Fabulous Cleaning

I have used a number of different cleaning services in the last 30 years but have never had any any other company come close to the quality of Fabulous Cleaning. They are very thorough and clean things I never expected them to clean including doing the outside of my windows on one occasional when they knew I was hosting a dinner that night. If they see something that needs attention, they will take care of it without my asking. The attention to detail is outstanding. They are prompt and responsive. I couldn't ask for more.

We used this service for a move-in cleaning. After the initial cleaning we had to ask that they come back because the job was incomplete. The shelves were not wiped down nor were the light switches. Additionally the cleaning of the inside of the refrigerator, which was to have been done, was not. I ended up having to clean it myself. The owner did refund a portion of the money paid and I appreciated her standing by her service.

Normally this would cause me to give the company at least 3 stars; however a recent experience caused me to lower my rating. I contacted Fabulous Cleaning Services again a week or so ago since we were moving back to the Charlotte area and asked for a new quote. We were never contacted except for a computer generated response acknowledging our email.

Last week I phoned the number listed and spoke to the owner. She promised to follow-up with me when she was in front of her schedule. I never heard back from her. Today I called again only to be told by her that she wasn't sure of the status of two of her employees and could therefore not help with our request. Not returning calls or emails is not the way to run any business. Therefore I cannot recommend this company, which is why I gave it one star.

Fabricia has been cleaning for us for almost five years. Her quality of work is just amazing! I am always guaranteed to come home to a spotless house that is cleaned to my standards. She takes a lot of pride in her work and it shows. Fabricia is professional, loyal, and trustworthy. She is such a pleasure to have around my home.

It is without reservation that I highly recommend Fabricia and the home cleaning services she and her company provide.
