I needed the upgrade to 5G. Josh was scheduled to come out in the afternoon. Due to extra time taken with previous customers he called to let me know he was going to be a little longer than expected. The time still fell within my estimated time frame. He called again when he was on his way. When he arrived he was very courteous, came in and got to work replacing the part.
I had some questions and he took the time to answer them. Because of the change, it required a new app for the phone. He was patient and explained the different options on the app and made sure I understood how to operate the different functions. I really appreciate his knowledge and the fact he respected my time by communicating his delay/arrival time.

Was asked to meet with Atlantic Security through my builder. Ok, great. But salesman named Matt wants to meet in person and says he has COVID. I asked my husband to suggest a zoom meeting with him. And Matt says no it's better to meet in person since I'm prolly be fine by then. Let's just say I asked the builder Design coordinator if she had another low volt company I could use. I was NOT comfortable meeting some one coming off of a serious bout of COVID. Thankfully she said yes and e didn't have to meet with this Matt.

I was with this company for more than 3 years. Having been military and federal law enforcement for 33 yrs, unfortunately I never really had time to pay the most attention to the details of the home. My wife did a wonderful job sharing those household responsibilities when necessary. Now that I am retired, I found that the company I trusted to look after my families best interest was as flawed as any other.
I understand that. What I don't understand is them continuously and without hesitation having to solve any issue, even the smallest, by "rolling a truck"! They have had come to my house at least 8 to 10 times in the past 3 yrs averaging 3 hours @ $150 per, to resolve the same issues each time, i.e. a camera's down, control 4 remote volume not working, ring sky bell not connecting due to poor internet strength.
I have spent $3,900 - $4,900 just on service calls! When were they going to get it right or resolve anything! Service mangers Rick & Sam are very professional and responsive, the lady who answers the receptionist line is AMAZING, and IT technician Adam is the best they have! Technician Jason is a very nice guy but his knowledge seems very suspect.
He could never work on my equipment again. I decided to leave Atlantic Security and hire a more competent and less advantageous company. I have not had a single problem so far. I'd pay a little more up front for better security and service! By the way, today Atlantic sent me a $160 bill from Jason because he helped me over the phone vs "rolling a truck" last week.the sky bell camera and control 4 remote still didn't work. Jason said "I don't know what to tell ya". I guess my next stop is the BBB.

We've been customers of Atlantic Security for almost 20 years. They have kept our system in tip-top shape. Even when they had a flat tire once and showed up on time anyway! It is easy to schedule maintenance or a repair. Their telephone response to a false alarm is within seconds. And repair services are quick and painless (we live on a golf course and have had some "iffy" golfers put a ball through window!) Over all, we are SO THANKFUL for the association we have with Atlantic Security.

Extremely Happy with Atlantic Security I found Atlantic security after trying to get quotes from local companies for a more sophisticated alarm system and finding that they we not motivated to deal with something other than the basic turnkey package. Right from the start, AJ from Atlantic understood what I wanted and helped me work out all details and questions to make it happen.
The installer was great taking all the time necessary to get everything right and when a problem developed that was the fault of the manufacture, they did not pass the buck. AJ and the team at Atlantic persisted in running down the issue until I had the perfect system I wanted. I found Atlantic to be a truly professional company that really cares about their customers satisfaction.

Atlantic Security is very responsive to my emails, usually answering within a couple hours or same day. Highly recommend as they provide excellent recommendations for home security products and home automation. We had a great experience with Atlantic Security regarding our outdoor security cameras. They were responsive, showed up when they said they would and followed up when we had questions about our system. AJ Hall has been particularly helpful and walked us through some technical questions. We would highly recommend using this company!

Atlantic Security is 1st rate. AJ has been wonderful with consultations and addressing all my concerns. He listens and communicates in a clear and professional way. The techs, James and David, were great during installation. They patiently answered all my many questions and handled any issues my home presented in a quick and efficient manner. I am very impressed with them! They have all gone above and beyond to make sure my home is safe. The costs and monthly rate is competitive and I really like the system!

I would recommend Atlantic Security to all of my family and friends. After having a night mare of an experience with another Alarm company for 5 months I was looking for a replacement. After a few in-home consults from different vendors, my husband and I decided to go with Atlantic Security. AJ Hall listened to my issues and concerns for my family and was able to give me the piece of mind knowing that my home and family would be in safe hands with his company.

Very excited to have my Atlantic Security system installed in my boutique Gone Gorgeous! I now have the security of knowing I do not have to physically be at my location to watch my business from my phone or computer. The customer service was outstanding and I have never had this kind of quality in my previous security and cameras.
