I have used City Wide for a number of years. I just had a new garage door installed. The young man that they sent took his time and did an excellent job. I also needed some maintenance to a second door.they sent an extra man and truck to accomplish this work. They were done is a timely manner and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend them A+.

Citywide Garage Door was extremely helpful with a situation of my garage door opener that was opening the neighbors garage door as well. The company that installed my motor (not Citywide) told me the only solution was to have the neighbor purchase a new unit or they could just remove my unit, refund me and I'd have to get someone else to install a different unit.

So I called Citywide. Kelly was so helpful walking us through trying to reset the machines and even went as far as calling the manufacturer. She went out of her way to save us time and money, considering we weren't even her customer. Kelly helped us resolve the issue with the manufacturer at no extra cost to us or the neighbor. Highly recommend Citywide!

CItywide replaced our garage door springs and did a fantastic job! They were able to squeeze us in same day when other companies we contacted either couldn't for almost a week or didn't have the needed supplies on hand. They were in and out in under an hour and the technicians were very kind and professional. They were also the only company we contacted who were upfront with their prices and everything was done at a very good price. We will definitely be contacting them again in the future for any other garage door needs!

I came home to a broken garage door spring and being new to the area googled garage door repair and clicked on one since I didn't know any companies around here. I am glad I clicked on the one I did though. Citywide was awesome, the lady that answered the phone was very nice and gave me an upfront estimate. She said it would probably be Monday, (this was Friday at 10am) but that if they had time they may get to me that day.

This seemed reasonable so I planned on seeing them come by on Monday. I got a call from the technician around 2pm and they stopped by and had me fixed up in about an hour with 2 new springs and even lubed everything so it doesn't squeak anymore. The two technicians were very nice and did not leave any mess. Overall I was very impressed with the experience and the final cost was exactly what I was quoted. Citywide Garage Door will be my first call for any garage door needs in the future.

Fantastic installation. They couldn't quite figure out how to secure their control wiring to concrete, or they didn't want to. Left about 9 and half foot length of unsecured wire, except by pulling it tight. Most people wouldn't care, but I'm an electrician and I don't like it. Had to get my hammer drill out and re-route.

Needed my large garage doors (10' x 10') serviced and wanted to 'keep it local' so I selected them. $109/hr for the service call plus parts and my garage doors both are opening & closing smoother than they ever have and I now have a remote to keep in my vehicle. This is still Covid19 time & Shawn (the owner's son) wore a face mask the whole time, called when he was on his way, was very friendly and completed the doors in 1.5 hours. When both of our garage doors bit the dust within a month of each other, I was freaking out. I quickly started researching garage door companies hoping someone could fit us in before the snow started falling here in Pittsburgh. I also didn't want to break the bank so to speak. Luckily, I found Citiwide. They were one of three quotes I received and I'm thrilled that I selected them for the job.

The doors were a non-standard size so I had to wait a few weeks for them to come in but on the day they were received, I was called and given a time slot for installation. The installers were kind, professional and took their time explaining the product and all the ins and outs of using it. One of the installers noticed a few small dents in the one door and assured us they would bring a NEW door soon. Most places wouldn't even bring that up, I'm sure. Citywide is very responsive. I called on a Tuesday morning and that same day Ken Rost was by to look at the existing garage door and take measurements. The next morning there was an email in my inbox from Citywide with the proposal. I accepted the next day. The new garage door was installed the following week. The installation was professional and workmanlike. I highly recommend Citywide Garage Door Company. Citywide also quoted the best price.

Had an opener go bad during the warranty Period. Ken was super quick to schedule a tech to come to our property. Shawn was very professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it immediately. Had all the parts on the truck. We are very HAPPY with Citywide and you will be too!

My garage door wouldn't fully open a few evenings ago. I called Citywide and left a message (there is an after-hours number too). They called back first thing the next morning and had it repaired before 9:30 am. I'm truly impressed and thankful since my car was stuck inside.

These guys are great! They sent two very personable repair techs who fixed my two car (and admittedly dingy) garage door under an hour of work after a different company quoted $2500 for a new garage door. We recently had a garage door installed by Citywide. Every part of the experience was professional. I made an initial inquiry with the company on a Tuesday, and by the following Friday the door was installed.

About 6 months ago, I had Citywide Garage Door Co. come out to repair my garage door that would no longer open & close automatically. 2 repairmen showed up. They were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. While the one guy replaced some of the parts, the other guy spend his time cleaning and oiling parts on the garage door. I was really impressed with their diligence and the price was reasonable.

I contacted Citywide again today because I thought the issue may be resurfacing, but the gentleman I spoke with suggested that I wait 2 weeks rather than spend more money, as it may just be due to the sun in the morning and should clear up on its own. There should be more companies like this! I highly recommend them. A+
