Metro did a great job on my light-colored, textured carpets. They called to let me know when they would be here and took care of all the spots that I pointed out. I had negative experiences with 2 other companies and was looking for a company that was certified.

Brain and his team are amazing! Local business, great guys, professional, on time what more could you want? We have a large living carpeted living room and a 17 month old so you can imagine the spills and ware it took and it is night and day difference. A completely different shade of off white. The Mrs. had a little wine accident a few months back that we tried to use store bought chemicals to remove it but did not work. Today, it is gone! If you need your carpets cleaned, 100% give these guys a call!

Brian is the real deal for quality service every time. His Vacuum equipment is high end as well. Today was the 3rd time Brian has cleaned my carpets. He takes pride in what he does and takes extra measures to make sure the carpet dries quickly. You will always get Brian (the owner) not extra hired help.

Brian and his team were so amazingly attentive and professional to work with when we needed to clean and reseal our new home ( entirely in ceramic tile). I have used Metro Steamway for my carpet cleaning needs for the past 15+ years. They are a pleasure to work with. Also professional, prompt, tidy and fair. Brian is the technician that always comes to my house. He looks over all the areas I want cleaned and we discuss any challenging areas. He is a miracle worker! My carpets always look great when he's finished.

It looks almost new. They put plastic underneath the legs of the furniture when they are finished. One additional service I recently learned that Metro Steamway does is they can clean bathroom ceramic tile floors/grout, so I have my bathroom floors cleaned also when they are here for the carpet. My home is 53-years-old and the bathroom floors look amazing when they are done. I don't ask for a quote anymore because they have been coming for so long, but I think they are very reasonable. Very trustworthy too. I am never disappointed.
