You may have to wait if not emergency since staffing is sometimes a problem given work load & not wanting to hire just anyone without knowing they are up to their quality standards. I had an emergency on a job in February & changed their schedules to come sooner! Very professional! Love this company & their staff! Always friendly & go the extra mile to make sure they evaluate & send the right person taking photos by text if fixtures involved.

Job well done at a fair price, plumber was on time and notified 15 minutes before arrival. He was nice and professional, took the old product out and cleaned up.

After an unfortunate attempt to fix a problem myself, the main water line to my house burst. We had seen Mokher's vans in our neighborhood, and saw that they offered 24/7 emergency service. We called, and within a half hour one of their associates - Ryan - was at our house. He provided us with a quote that was comparable with other plumbers, and the job was complete within another half hour. It was a great first impression!

These guys are really good. They resolved a problem that a few other plumbers couldn't figure out, and they did it quickly for a fair price. Ryan was experienced, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

Have used Mokher Plumbing several times over the years from minor repairs to replacing a hot water heater. Everything has been done competently and at fair prices (my hot water heater replacement was done by them for MUCH less money than another reviewer reportedly claims to have been charged). Plumbers arrive as scheduled are are very competent.

We have been showing in 4 inches of water for almost a year. No matter what we tried it would not drain; rotting out the stack, hydro jet, scoping to see what the clog was, etc. We've had various plumbers come out to assess the issue and no one has been able to fix it. Until Mokher. They came out and snaked the drain and then used a vacuum to suck out the clogged drain. The process took less than an hour and 7 Hatchimals later, our drain is unclogged.

Great and reliable service. Very thorough work, super tidy clean up and he walked me through all the steps for the repair. Ask for Big Dan!

Great family run plumbing company. They are courteous, honest and straight talking. Used them several times, including today. All of their plumbers are polite, understandable, arrive on time and, most importantly, are competent.

Daniel showed up on time and was very professional. He worked quickly to resolve my sink issue that had old fittings and explained what he was doing and why. After showing me the old broken area he fixed it pretty quickly. I would definitely use them again and felt very comfortable with Daniel and the whole process.

I purchased my house back in 1990 and Mokher Plumbing was the company that inspect my house for possible plumbing issues and since then, I use them with no hesitation. I just had a hot water pipe burst between the two bathrooms and Mokher Plumbing immediately responded to my urgency and for the past 3 days working hard, non stop, they finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

I cannot be more thankful for their professionalism starting from the receptionist, the staff and all the way to the upper management which that alone is priceless. I would not even think about calling any other company. They understand their business extremely well and they are fair on their price, and do a clean job. If you are in need for a professional plumbing company, I highly recommend them.

I had a bit of an emergency this week when I broke a toilet bowl. Mokher responded quickly and replaced the toilet. The work was efficient and high quality. What I didn't expect was the great attention to detail with caulking and even clean-up. Worth every penny.

They showed up on time and they did a good job. The first time it didn't work they were back. They have just been excellent in terms of coming and working on our very old plumbing. The prices were good. The quality was good and if it didn't work the first time they were right back fixing it again.

They are very reliable. They are also very responsive when you call. If it's an emergency, they get out there right away. They know what they're doing. It's a large company, but I usually get the same guy in my area. It's a family-owned company.

Mokher does an excellent job and we have had them remodel other bathrooms and a kitchen in the past. They can always be relied upon to do a very professional job and I would not have another company do this type of work.

Mokher Plumbing Company has handled all of my plumbing needs for the past fifteen years. The last time they came out they routed out our kitchen sewer line. They have excellent response time and they always do good quality work. All of the technicians are very competent. I give them A's all across the board.

Best "service" in Miami. I know, I know.that's not saying much (in this city). They show up when they say they are going to and provide excellent service. I have been using and recommending them for about 12 years. I've had countless friends thank me for the recommendation.they were happy to finally find a good reliable plumber.

I have used Mokher in the past and always been pleased with their work. However, they especially came through for me today (Sunday). I had a pipe that had broken and was spilling water into the back yard.

This is one of best professionals companies that I been dealing and the custom service is 5 stars.

It pains me to give low-star reviews, but after a brief and unsuccessful encounter with Mokher Plumbing, I've no choice. Sewer water was coming up from the main line (conveniently located in my driveway) and beneath the pavers, a horrid smell bubbled. So, out of an emergency we called up Mokher Plumbing and within an hour (hence the 2 stars, not 1) Billy came over to diagnose the problem.

He uplifted heavy driveway pavers, unsuccessfully snaked the pipe, and then left without solving anything (and also without ever repositioning the pavers). Then he charged $188 and never came or called back to make right on that pesky pipe.

I decided to give Mokher Plumbing another chance, and I'm glad I did! This time, I dropped my diamond earring down the bathroom sink drain. After spewing out a few four letter words, I picked up the phone and called Mokher. It would be $125 to open up the drain trap, however they weren't sure they would be able to come that same day. They promised they would try, and less than two hours after I called Sam was on my door step!

He quickly took apart the plumbing and removed my treasured diamond earring along with lots of hairy gunk! He completed the job, left everything the way he found it (nice and clean), and left. Sam was very professional and provided excellent service! I will definitely use Mokher again.

I have had them come out twice. Both times very professional and very quick workers. Were on schedule.

Really excellent service and very courteous both on the phone and in person. They squeezed me in on a very busy day after I called them about a problem with my kitchen sink. The gentleman on the phone was extremely nice and even explained to me what the problem could be. He initially had me set up for a morning appointment the following day (I called at approximately 1:30 on a Monday during the holiday weekend) but said he would send someone over if an opening came up.

About 10 minutes later I received another call that a plumber was available after all and he offered to send him over. The plumber arrived about 20 minutes later and got to work right away. I am thrilled with their service and will not hesitate to use them again!

Full disclosure: I have never had these guys come out and do work but I'm basing this on my extensive interaction over the phone. This is the second time I call these guys with an issue and their service attitude over the phone is refreshingly excellent for Miami. The first time I had problems with my water heater. Like previous review said, they really take the time to troubleshoot over the phone rather than sending someone out.

In this case we spoke 4-5 times the same day, where he researched my model online before and even called the manufacturer on my behalf - knowing they would not make any money. A salesperson myself I really appreciate this long term service mind-set! If I ever needed a plumber again - these were the guys I'd call. So. when I broke a pipe trying to install a new shower head I picked up the phone and called.

And would you know - after explaining my issues he said "you need an Easy Out that you can pick up at any local hardware store for less than $20, I'd hate to send someone out for $150 when it's such an easy fix". He even asked where I lived and gave me the address to a local Pluming store that would carry the item. Guess who I'm calling next time.

I almost hope next time they actually have to come out so I can start re-paying for this truly outstanding service! Only reason I don't give 5 starts is that I haven't actually used their services.

Had some frustrating plumbing problems and called these folks. They did not immediately try to force an appointment on me like roto-rooter did. Instead they asked me about the situation and tried to offer some troubleshooting ideas. In the end I had to have them come out. Arrived on time, the guy who showed up really seemed like he knew was he was talking about and took pride in doing a good job.

Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because they charged by the hour versus charging for the job, so it came out a little more than I wanted. It was worth it for the job being done right.
