Nabil was our wonderful cleaner. He arrived at the very beginning of our window and was great from the moment he got out of his van! He was very friendly, walked through our apartment first and told me what he would clean and how and then got to work! The carpets look fantastic! We have two dogs and one is older and has issues making messes on the floor almost daily.

I called Friday late in the day, and they came Saturday. Nabil was wonderful! He was knowledgeable, friendly and did a great job! We had all the carpets in our house cleaned. It was a bit of an emergency, because our old dog had made several bad messes.

Nabil arrived on time and went right to work. He had done my carpets several times before and had always done a great job. But I had not had these carpets cleaned since last December. I had several stains that were old and was unsure whether or not they would come out. Nabil worked very the stains, and my rugs look like new! I will definitely be using Nabil and his company again.
