THE WORST IVE EVER DEALT WITH! PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR RUG TO THEM. YOU WILL WANT TO READ THIS. They conned me out of 175 bucks only to bring my rug back uncleaned. I should have just bought a new rug instead. They sent a guy by the name Andre to pick up my rug, then he charged me $175 for cleaning and faster few days delivery since I told him I was moving to another state in a few days.

I called and called and called they kept lying to me that the rug will be delivered. I waited 5 days, no rug. My final day to move I called them and told them my uhaul is right outside and if they cannot deliver the rug, I can pass by their offices with the uhaul to pick it up, but they refused and told me to wait for management to call me. They called minutes later saying that someone is on their way bringing my rug.

So it came, all wrapped up, and I put it in the uhaul and drove off to start my new professional life. When I opened up the rug in my new house, dust came out. I looked and I could tell it had not been cleaned. Not one drop of water. It was EXACTLY the same way I gave Andre. Of course I called and complained but they took 5 days playing me, telling me management will call me, only to finally say they will do nothing about my rug.

Keep in mind all those days I called from the state I moved to, I had talked to the cleaning crew and two of them said they believe the rug was not cleaned. The management just delivered it dirty because I told them I was moving. I have dealt with disappointments in my life but this was outright the most ridiculous con ever. I believe KARMA will work its wonders.

Fantastic Job! My white carpet looked brand new again. Called and scheduled a same day cleaning. Had 4 rooms and a sofa deep cleaned. Staff was very nice. Prompt with cleaning. No hidden fees. Will use again for sure.
