Miami Emergency Plumbing/2 Bros Plumbing was called out to give an estimate on replacing our underground gas line as it had a leak. They were competitively priced and responsive at first.but it all went downhill from there. We were told upfront the job would take 1 week. It took 3.5 weeks During the work the crews damaged my main water line to the house, and on a separate occasion broke the main water line to my house.

We had no running water for 5 hours.and remember they were here to install a new GAS LINE. They broke my sprinkler system, which was to be expected with the trenching they had to do, but when they repaired the line they hooked it up to an old abandoned line. In the process they also damaged part of the correct line which was under my kids play set.

I had to pay a sprinkler company to come out and repair what these a-holes broke. The repair company had to cut a hole in our brand new artificial turf (pics below). We paid out of pocket to fix what they broke (will add picture of repair order when available). This could have all been avoided if they would have tested the system (like I asked them to) prior to closing up the ditch etc.

We supplied the office with a picture of the damaged line and never heard back. Hence why I'm leaving this review. Stay away from this company. Employees leave cigarette butts and garbage around the work area. On a side note, if you get Michael at your location and he asks you to do something you better do it right away. He was extremely rude to my wife when she could not immediately move a vehicle out of the way as the owner of the vehicle was in the Bahamas. Thankfully the car was a Tesla and as soon as the cars owner had service he was able to start it and let my wife move the car. If I could leave zero stars I would!

I was extremely pleased with Jose Lopez who was extremely professional, patient and diligent in his work. He tripled checked to ensure that the work was done well. He detailed his work and took the time to explain what he did. Thank you Miami Emergency Plumbing for making this a seamless experience. I highly recommend!

Did not diagnose the problem correctly, does not even have a snake. What type of plumber comes to a possible clogged shower without tools? GIO Recommended for the entire bathroom to be torn up, a couple thousand dollar job. Never explained correctly or received any type of invoice / note of what was done. I then had to hire a different plumber, which fixed the problem right away.

I never even received an estimate. Gio just collected the $$ and ran. I called to explain, and to ask for a refund- he agreed to giving $150 back for being worthless, and then failed to send it back. Thanks for not resolving or even diagnosing the problem. And being dishonest. DO NOT USE GIO OR HIS COMPANY if you need a complex repair, he will take your money and not look back!

Very pleased with the work that was done! George really helped us get our leaking bathroom sink fixed, actually completely installed a new sink and new piping etc. Everything looks and works great! And we don't have to brush our teeth in the kitchen anymore lol.

We had a broken pipe in our house. Other companies estimated more than 20k in repairs. Emergency plumbing showed up on time and check with their cameras our pipes, they fixed the leak from the outside part of the house, they had to remove pavers, remove plants and clean the pipes installing also a new clean out. It was 2.5k repairing this nightmare, they even planted the plants back and left everything working well and clean. I couldn't be more grateful for their honestly and professional work. I definitely recommend Miami Emergency Plumbing.

After lodging a complaint, my issue was resolved satisfactorily. Appreciate the fair resolution and rapid response from them.

We needed a plumber fast! I called Miami Emergency Plumbing. They came out right away. They found and fixed our issue in a few hours. Junior was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. His manager Adrian was just as professional. The cost was very reasonable. We will definitely use them again when we need a plumber!

Called Miami Emergency Plumbing for a main line pipe leak on a Sunday. They responded quickly, and their service was excellent throughout the repair process. The owners even came out to assess things. Esteban, who handled the repair, was professional, polite and very careful to mask up when he came into the house. He didn't leave until he knew things were right. Their team made a stressful situation so much easier and did what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it. Will use again next time for sure.

These guys rock! We had to call them on two separate occasions (our own fault) for a clogged toilet after hours. Both times were awesome! Scheduling the appointment was easy. Then, the plumber called to provide an estimated arrival time, showed up ahead of schedule, charged us a fair price, and cleaned up after himself. The guys are super nice and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Amazing service! Our son broke the toilet and at 1am I had to call around to find a plumber. Miami Emergency Plumbing actually answered their phone at 1am and was able to have someone at our place at 8am with a new toilet. They also installed our new kitchen faucet. The pricing was fair. Excellent service! Very satisfied with their services. Will save their number and recommend to others.

This is the worst contractor I have ever encountered. From the beginning, they knew I needed a gas stack replaced for my water heater and needed to pass all the appropriate county inspections. They quoted me one price and then had me over the barrel for an additional charge to pass inspection. They had to come out 9 times to complete the work that should have been done in 1 visit.

We had to have the county inspector come out 3 different times. This company should lose its contractor's license. They clearly don't know what is required to meet the county code requirements. To add insult to injury, the owner spoke to me in a chauvinistic manner. Very unprofessional. One of their technicians also damaged my kitchen cabinets with his tool box and did not clean up after himself. Stay away from this company. They are also doing work as 2 Bros Plumbing.

These guys are fantastic. Our toilets wouldn't flush and our showers backed up at 9pm last night (a Saturday night, naturally). Obviously our regular plumber couldn't come out so we called Miami Emergency Plumbing after doing a google search. They came out and the young gentleman that was here was very polite, and spent almost two hours figuring out the issue.

He had to go up on the roof to clear out some sort of blockage in the plumbing stacks. The first time he did it the toilets still weren't flushing, so he went back up and did it again, and lo and behold, problem solved! By midnight our plumbing was good as new. We've never been so happy to fork over $375. Thank you so much, Miami Emergency Plumbing! We will not hesitate to call you all again if we need it.

This plumbing company is absolutely excellent. I had called them about two weeks ago for a problem that I had in my house they came in and the young man named Jose repaired a broken pipe at my house and was extremely professional.

The technician was kind and knowledgeable, however the job was overpriced for what it was $425 to add putty to the shower drain and tighten the underneath so it doesn't leak. I had called the company at 9am left a vm and didnt get a call back. So I called again around 10 and got a women's voice over the phone who said someone will contact me to schedule something.

I got a call from another technician telling me the appointment is at 2pm. It was 2:30 and still no call or someone letting me know where the technician was going to be. So I called again for an update and 3 hours later the technician shows up. Like I said the technician was great and had good service, but would I recommend the company to anyone NOPE! For the steep prices when they aren't on time, and the lack of communication.

This company was awesome. I called them late Saturday night and they got right back to me. They gave me the best price out of 4 other places I called. Roy was really nice, professional and answered my messages quickly. He got to my house ASAP and everything was fixed perfectly. I will definitely call them again. Great great experience. Thanks Roy!

MEP helped me out on the weekend with a fairly minor problem that needed plumbing expertise. The response was quick, the service was polite, the repair was efficient, the price was high. I would call them again.

Friday night 10pm. We called Miami Emergency Plumbing after calling 10 prior plumbers. Roy said he'd be at the house in an hour but showed up 40 minutes EARLY! The price was totally fair for after hours. The leak was capped off and my house was saved from so much water damage. Roy is BOTH the nicest and BEST!

Had a big leak in my kitchen on a Saturday morning. Spent hours calling plumbers all over Miami who either didn't have availability or wanted to charge hundreds of dollars to just give me an estimate. Hit the jackpot when I came across Miami Emergency Plumbing! The dispatcher was courteous and promised a plumber would call me back shortly. Within a couple of minutes I received a call from a plumber who agreed to be at my condo within 30minutes for a free estimate. Adrian and his partner arrived on time, were extremely profesional, and identified the problem within minutes. Pricing was extremely reasonable and a fraction of the cost I was being quoted by others for just a service call. If you need a plumber look no further! Call them right now!

The worst thing that can happen is to have a leak in a building affecting more than one unit on a Saturday. amazingly after several failed calls, I found Miami Emergency plumber and they said they would have the plumber there within the next two hours and their plumber Ivan was there within 1.30 hours. The work he did was amazing! He worked on three different units and was able to fix it all at a very reasonable cost.

Super professional and complied to all the request we had as far as itemizing the invoice so we could charge each unit owner independently and sending photos of all the affected areas and after the work Was done. We are very happy and it is such a refreshing and much needed thing to find professional and reliable companies you can count on. They have our business in the future for sure! Thank you Ivan! Just had the best experience and have to share. During the Christmas weekend our kitchen sink became clogged and our hallway bathroom faucet became loose. My husband found Miami Emergency Plumbing using google and Ivan was very professional, on time, clean and to the point. The pipes from underneath the kitchen sink became loose causing water to begin spilling. Having to repair the issue immediately I googled "24 hour plumbing", went with the first two hits not knowing what to expect, especially in Miami. After getting a voicemail, I decide to go with the second find however shortly after a dispatcher for Miami Emergency Plumbing called me back, and she was very quick and professional on informing me that a plumber would call me shortly. Ivan called me, began inquiring as to the nature of the problem and walked me through every step so that I can provide him with as much of a precise idea as possible. Ultimately, he had to come out to the home.

Let me just say that individuals like Ivan are a rarity in Miami. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable providing me every option in an attempt to help me make a sound decision. He was extremely diligent in doing the work and he was quick too. I'd recommend this company with no reservation and definitely will be holding on to their number for future services as well as spreading the word for anyone who may need a plumber. I'm extremely pleased with the entire service from beginning, when the dispatcher called, to the end, when Ivan completed the job.

I cannot say enough good things about Miami Emergency Plumbing. We called them on a Wednesday evening when we arrived home to discover the wax seal on our toilet had failed, and water was gushing from the bottom of the toilet. To make matters worse, we discovered our shut-off valve was broken. We chose Miami Emergency Plumbing on a whim after doing a Google search, and I am so happy that we did.

Our interaction with the company from the first call to the end of their service visit was nothing but stellar. The dispatcher was kind and courteous to deal with and said one of the plumbing technicians would call me immediately. As promised, Ivan called within a few minutes to help assess the situation by phone and let me know when he would arrive.

He stayed on the phone to try to help me find the emergency water shut-off outside, reassure us and give us an idea of what to expect when he arrived. Ivan was incredibly kind and professional -- and we all know how rare that is in Miami. He worked quickly and efficiently to replace our shut-off valve and our wax seal. He was very knowledgable and kind. Total professional. Again, something you don't always expect when doing business in Miami. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Ask for Adrian! He and his partner are hands-down the most honest plumbers I've been able to somehow find in Miami---and this is coming from a young, twenty year old woman who doesn't know the first thing about plumbing. Very easy for others to take advantage. I had several issues with my washer/dryer connections and plumbing, multiple leaks, and crappy boxed hot water heater.

He did an outstanding job while charging a very reasonable price (wouldn't let me pay him on several occasions). Super timely, offers to come outside of business hours (first thing in the morning/evening for me), and constantly keeps you informed and updated on your issue. Most recently he made all repairs just in time for me to catch my flight! Lucky to have found these guys!

Called to unclog toilet. Charged $399 for a very quick job. Within 24 hours, toilet was clogged again. Called company to address. Refused to go back and get it fixed. Would Rate 0 Stars, if it was available.

Gio saved my family's life! I had what I thought was a plumbing problem, only to find out through Gio's expertise that there was a problem with the septic tank. Gio was able to identify the problem immediately ON THE PHONE!

Ask for Giovanni (not sure about spelling) but he was a very HONEST, FAIR, stand up plumber! I truly appreciated his work ethic, his response time and his timely service in fixing the issue I had with my toilet. Very efficient! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! I did a Google search and their company was the first I saw, not to mention accessible 24 hours and the rave reviews that they had!

Miami emergency plumbing has come to my house on two different occasion for two separate problems, and both time they wore courteous and on time. I have a very busy schedule so the timing for me was of importance, and I have had no other problems with what they fixed.
