From my experience I am saying, Omega Locksmith team can relied on for all lock troubles. They are the safest company to call even in the middle of night. Without hesitating, they will reach you and do everything perfectly and go without any trouble. The rate is also fair. Really a prompt and fast service. 5-star service.

Very friendly service, timely and just all-around great company to work with. They came on time and made a new key for my rental car in less than 2 hours and their price was very reasonable. Car rental companies will charge you $250 for the new key plus $150 or more for towing of the vehicle to their location.

Omega Locksmith technician arrived super quick. Extremely friendly and helpful. Lost my key and needed a replacement made on the spot. He also opened my glove box for me as a favor. Super professional. Not expensive either.

These guys are fast and responded in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. They were able to provide me with a replacement fob for a push button ignition, and for half of what others were quoting me. They will definitely be my first call next time and are highly recommended!

My key broke in my deadbolt lock. I called Omega Locksmith and they came through within 30 min. My lock was pretty old and finicky, but they unlocked it relatively quickly. Also got a nice brass key made afterwards. Definitely recommended!

I contacted them to unlock an internal door. The tech that arrived was professional and quick. However, it would be helpful if the sales agent provides all the fees in detail so that there are no surprises when it is time to pay for the service. Unfortunately, in my case that was not done.

I called in December and the lock technician did not show up, I called again and scheduled someone to come today and after waiting 5 hours today still a no show. I called and spoke to guy who said he was the owner and he basically told me how it was my fault because he gave us an estimate in 2016 and we didn't call him back. He also stated that he has no control of the technician. I'm unsure as to how he is the owner speaking to his customer this way. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time with this place.

I am extremely sadden about the poor service I received from Omega. I was given a task to find a locksmith to replace some locks throughout our office. I called a couple of companies before I decided on Omega. At the time the company seem like the perfect fit. Unfortunately it was not meant to be. The tech was late at our first estimate meeting but gave good service once he arrived.

I called back later that evening for the tech to meet with my boss and the appointment was set. The tech pulled a no call no show. Yet I still gave him another opportunity to correct that missed appointment with a reschedule for today (1/17/20) and still a no show. When I called the office the manager answered, did not say hello and just started rapidly talking says "I don't think it was meant for us to link up today." "I called the tech but he's not answering.

I don't know what to tell you." Tell me you apologize, tell me let me make this right, because what you told me is you don't want my business. Thank you for changing locks on my google search and locking yourself out.

Would recommend Omega Locksmith in Chicago to anyone! Jose was polite, professional, punctual and efficient! Even came out on a holiday to help us out of a tight spot when our car keys went missing on our 2016 Land Rover Range Rover Sport in Berwyn IL.

Jose was outstanding on rekeying my combo lockset on my front door. He got here within 40 minutes, Then, he was in-and-out completed the job in about 25 minutes. Plus he was a really nice guy. It's good to do business with Omega Locksmith in Chicago.

Great locksmith company! I locked myself out of my car over the summer and Jose was there withing a half hour. He was able to get in to my car with no problem and even made me laugh along the way! The prices are very competitive and I highly recommend them the next time you are locked out!

Super quick and convenient service! I bought a used car and the dealer had lost the key fob. I contacted Jose through Yelp for a flip key fob, and he got back to me with the estimate almost immediately. The actual fob itself took about 15 minutes and then I was on my way-- and for a much better price than most dealerships and shops I contacted. Definitely recommend!

Omega made a key for my 2009 Kawasaki Ninja in Berwynn they were the only shop around who could do a motorcycle key in my area

I called and visited about 15 chicago area keymakers and nobody quoted a price lower than these guys, AND the're fast! He does all luxury vehicle keys and actually specializes in them. Hey cut and programmed my TWO Volkswagen Beetle keys for $200 ($100 a piece). The dealership quoted $450 PER KEY! Other locksmiths quoted $200-250 PER KEY! WOW. Thanks Omega Locksmith;)

My wife bought an uncut key with attached remote for $30, and Omega charged us $75 flat to cut and program our key.

We met them next door to their location (they were doing work nearby and have a van in case people need them to meet them elsewhere) and we were in and out in 15 minutes. I will also say that other locksmiths quoted us prices that were $200 or more to do the same work. The key we got works perfectly (both the physical key and the remote). We are so happy with the service!

I had a non-emergency but like others needed to replace my lost car keys. I was down to just the valet key! Omega is run out of a family hardware store but the calls go to another line and my experience was that I had to wait for the gentleman to call back. Not a problem because it was a non-emergency. We drove my car to the location and the keys were prepared and checked in the nearby gas station's lot.

It took about 30 minutes in all. Professional, polite. Glad I did not waste my money at the dealership. (I ordered replacement keys on the internet and the code was posted someplace in the trunk.)

Lost the keys to both all of my cars, they showed up in 35 minutes and unlocked 1 car and made keys for both trucks on site and in 30 minutes! Exceptional Service!

All I can say is amazing! Love this guy! Called about my car keys getting reprogrammed. .i had one working and ordered a new one on amazon.for $25 and.i did this because the dealership was going to charge me $120 for a new key and then $160 to get programmed . Dealerships are a ripoff! It saved me a couple hundred dollars! A little hard to locate but I was turning around to park in a BP gas station and his van was right there...and waiting for me..it took him 7 min .to cut my key and program. ..damn love this guy.

Most places say 30-45 min...I wouldn't even ever consider any other locksmith! Very professional and nice! I'm from the northwest side and my husband didn't want me to go to the neighborhood. .but I love checking out all the neighborhoods.and im gkad i did .everything was super cool there and such a cute neighborhood! I called Omega Locksmith to inquire about some help with a residential door. The man that answered the phone told me they only work on automobiles. Either the individual that answered the phone is not aware of the services offered on the company's website. Or, the website is wrong. Either way. Bad service.

They are very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I have a next to impossible to find key, and he made me a copy and told me to take it and try it out! I came back for 10 more after that. Highly recommended for fantastic customer service. I travel from East Garfield Park just to give them business.

I needed the ignition key cylinder replaced on my 2003 Ford Focus. I read some of Omega Locksmith reviews on GOOGLE and was impressed I called Jose on Friday and we setup a meeting for Saturday @ noon he showed up ON-TIME and had my Ford Focus Ignition Problem fixed within 45 minutes with two new Transponder Car Keys.

As always I'm a very forgetful person. Unfortunately I loose things very easily, so when the first day of lollapalooza approached, I wasn't ready. I ended up loosing my bag that carried my wallet and keys. I called Saturday morning explaining to Jose about my situation and asked him to make a copy of Jeep 1994 Wrangler. He was so professional, and really handy! My key was made in record time. I still even had time to enjoy the concert. I will for sure go to him whenever I need to. I can't thank him enough!

This place is legendary. I was stranded after I lost my car keys and every other locksmith said that I had a dealer only key and this place was able to come and replace it within an hour.

This is a neighborhood hardware store run by a middle aged couple. It is small and has a limited floor display area. Most of the merchandise is on rows of shelves behind the counter. Shoplifting in this area is epidemic. Still the proprietors are very friendly and helpful. They speak fluent English and Spanish. It cannot be easy for them to stay open in this often dangerous neighborhood. Also, there is a H*** De*** just about a quarter of a mile down the street. I would rather pay extra and keep this family business operating than give my money to a big corporation. Parking is readily available on the street.
