The HommCPS team is fantastic, professional and responsive for both interior and exterior painting projects big and small. We've used them for two substantial projects over the last few years that have involved interior painting, exterior painting, wood rot repair, carpentry work and other smaller projects and their team has done an amazing job. If you live in Northern Virginia or the surrounding areas, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andres, Walter and the rest of the team at Homm. You won't be disappointed.

We have used Homm twice. In the Fall of 2021 they painted the exterior of our house. We live in an old house with wood siding and lots of trim, and they did great prep work, and were very thorough with their painting two complete coats, and the result shows it. We could not be more pleased with their work and the result. We were so pleased that when we wanted to paint the interior of our house, there was no question that we would use them again. They just finished that (Spring 2022), and again, we were very pleased and would recommend them highly.

Andres was responsive and professional. We hired him for an exterior brick job where they painted the red brick white. The white looks great and they finished it over two days because they ran into some random rain that day. There were a few touch-up spots that I identified and the project lead was happy to touch it up -- no complaints or gripes from the painters. Thank you Andres, Carlos, and Homm!

Andres and Walter were great to work with from start to finish during our interior paint job. They were very flexible as our schedule changed and we had to delay the job multiple times. They had a good reputation within our community, so I asked for an estimate, along with two others. Homm responded quickly with a price in my budget. Andres and his team are dedicated and professional. They are skilled painters that pay attention to detail. I am highly satisfied with the outcome!

We are very happy with the service provided by Homm. Walter and his team were professional and skilled. We had our main living space, hallway, ,a nd kitchen painted. In addition, we had door frames and crown molding installed. We are thrilled with the final product. We were also impressed with how tidy the team was. They cleaned up the work site thoroughly each day so that we could use our living space.

They were also courteous about moving furniture back to its original position as soon as they were able. They were responsive to touch ups and feedback. Highly recommend, and will use them again for painting needs.

After completion of painting, I had some issues to address. Andres finally stopped by and wore work boots in my home. He snapped pictures of my home unprompted and refused to address my issues. After this went on for about 30 mins, he yells out that I am late for an appt, although he set the time for my appt. Just 2 years later after during covid my paint job is not holding up at all.

There are several places where the paint is peeling. When I contacted Mr. Matheus, he first ignored me, when he finally addressed my concerns, he was very indifferent, and pointed to the contract worded to protect him from any complaints. When Mr. Matheus painted my home there was 10-year-old paint that held up, and I never had a problem with the paint that held up for 10 years, I just wanted new colors. Andres and his team were amazing from start to finish! Andres responded very promptly and professionally to my request for a quote, and he provided expert advice to achieve my desired outcome for a completely repainted interior of the first and second stories of my home. The team did an excellent job and finished on time and with very competitive rates.

The team assigned to my account were responsive, professional, workman like in their approach and interactions with me, prompt and performed all of the work contracted for as expected. They presented an estimate, followed through on scheduling, communicated to me about the status of the project and executed perfectly. I will be using Homm for all of my future painting needs.

Andres was easy to communicate to receive a quote from services and explain the process. Once scheduled, he introduced me to the foreman who would lead my job and included a photo of him so I could recognize him upon arrival. Walter and his associate were both professional and courteous. My roommate and I both had to work from home while they completed the kitchen and bathroom cabinet paint job but they made it possible for us to do so. The cabinets look refreshed and updated. This was our first time hiring professional painters. We got three estimates and chose Homm for several reasons. They were the most responsive before and after the job, offered color consultation and they only required full payment after the job was completed. They also wrote detailed notes and discussed ways to save money and were happy to add a room after scheduling the job.

They painted 2 coats for 6 rooms, a 2 level foyer, stair risers, 3 halls, and one coat trim for doors, baseboards and spindles. They moved furniture, curtains, and patched drywall where needed. Luis was the lead painter and both were very experienced and did an excellent job and we are thrilled with the results.

Our experience with Homm was nothing but professional from start to finish! Andres was extremely responsive at every turn. His estimate was fair and the work was performed on time and with the highest quality. The crew was respectful of our home and not only did a beautiful paint job but also did a nice clean up when they were finished. Andres was very thorough when he came out for our initial estimate and brought up points that I had not initially thought about. He promptly wrote up an estimate and provided a time frame for the work if we decided to move forward. Once the scheduled project date came up, Andres emailed us to introduce us to our project manager, Walter. A picture was provided so that we knew who to expect. Walter and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. Walter went over the project details with me and asked me about any areas that we had any extra concerns.

There were a few areas where I needed him to check to see how much carpentry repairs would be needed before we could proceed with paint. He checked those for me, provided me a cost for repair and proceeded with getting the materials once I approved the additional costs. Throughout the process he made sure to let me know of all of my available options. Walter checked in with me throughout the project, letting me know where they were at, having me check over work and informing me of when they would arrive for the next day.

The entire crew was very friendly, professional, and detail oriented. I am extremely happy with the finished work and will definitely be recommending them to friends and neighbors who need work done.

They were timely in preparing an estimate for this work and their price was very competitive with the other estimates we received for this job. They were easy to contact and promptly returned messages. They showed up on the scheduled date to start painting. The quality of the painting was excellent and they completely cleanup up the job site.

Andres came out to determine the scope of the work. I appreciate that details of the work to be completed were listed in the contract agreement. Walter and his crew were neat and careful and did an excellent job overall. They were accommodating, working around concerns of our immediate neighbor. Great crew. Always on time. Nice and clean. Very helpful crew and owner is great - Andres came by on day 1 to check on the progress of the job. Everything was very professional and I'm hoping to hire them again to paint other rooms in my house and next spring, hire them to paint the outside of my house.

Homm's owner spent considerable time meeting with us to understand everything we wanted done and to advise on approaches to doing it. He gave us a thorough and accurate estimate. The crew showed up on time and did an excellent job cleaning up every day. The outside work was power washing and painting our brick house and all trim; also some carpentry.
