Bobby did a great job. I called @ 7:07 pm and spoke with answering service. Bobby called @ 7:47 and advised he would be here between 9 - 9:30. He called @ 9:47 to say he was on his way and arrived @ 10:20 pm. Even though I had to wait a little while, it was Sunday AND Father's Day. Was so glad he was willing to come out to make the repairs.

I called because my gas fireplace was emitting soot and the flame was not right. A gentleman came out and he was very nice and professional. I thought he fixed the issue and did a good job. Afterwards, whenever I turned the fireplace on, I smelled gas so I called them back. The same man came and was unable to find a problem. He went to Home Depot and bought a gas detection device to confirm what I was smelling.

He said he didn't know what was leaking, but said it had something to do with the metal clips that held the glass in place. He said he would talk to someone and call the following day. That was 2 weeks ago and I've heard nothing. Dominion just left after locating the problem in all of 2 minutes. I have another company coming tomorrow to fix the issue.

The best experience with plumbing repairs I could have asked for - from the office to the work. Shawn was the technician that was assigned for my issues. He was very respectful, courteous and informative. He explained everything being done each step of the way. I will definitely use On Call in the future for any of my plumbing issues and highly recommend them!

Me & my wife call on sat evening after the city say they could fix a water metric, i have accident roll over.and the person at the office was very polite yet apologetic that they could not guarantee a technician today because it would be dark. He did assure us that the tech would be here early sunday morning. SHAWN THE TECH show up here first sunday morning. Theirs are not enough adjectives for the service and courtesy extended by this young man!

He did a great job on my problem at hand, shawn walk me through everything he was doing, and also gave me other suggestions that were extremely helpful! I will not use another company for plumbing, and or related issues! All I CAN I BE CALLING YOU ALL FOR ALL MY NEEDED. Super Job done.

I called them for an estimate. They never got back with me. Kind of rude. The best I could do was leave a message, so that's what I did. And they never did get back with me

The business never returned a telephone call. However, the contact was on Christmas Day.

Called midday today and the person at the office was very polite yet apologetic that they could not guarantee a technician today. She did assure us that but if that had any techs freed up they would do everything they could to work us in. We continued to call other places trying to find someone only to get a call back literally 10 minutes later saying someone was on the way. Bruce showed up, was professional, and quickly got a handle of what was needed to repair the issue (old shower rough in assembly had failed). Within a few hours he had obtained the parts and had fixed our problem! Would definitely use them again!

Woke up to a kitchen flooded an inch deep. They were very quick to respond, very thorough, and did a great job. I definitely recommend these guys.

Very fast service. I needed a new water heater. A technician arrived less than 2 hrs after I called. The new water heater was installed and ready to go about 3 hrs later. Cost might be a bit above average, but for that kind of service, it's worth it.

I had a broken main line coming off my water meter which was flooding my front yard and cut off supply to my house. I called On Call Plumbing and they were able to send someone out in less than 30 minutes. They were highly professional, upfront with all the costs for the repair, and completed their work very quickly including inspection for leaks once the repair was complete. I highly recommend them!

They responded quickly and put me on their schedule right after I submitted an inquiry. Job was done well and looks great!

David and the staff at On Call have performed a great service to my family. They were able to come out same day, late on Friday and was able to diagnose why my A/C had failed. Was able to help me get the part and deal with the warranty, and all I had to do was just pay them for the service. I was dealing with another local company that gave me the run-around, so I was happy to deal with On Call, as they were communicative throughout the entire process.

There was even some hiccups getting the part out of their control, but they still installed it and fixed it the day they said they would. Great company and great people, would recommend.

Came out to check clogged drain, which was great. However, he went neighbor's yard to check their clean out, even though I told him it was a separate system. Next day, neighbor has water leaking. Called the office, sent him back, tried to say neighbor has a clogged problem, when in fact, he didn't properly put the plug back in correct. Was very rude to my wife, tried to charge my neighbor, then left, leaving the cap off! Office staff wasn't any better. Every body makes mistakes, but they should at least own up to it, all this could have been handled better.

I called after hours support in West-Columbia, SC for AC not blowing cold at my elderly mothers's house. The tech arrived about 1:30- 2:00 AM, several hours after call. Tech came out and said no power was on unit. Powered unit up and asked about putting Freon in unit or detect leak. Though paying extremely high per hour rate for after hours, tech said it would be $150 to detect leak?

That would put the total over $450 with still no AC. Because my mom needed AC I paid and he couldn't find the leak, if there was one. Tech refused to put in freon, though no leak found but tech did drain the remainder of freon out of the system before starting leak detection. Left with no AC and out of $450. Called another company the next day. Charged the system and still working almost two months later. Check ALL other companies before doing business here. Very questionable and no fix.

I guess they're good. We'll definitely never find out. We sent a request for a quote to have a water heater installed and got a response from someone who didn't seem to know why she was calling me. But, moving on. The actual installer later called, gave me a quote ($600-$800) that I thought most certainly included the water heater and installation (40-gallon water heater, single residence.

Not for a hotel or anything!). Even then I thought and told him, "That's a little high for a water heater installation." No. That was for HIS installation fee only. If he brings the water heater, the price would come out to be in the $1,400-$1,600 range. I'm thinking briefly Coleman stove and a pot. And Youtube University. No way does a water heater and 30 minutes of work justify $1,500 (roughly). Hell, f'g no.

I bought the water heater, called someone local, spent less than $500 ($80 labor - we paid him more). "Pick up the phone and we'll be right there." They need to finish the slogan. "Pick up the phone and we'll be right there.to rob you."

We had what turned out to be a stubborn leak under a bathroom sink. They came back 2 more times to get it fixed for good, and didn't charge a penny extra! They are great, I highly recommend!

What a week! A/C broke, was fixed for a day, and now is officially dead. Maybe it's better in other states, but DON'T waste your time or money on a 2-10 home warranty. After 5 days of waiting for some incompetent buffoon to not show I called On Call Heating and Air.

I had a wonderful experience using On Call Plumbing, Heating and Air. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had them come out to check my A/C unit and they were nice enough to show me how to prevent the issue from returning.

On Call Plumbing came to my rescue at 8:30 in the evening at my business. And I am so appreciative of their professional service. Their tech Toshi was awesome and he made sure that my problem was taken care of.
