Image Painting

I had to get a lot of my trim around the house replaced due to rotting wood. Got a handful of quotes from different vendors but felt most comfortable with Image Painting. Pros: - Andrew (the owner) came out as scheduled as walked me through what needed to be done. - Quote was received the same day. - Andrew and Amy were very responsive to my emails. - Jesus and his brother came out and did a great job fixing the trim and painting. Cons: - Pricing was above mid range amongst all the quotes but definitely not on the high end. - Adam (the PM) wasn't responsive to emails.

Ultimately ended up talking directly with Andrew. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work though my wallet took a hit. I'd definitely recommend using Image Painting if you're looking. Would've given a 4.5 review (if half stars were allowed).but since they aren't, they get 5 stars because the work was definitely better than 4 stars.

Very responsive! Andrew provided good information and did not try to "upsell" me when he came to evaluate for the quote. I received two other quotes and Image Painting was right in line. The job was scheduled quickly, and the painters showed up on time and were very polite. While not a big job, they did very good work - I'm very pleased and would use them again.

Image Painting are professional, responsive, and communicative which go a long way toward making positive impressions. Our interior painting job was done very quickly which was appreciated since we were still inside and generally around the house while work was ongoing. There were times though where it seemed unnecessarily rushed, and after the work was completed we noticed detail oriented things that we wished had been taken care of. But all in all, Image Painting did what we needed to be done and we are pleased with the outcome of our interior painting.

I did a lot of research before we had a large amount of work on the exterior of our house completed. I picked Image Painting because of the price, the professionalism, the communications and responsiveness. They repainted all the trim, power washed our house and stained the deck. As with our previous two experiences, Image Painting far exceeded our expectations. From initial quote visit to final project walk-through, everything was done expertly, on time, and on budget. Adam and his team were courteous and professional, and they showed great respect for our older home, taking the time to listen, answer questions, and offer suggestions. We could not have asked for a better experience!

Image Painting is terrific. Celvin did a great job managing the project and Andrew or Adam stopped by every day to check on progress and to see if we had any concerns or questions. They were very responsive, professional, friendly, flexible and cleaned up each evening before they left. They did extensive spackling and sanding and made sure to leave it very clean throughout the work and keep any dust from the rest of house with meticulous application of plastic and tape.

We had them paint two rooms with very high ceilings and skylights. We also had them paint our kitchen cabinets - looks like brand new cabinets were installed. The price was very reasonable and more than worth it. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

We are extremely happy we selected Image Painting to turn our red brick house into a lovely cream. Andrew was professional and very fair in his pricing compared with other estimates that we received. Herbert and his team of painters were careful, personable, and professional. Communication was great -- they kept us informed about the process and checked in on a few little details along the way. There was not a single issue. They exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future for interior work.

The Image Painting Team was EXCELLENT to deal with----from the estimate all the way through the final walk through. The team showed up on time each day, asked questions if they were unsure, and cleaned up each night. My particular project needed much drywall repair and I am beyond pleased with the final product. Adam took time to explain things along the way. I will definitely use these guys in the future.

Image Painting did a great job repairing the drywall in my master bedroom and painting. Andrew came out the day after I contacted him to provide an estimate, and his team was able to do the job the same week. The job was done quickly without compromising the quality, which is top notch. I used Image Painting to paint several rooms at my prior home and highly recommend them.

Engaged Image Painting after years of using Dave Mahoney Painting. This was a larger interior paint job. Overall, Image was professional, prompt, fast, neat, clean, excellent workers who were respectful of surroundings and worked diligently to get the job done. Supervision and management were on the scene following up frequently, engaged and asking the right questions. Very happy with the final outcome of the job. I would recommend and will certainly use again for big and small jobs.

I had a fantastic experience with Image Painting. I would call them again in a heartbeat for another exterior job or for indoor work. Things were seamless from beginning to end. I appreciated the extremely detailed contract, which always helps to minimize any confusion later during the work about expectations. We actually went through several rounds of getting the contract just right prior to me signing it, as the level of detail Image originally included prompted me to realize a couple other things that I wanted to include in the job but hadn't originally thought of.

As we got closer to the start of work, Andrew reached out regularly with updates on likely start date compared to the original projection, given that weather always has impacts on schedule. And once the work started, it was all just incredibly smooth. The team, Jesus and Guillermo, was amazing - smart, thoughtful, incredibly professional. It was a real joy to have both of them with us for the period of the work!

They were patient at the beginning as we sorted out the final colors and sheen levels. They also completed a few agreed window-related woodwork repairs. They communicated regularly about schedule throughout the job - ie slightly earlier start due to extreme heat, day skips due to rain, both to keep me updated and make note of when I should keep back gates and doors locked vs. unlocked.

The work area was incredibly precise and tidy the entire time, both during the day and after they left each day. And the final result looks just great - we are so happy with their work. Andrew also checked in by phone or stopped by regularly during the work to see if I had any questions and check on things generally, which I appreciated. Highly recommend!

Image Painting was one of four companies I got quotes from based on reviews via Next Door cross referenced with Yelp. Andrew came by to give me a quote for painting my door and window/door trim, and he was on time, polite, and quick. He was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and he was honest about the amount of work it would take and the variables that might change cost (damage, rot, replacement, repair etc.) I felt like he'd be honest with everything that came up.

His price was one of the lowest but not *the* lowest, which I think is a good thing. Once booked his crew arrived when he said they would, and they were all smart, polite guys who took care of my house. They were especially great because I have a difficult dog and they were willing to work around her reactivity and tendency to run out of the door.

They were very patient even though they needed to keep the door open for prep and paint. When they sanded the door and my dog lost her mind and scratched up the inside, they fixed it, which I absolutely wasn't expecting. The quality of the work was really high and I feel like they consulted me with any questions they had, which sometimes doesn't happen, meaning you come home to a surprise. Great crew, would recommend, will use again next year when I have all the siding done.

Very professional to deal with. They did a quality job within weeks of my initial contact. My job was small, addressing issues from my HOA inspection, but required accessing the roof on my 4 level townhouse to power-wash and paint.

Image Painting replaced some rotten wood and painted my porch and the exterior trim on my house. They did an excellent job and my neighbors even commented on how good my porch and columns look. They are polite, respectful, and have great attention to detail. The sales representative, Talgat Makabayev, was very helpful and made scheduling easy. I'll definitely consider them first for any work in the future.

Image Painting did wonderful work on my 2 bathrooms and my bedroom. I live in an older house, and the marks, holes, and drywall was so bad, , but Image Painting made the walls look BEAUTIFUL! They also installed new trim around my windows and tile flooring, it was cut perfectly, and added so much "newness" to the rooms, along with the fresh paint everywhere.

They asked if I liked the work performed, and I told them I was so pleased and would recommend to everyone. They were very prompt and finished quickly, as we have a small house with kids and there was not much room to work/move around/etc. I would highly suggest calling these guys, they are great! Price was very good as well. They also did a great job cleaning up after work completed.

These guys did a great job with making my ceiling and walls look like new. Their attention to detail both with the project itself and with cleanup afterwards was much appreciated. These guys fixed all the ceilings in my house better than new. They came back and made sure everything was done perfectly. I had 12 pot lights put in my townhouse and found out the builders who built this townhouse used hammers to put in the holes for the light fixtures. They made huge crooked holes as well as all the other holes the electricians put in.

There aren't enough superlatives to express what a terrific job Image Painting performed for us. They painted every interior space of our home, Ceilings, walls, trim, closets, bookcases - everything! The detailed estimate which Andrew provided was the road map for all this work. The crew worked extremely hard every moment that were in our home from 8-4:30 daily.

Two years later, I hired Image for another project, including interior painting and drywall repair. Just as with my first review, the quality and price were the best around. The results again are immaculate. Andrew (owner) is great to deal with and very responsive in working with work schedules.
