Brandywine Exteriors did a fantastic job on our home. We had a new roof and new siding installed. Mark was great and helped us out immensely with the knowledge and details of what was going to be done for our specific job. They did amazing work, had great pricing, and were extremely professional. Recent experience with Brandywine Exteriors was very bad and I DO NOT recommend as a roofing or window company. Our contract was signed Apr 2, 2021 for several windows and a replacement glass door to our deck. Communication about status was virtually zero and only by e-mail. Cody tried to get involved recently and get the project back on track, but windows would not be available to install until late January 2022 and the door had not been ordered or lost / broken so had to be reordered. Years ago, we used BE to replace our roof and a bunch of windows and were very pleased with that process and result. These are two entirely different companies.

I've had an amazing experience with Brandywine! From their representative to the evaluation to them working with my insurance and the roof replacement, everything was completely efficiently and effectively in the exact time frame I was hoping for (actually less)! I know they are always striving to make their customers happy so, definitely give a call if you have any questions. I dealt with two reps and they both were very communicative and worked to make this experience a great one! Highly, highly recommend!

Do not trust this company for a roof installation. The previous owner had them install a "50 year warranty roof". When we purchased the property there was still 46 years left on the warranty. We discovered a leak over one of the windows that ruined a bedroom ceiling. Brandywine would not honor the "workmanship" warranty & would not even come out to fix the problem. Now we have another leak over a different window & another ruined bedroom ceiling. Buyer beware

I used this company only because my insurance company was too cheap to actually come through with their side of the deal so in comes Brandywine Roofing when they finally came out to the house the guy was very nice and went over everything and then we scheduled the date in which they didn't show up until about a month later. Very frustrated to say the least so the job was finished in about a day because I only needed the front of my roof done.
Now since we've had strong winds and tornadoes and storms this past summer I am now still getting water leakage from the ceiling of my upstairs bathroom. I have called Brandywine a couple of times and they have not responded back. I wouldn't use them again.

We had a great experience with Brandywine Exteriors. After a storm, we had an issue with our roof and quickly were scheduled an appointment by Christine and then had the problem fixed the same day as our appointment by Kyle. They were both friendly and great to work with. We have recommended Brandywine Exteriors to other friends since and would use them again!

Brandywine Exteriors did a great job on the work at our home. We had gutters rehung, added gutter guards, roof maintenance and shutters. Kyle was excellent from the moment we met him for the estimate to the final day of the project. Christine was great to communicate with in setting up the project and finalizing the install dates. Kyle takes pride in the work he does and ensures that everything is done with the highest quality. A job well done! We would use them again for the next exterior project.

We are very happy with the work Brandywine Exteriors did on our new roof. They have very competitive pricing. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Brandywine Exteriors was wonderful to work with. They were able to provide us with a thorough estimate and get us on the schedule in two weeks time to address our roof issues. They were incredibly reasonable and provided a high quality product installed by a professional team that worked lightning fast. We had three layers of roof that needed removing and replacing, and they were able to complete everything in 1.5 days. And we haven't found one nail or shingle piece in our yard. Highly recommended!

I was really impressed. I saw them on the street where they were building and asked them about it. I liked the professionalism of how they presented the material and everything. I was most satisfied with the way the guys worked together. They were very impressive. They were workers, like bees on honey, and they were really good.
