Critical:Responsiveness Absolutely a nightmare to deal with. Incorrect billing, incorrect statements. No one answers the phone. Sales people don't return calls. Takes customer service days to respond. We've been buying the products for many years and each time they go through a merger with a larger company the worse the service gets.

Warning!.Henry does not stand by there warranty. Customer service very rude. Jump through hoops. Over an hour of paper work. Over 2mo no satisfaction, going in circles on replacement product. Dr. Sealgood removed wood shingles from my home and installed a brand new roof. They matched the exact colors we wanted. What impressed me was how clean our grounds were afterward. They completely covered all our grounds and garden areas with tarp and were very meticulous and professional. We were extremely satisfied with their work and recommend them to anyone!

We were pleasantly surprised with his reasonable quote compared to other roofing contractors we had contacted previously.
