My husband Don and I have been customers for 25 years and have chosen not leave Kentronix even though we get frequent calls from other security companies. After hurricane Matthew we had a major update to our alarm system and recently added cameras. The technical staff really know what they are doing and are all long time employees with the company. Absolutely do not buy! This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Hanging up on me, threatening me, and make sure you read your contract because you will never get out of it (auto renewal for major time). I've honestly never had an experience like this in my life. The owner couldn't be worse and passes you off to his secretary who is never there to make any changes. They also raised the price $25 a month without ever telling us. Total crooks.

My wife, Nicole scheduled an appointment with Tom the owner, who came out the same day for a consultation and was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. What sold us on selecting this company versus other security alarm companies was that all Kentronix employees are Fire Alarm System Agent/Burglar Alarm System Agent certified, which means not only are these employees professionally trained, but also are required to submit to fingerprinting and a criminal background check through the FDLE to be eligible for this certification. This is a great company and our experience with them has been an excellent one.
