Oh yes, I would recommend this co. They were able to come the same day I called, I was given a discount, the guy was professional and so was his work. My carpets were so dirty with spilled spots everywhere. They are now even color = and he also treated with an allergy commercial

We had them come out to look at a carpet repair after our dog pulled up a corner of the carpet & destroyed the padding underneath. They immediately asked for pictures when we initially contacted them and gave us an estimate. They came out within a couple of days and did an absolutely fantastic job! Our dog didn't maul the actual carpet too bad, so the repair was pretty quick.

Super great service if you're in an apartment or need repairs without wanting to replace the carpet in the whole room for a smaller hole or re-stretching. I would definitely recommend going to this family owned business for your carpet needs!

They have done an awesome job with steam cleaning my carpets in the past and they repaired my carpet where my dogs had torn it up. The repaired spots look like nothing ever happened, and has held up beautifully 2 years later. I just had them come out and repair another spot since we're getting ready to move, and it looks great. John was on time, very professional and works quickly. Will definitely be sticking with this company.

They are NOT PROFESSIONAL at all when you complain. The manager (or possibly the owner) threatened us multiple times that he would contact our landlord/ housing management about some made up stuff to get try and get us into trouble as retaliation for putting a negative review. As a LOCAL GUIDE, please be aware that there are numerous reviewers that seemed to have received services from this company that only have ONE REVIEW with an often FIVE STAR RATING.

I just wanted to bring that to your attention! Here is my honest experience. A while back, I had my carpets cleaned by Lone Star Carpet Clean. The entire second story portion of the house and stairway was treated. The agreed price was reasonable and they were flexible in changing the appointment time. All was swell, until the technician showed up.

In general, I felt the technician "D. A. " sent by "P. W.," took an lackluster approach at cleaning the rental's carpets, by finishing the entire 700sq feet and stairway in less than 15 minutes. In that time, "D. A." showed up without the quoted price in hand, left water all over the bottom floor tile, and there were multiple stains left in the carpet, of which I removed later with costly cleaning supplies.

The carpets seemed a little brighter, but the stains remained untouched. The chemical sprayed was very aromatic and stayed that way for about 16 hours after the initial spray. For a company with a 'star rating' as high as some of the best companies in San Antonio, Texas, I was very disappointed and felt like the work was unacceptable. I have had carpets treated and cleaned before on multiple occasions by others, so when "D. A." finished a 45 minute (plus) job in about 15 minutes, I was not surprised to see multiple minor problem areas that could have been easily cleaned with more attention to detail.

I refuse to get anymore services done by this company and do not want to hear from them at all (please stop calling and texting me - as they have done repeatedly). I hope they clean up their practices and learn to strive for excellence. As of 28th of May, 2018, at about 10:50am I recieved a multitude of text messages from P.W. that was not called for and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Mr. P.W. is unbelievably rude and I really hope a large grouple of people see this review. AGAIN: PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT ME ANY FURTHER MR. P.W. OR ANYONE FROM LONE STAR CARPET CLEAN. HARASSMENT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AND IS UNLAWFUL!

Paul was very thorough and it's so nice to see someone enjoy his work, do the job to perfection and still be personable. I had 2 terrible places in a bedroom carpet where my son's dog had chewed 2 very large holes and Paul fixed them to just perfection. I will definitely call again if I have any future problems. I am even excited to see how well his company cleans my carpets tomorrow as I'm sure it'll be exceptional also.

Being able to get me in as quickly as he did so that my home would be ready for guests was just another reason this company moves to the top of my list. Thank you for a job very well done!

My first carpet cleaning in my home after 5-6 years and first time using Lone Star. John was my technician and did an incredible job. The experience from beginning to end was great. He called me in the morning to give me a time frame of when he would make my appointment within the hour, he called me when he was on the way, and arrived on time. We went over my needs for the carpet cleaning and he gave honest recommendations on the work to be done. He completed the work quickly and I am very happy with the turn out! It looks and feels great. And I feel so much better about it too! Thank you!

We have used Lone Star Carpet Care & Restoration several times now. Each time we have been blessed to have John Rackley come out to clean our carpets. John always calls the morning of our appointment, letting us know the time frame he is expecting to be at our home. He also calls again when he is on his way, which is greatly appreciated. John is very kind and his knowledge of carpet care is very helpful to ensuring our carpets continue to stay clean long after he leaves. John works very quickly and yet his cleaning service is very thorough. He does his job with excellence and goes above and beyond to ensure our carpets look amazing! We highly recommend him!

Amazing work! We had Chris and let me tell you that he was the most professional and friendly individual! You can tell he has a passion for making customers happy. He took his time and made sure that I was happy with each room. I was amazed at how dirty my carpets were. I should have done a before and after. I have two huge dogs and they shed a lot.

I didn't realize the amount of hair that was built up in the carpets. It was almost gut wrenching to see. Though my carpets didn't look terrible he came in and showed me what they needed and should look like! I would recommend this company if you are looking for a perfectionist to come in and take care of your floors and I would recommend Chris every time. I am so happy with the service and outcome! I just might sleep on my floor tonight;

Paul and Lone Star Carpet provide absolutely phenomenal service! Paul is both highly skilled at his craft and an excellent communicator. He is also very personable and a pleasure to work with. The work provided by Lone Star was excellent on every level, but there were several subtle things what made a significant difference; Paul personally took the time to answer any number of questions I had about the work he performed but he also went above and beyond by advising on other home repair projects I had, that had nothing to do with his carpet care service, these included him taking pictures of supplies at Home Depot and emailing them to me! Paul and Lone Star are exceptional and I could not give them a higher recommendation! Thank you Paul!

I'm not usually one to pay to have my carpet cleaned because of the hassle and cost, but it needed to be done and using Lone Star was a great experience! Our tech, Paul Walker, totally accommodated to my schedule and came earlier than originally planned so I could get to work. He did the job quickly and thoroughly (not only got all the spots out and left it clean, but he even raked it when he was done!). Not to mention they are extremely affordable for the quality work they do. I would definitely use them again.

Originally found these people on groupon. They were able to come out quick and were very timely. My carpets never looked better! Again I used them to repair a small hole in my carpet on the stairs. Paul came out and did a great job in repairing the hole, you couldn't even tell it was there once he was done.

Just had some carpet repaired in my home, and the service was incredibly fast. He gave us our quote and was able to start immediately. All the repairs look great and they guaranteed their work. Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with Steven and Lone Star. They helped me get our house ready for new renters to come in cleaning all the floors and fixing a bleach stain in our living room. What stick out to me is that they were scheduled to do my house the same day as the storms hit San Antonio and they were flooded with emergency flood calls starting in the middle of the night.

I'm a very happy customer. I've had my carpet cleaned in the past by several different companies and no one was able to remove the smell from my dog's accidents until I called lone star. The technician John came out and within an hour he had removed all odor and urine stains.

We had an area covered by a rug for years and was so discolored from the surrounding tile that we thought we were going to just have to replace the tile. We called Lone Star carpet care and they said they have never seen anything that dramatic in the difference in color before.
