These guys are great. I call them all the time when I have either a problem or a planned upgrade, and I know they will be honest and do quality work. It's so nice to have an experienced plumber on standby when an emergency strikes. I'd recommend them to anyone with big or small projects. Just replaced all the copper pipes in the house and they made it painless.

Our hot water heater went out back in November. At almost 37-weeks pregnant you can imagine this was the worst possible time for this to happen. However, Jeff turned our bad misfortune into a wonderful overall experience. He was at our home measuring for a replacement the same day, provided a quote the next, and installed the new system the following day.
From broken to brand new in 3 days! I can't recommend him and his team (Jim and his sons were awesome) enough. Great job, pleasure to work with. We had several jobs over the last two years. They ran a new gas line for a kitchen range, serviced our gas tankless hot water heater, and serviced our gas fireplace. Each time they were friendly and hard working. I was especially impressed with the tankless hot water heater service as the weather was miserable during the appointment. They remained positive and took their time even though they were stuck working on a cold, rainy day.

These guys are great. We have used them multiple times but last week we had a large purchase with these folks. We had to purchase a new Hot water heater. We chose a Rinnai tankless 94ELin after reading multiple reviews and listening to the feedback from the Owner Jeff. He recommended going to tankless to replace our old 50 gallon traditional heater.
The job was well done and they cleaned up after the work was complete. I received a call the next day to make certain we were happy. Use Superior Plumbing and Gas you will be happy you did.

10 STARS! I just had a leak in my water heater unit last night. I was able to turn off my water and called around to see if any plumbing company can help me. They were quoting me an arm and a leg just to come out and see the problem. I was referred to Jim by a friend and within an hour he was at my house checking the problem for a low cost. He called to tell me the issue and let me know that one of his men will be out there shortly to fix the pipe.
My pipe was fixed immediately and at a low cost! Amazing customer service! They did a better job than the originals who set up the unit! I am more than satisfied and will definitely recommend him and this company to everyone. Thank you so much Jim for getting it done! :

Thank you so much for replacing our water heater! The new one is working well and I am sure it will last a long time! If we have any other plumbing issues, Superior Plumbing and Gas will be the only company I'll ever call. So, last fall a water spot started to appear on my kitchen ceiling. Knowing that the water heater (which is fairly new) was up there, I called Superior to come out and take a look, 2 men showed up (can't remember names) but I think the plumber and possibly an apprentice.they went up into the attic and in about 3-5 minutes advised that my situation was being caused by my AC! Hmmmmm, I thought to myself - we had experienced this before when we had to replace the water heater, but I called an Ac company and got someone out there right away.
Within moments of being up in the attic he called to my husband to come up, and when he got up there pointed out to him clear as day the drip coming from my WATER HEATER! So, I called Superior back advising about the incompetence of the crew they sent earlier and that I expected someone out there before the end of business to rectify this issue. They did send out a supervisor that afternoon, who upon ascending up into the attic, clearly could not believe the incompetence of the crew that came out that morning, as he made the statement about the leaking water heater, "you can see that leak as plain as the nose on my face".
So he fixed it, we thanked him and he left. Imagine my surprise when the office called to collect $250 for services! Even if this were fixed from the first visit, it was a 5 minute fix, $250? I asked the women on the phone who is going to pay my bill for having to have the AC folks out due to your first crews incompetence? She said let me look into that and then I heard nothing.
Well the other day I got an invoice in the mail for $120, less a discount of $130, dated 6/10/16, stating PAST DUE! Huh, what.you never followed up with me for a visit in late Oct/early Nov sometime and you are dating it June! You are also stating past due when you never bothered to contact me again after "let me look into that"! Definitely not thinking even $120, is reasonable for a 5 min fix, that was handled incorrectly to begin with. Handling Customer Service everyday for a living, this cost should be drastically reduced or not even charged at all for all the stress it caused. I agree they did render service and I do owe then for that service, but more like $75.

We contacted Superior Plumbing & Gas and the response was outstanding. They arrived at my house promptly. The plumber was terrific, he found the issue immediately, was very honest, and he did not overcharge me. He was very professional, he even took his shoes off at the front door, he was great! My wife and I were extremely impressed with the company.

Jim & his helper (sorry I don't remember his name) came out and snaked my kitchen pipes & cleared the blockage very quickly! They were very professional, yet also very personable & polite as well. They also saved me almost half over the nearest quote I received elsewhere! I would highly recommend them to anyone with plumbing problems. You will not be disappointed! Thanks again Jim!
