I loved this company! The repair guy was so kind, and really knowledgeable. He was also really happy-go-lucky which is cool to see nowadays. Very quick at changing the spring in the door as well as the belt and the motor. Basically the whole thing needed fixing- it was bad. He was very professional and his repairs were very quick in terms of replacing as much as he did.

Great service, great price. Definite recommend. Tom was fast, but thorough and did more than expected, and the springs he used are excellent quality. Same day service, completely satisfied. Only improvement I could ask for is that the credit card fee be disclosed up front. Tom was willing to waive it, but he did such a good job and so fast, I at least split it with him. Great job!
