispatched a technician (Zamir) within 2 hours to assess the previous install in a very snug closet. He was on time, friendly and very professional. Scheduled the replacement for the next day and arrived on time again. 2 hours later I had hot water again. Thank you.

Very efficient service and they they came out the same day I called. Danny was my technician. He explained everything multiple times and made sure I understate process. He provided me with pictures and video of the task he completed and was really friendly. I would definitely use this company again.

Daniel Navarro great communication. Called me with issues and I was not surprised needed a new tankless water heater. The price was ok and Daniel stated is the best. What surprised he arrived early and did it the same day and I was think one or two days no hot water but no. I was not home my roommate was communicate by phone to me. I will use them again.

I called early in the day as my tankless water heater had suddenly decided to not work after only being used for one year. I was told I would have someone at my house between noon and 2pm the same day. Around 11am I received a text with the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming out. He also called and advised more or less what time he'd be arriving.

I have nothing but GREAT things to say, the problem was accessed and unfortunately the unit needed to replaced. I was given various options and within the next hour and a half, I had hot water again. There was no mess left behind all paperwork was done with an iPad and the technician was very professional and courteous. If you have a plumbing need, I highly recommend using them.

An outdoor water spicket wouldn't shut off so I turned off the main water supply to the house and guess what.the main water shut off broke too. I called at 9:30 am and there were at my house 2 hours later. Very professional, good followup. Very pleased with the result and response time.

Christmas Day my toilet decided it wanted to crack the tank in the middle of the night. So my house ended up needing a new toilet. They were able to come out and install the new toilet on Monday. They did a wonderful job putting it in and keeping the area clean

They always answer my calls. Our toilet was leaking. Ariel came, very professional and efficient. He explained the issues very well and fixed our problems in a timely manner. All charges were communicated clearly and agreed upon. Very satisfied!

Had an issue with our gas water heater. A technician gave us a visit early October to investigate the issue, spent a few hours and was able to identify the root cause. Asked us to wait a few days for a quote, but didn't send it until 2 weeks after (October 18). Has been calling the office to schedule a repair appointment since (more than 45 days), and every time they promise a callback that never happens. Decided to use their service based on Google reviews, and never expected the frustration!

Very thankful for Marlon and the rest of the Hernandez Plumbing crew! Good companies should be there to fix their mistakes. Great companies are there to fix someone else's mess. We've used Hernandez for another huge job and we are always impressed with the professionalism of this company. They take what can be a very stressful situation and make it as stress free as possible. Crew cleans up the work site and leaves it as if nothing ever happened. They are great to work with.

We had a kitchen renovation done with a new faucet and disposable installed. The night before Thanksgiving, I put potato peels down the disposal and the water backed up at us. It was after hours and I was able to get a hold of the original installer, Ariel Rodriguez. He came and was able to correct the issue. My family's Thanksgiving would have been ruined if he didn't come.

PHENOMENAL! If you have to replace your pipe system and are dreading the process of choosing a company and the actual replacement process, do yourself a favor and choose Hernandez Plumbing. We had broken cast iron pipes and considered the possibility of doing pipe lining, but when we found out that the condition of our pipes was not a candidate for the lining and had to be replaced, we were worried about the having to break through our floors and where we would live for the time being. However, all that worrying was for no reason after seeing how Hernandez Plumbing are basically efficient, forward-looking artists!

The process was top-notch, skilled, quick and as clean as possible. We were able to live comfortably in our home the whole time! We've seen other homes with a trench in their front yard for over 1.5 months, but ours was open and closed within about 2-3 days. The process to replace the pipes in our house was less than 2 weeks. After that was just to re-tile and replace some pieces of drywall.

This company has incredible leadership. I want to give a HUGE thank you to Rafael, Marlon and the ENTIRE team! Thank you so much for making such a nerve-wracking process a complete breeze (even with permits and inspections). After desperately calling a few other companies, I came across Hernandez Plumbing and couldn't have been happier I did. You see we noticed a leak in our master bathroom and started noticing that it was starting to run down to our 1st floor which worried & stressed us out as you can imagine. After speaking to the rep on the phone, they sent a team out to our house who were able to detect the origin of the leak, remediate the problem, and we ended up getting our pipes replaced which was by far the best decision made.

The plumber and the entire crew were both respectful & professional. After doing different projects in our home, never would we have thought of the importance of the pipes - just glad Hernandez Plumbing was able to come to our rescue, literary! My home was built in 1946 and the original cast iron pipes, both the water and sewer lines required replacement. I also decided that it was time to do a bathroom renovation to modernize the space. I am always very weary and reluctant to start such large projects in Miami without doing my due diligence and research. I completed the necessary research in May of 2021 and following receipt of three (3) bids, I decided to go with Hernandez Plumbing based off information obtained from the Better Business Bureau (A+ rating), long history in the industry, on-line reviews and from their on-site visit to my home.

My point of contact from start to finish of the project was an incredible guy, Mr. Marlon Merlo. Marlon and his team were 100% always on time, 100% professional and did an amazing job. When I say that they treated my home as if it was their own, they truly did. And the craftsmanship of the bathroom renovation speaks for itself. I decided to go with glass tile which is not so easy to install. Luckily for me, Hernandez Plumbing has a true artist in their tile guy.

His work speaks for itself - please see attached pics. The required permits were pulled and closed successfully without any issues. The end result speaks for itself. Hernandez Plumbing has a customer (and fan) for life.

Five Stars isn't enough for Hernandez Plumbing. Called Hernandez Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet on short notice and they were able to send someone over right away. I called them after doing a DIY replacement of the faucet. Unfortunately, there were unforeseen problems that I could not find a YouTube video on how to resolve them. I have contacted Hernandez Plumbing in the past to resolve other issues, so I scheduled the call. When Emir the tech arrived I explained the situation and immediately he addressed the issue and was able to replace the old supply valves which were inadequate for the new supply lines. The cost was a bit much, but the house plumbing for the bathroom sink was circa 1970's. Therefore, the cost was justifiable.

The experience started out a little difficult because the communication with the dispatcher wasn't great trying to get estimates and coordinate someone to get the work done but once the coordination was completed, everything else was fantastic. The plumbers did a great job and the price was reasonable. The staff members I spoke to that helped finish off the job and resolve some minor billing issues on their end were super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely contact them again for any plumbing work. It was practically impossible to find a reliable plumber in Miami but Hernandez came through! Thanks!

If you have to use this company, get a quote before you let them come. We called the company last fall for a quote to fix a toilet. They said $350. I have attached the quote. When we called this time, they did not give a quote before coming and when they came, asked 1200$ for the exact same job. The plumber told the person he was on the phone with where we lived and I believe because we have a nice home, they changed the price.

We had to pay 50$ to have someone come and ask for 4x what they quoted me foe the same job. I asked for the new 1200$ quote for the job to be sent to me and it has still not been sent. Essentially, I paid 50$ ans they will not even email me the quote I paid for. We not have a different company coming to do it for $475 today.

This is the second time I've used this company, the only difference is that this time, it was a monster of a job. I can't thank Marlon and his team for providing constant communication and nothing but hard work for what seemed to be an impossible job. I would use them again and again. Top quality.

Had a leaky sink faucet and quickly able to make an appointment for next day. Yiovany (sp) came out and did a quick diagnostic of the issue and provided me with two options. Chose to replace the faucet since it was 10 yrs old. He was professional, courteous, and quick. Definitely would use their service again!

Great service! We had an urgent plumbing issue on a Friday afternoon and Hernandez Plumbing was able to get someone to us within an hour. Emir was punctual, professional, and courteous. While I hope we don't need a plumber any time soon, if we do we will be calling Hernandez Plumbing and requesting Emir.

I've used Hernandez in the past and they are consistently good, honest and they get the job done. They're neat and professional. This evening Amir came out and was a true example of a person who takes pride in his work. He wore shoe cover, cleaned up his area before he left and of course solved my issue. This is one of the rare finds in Miami. Professional, punctual and effective.

Reached out to the company through Yelp when we noted a small leak coming through our first floor. I received a response very quickly the same day and set up an appointment for next day. They followed up with a call the next morning letting me know they were on the way and even showed up earlier than expected which was great. Emir and Jorge were very friendly and explained the process throughly.

I really liked that they took the time to cover our furniture and belongings and even cleaned up after themselves once they left which was much appreciated especially with having little ones in the house. The leak was fixed and is one lthing to worry in the house. The work was clean and very professional. Still have some follow up work to be finished but so far working with this company has been a pleasure and will be reaching out for any future projects or issues.

Very professional and thoughtful to my home. They are organized with proper equipment and kept everything very clean which I appreciated. Emir the plumber and Joel the helper and Marlin the supervisor were on the job and would work with them again.

The only thing I would say is that I was told that the service repairman would be at my home between 8-10 a.m. with a phone call 1/2 hour before his arrival. he arrived at 8:30 and I did receive the call at 7:45. The service was extremely fast and friendly.

We have a 30+ year old water heater and needed to be replaced. Hernandez Plumbing gave us an estimate on Friday. The heater was fixed on the same day Friday. The staff was friendly and professional at all times. I would recommend Hernandez Plumbing for all of your plumbing repairs.

Kitchen sink was backed up and would not drain. I called them and they came over the same day and had it fixed very quickly they were also very courteous. Would use them again without question, it is hard to find a company that offers good honest work at reasonable prices these days.

These plumbers are the best in miami. Had a problem with backups occurring at my house. had another plumber come out and do a drain cleaning but 4 days later had the same problem. these guys came out found that the problem was a broken pipe under my slab.
