Deceptive business. First appointment was over 2 1/2 hours LATE that I had to cancel due to the fact I had to go to work. Second day scheduled they called me up stating that it was a $25 extra charge to come to Clover, SC. I complained stating that I had already verified that they could come to Clover and they said yes and there was never a discussion of an extra $25 fee. I have cancelled them requesting a refund. This is a deceptive and deceitful company. Foul play. Do NOT use them. Untruthful practice. I may report them to the BBB.

Minimalist. Although Eddie was polite and enthusiastic, we were surprised at a number of undone things. We got the service through Amazon local for 3 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and kitchen as a trial to help weekly while I am recovering from a bad accident. When "finished" the mirrors were badly streaked in the bathrooms, the kitchen floor was not mopped but was swept.
I think the bathroom floors were also swept but not mopped. Our house is small, so the rooms are pretty small. My bedroom was one of the rooms, and the bed didn't get made. An adequate (not exceptional) job was done on the hardwood floors in the main 2 rooms. He did a pretty good job dusting everything.

No show. As a busy new mom, I was very excited when my husband scheduled this appointment and hoping if they did a good job, we could use them monthly going forward. After waiting around for an hour, we called and they had "missed" our appointment on the schedule. We planned (wasted) our Saturday around this appointment. We spoke to Eddie and asked for him to add vacuuming drapes in 2 rooms to compensate for the inconvenience and he said they don't provide that service (really, cause it's listed as a service on your website) and didn't offer anything else to make it right.
Initially we were going to reschedule (they couldn't reschedule until a week away), but now we're just getting a refund from living social for this offer. Very disappointing!
