We hired Homecraft again to replace 12 windows since we were so happy with the first 4 that they did for us several years ago. They also removed our slider door and replaced with a window.it looks like it's always been there. We highly recommend Homecraft! Service: Window installation

The Homecraft crew are very professional and their craftsmanship is outstanding. I had both my front and rear entry doors replaced and I'm very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend this company for all their services. The front door is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with their work. I will definitely call Homecraft for my next project.

We needed to have all the windows in our house. Homecraft did a great job regarding all aspects of the project. Windows arrived as expected, our installers Ray and Bob were wonderful - experienced, knowledgeable and professional. Window installation took three days and look perfect. Would recommend Homecraft to all of our friends without hesitation.

We used Homecraft to replace our front door and storm door. The entire process was very professional with no hard-sell but they had a lot of information available. Our door was original to the house, and it took some work to get it out but the entire time they were working, they had the floors and our porch covered and they cleaned everywhere after they were done. Kevin even gave us advice on what to look for in a doorbell so it could be installed easily. The care they took to reframe and insulate the door was appreciated and I would not hesitate to use them again.

My 13 windows were installed in my 110 year old house quickly, with quality and professionalism. They look beautiful. My utility bill has already gone down. My installers worked quietly, neatly and cleaned up everything before they left. One thing I was worried about was damage to the inside trim or exterior stucco and siding. No damage at all, in spite of the fact that many of the windows had rotting trim that had to be replaced. I would recommend them to anyone with an older home.

At the recommendations of a neighbor I contacted Homecraft Inc about the replacement of several of my home's original windows that had started showing signs of age. After meeting and talking with Paul, the owner I signed-up to have 5 windows replaced. After an 8 week manufacturing wait, the process of having the windows installed was fairly painless.

I'm happy with the final product which are a nearly identical match to my original windows, so no problems with my HOA. The installation crew was informative, respectful, neat, and professional. What more could I have asked for?

We got bids from 4 different companies and Homecraft was not the cheapest or the cheapest and during the home visit really explained the difference in the types of windows. Like everything else these days it did take awhile for the windows to get here but they kept me informed of the time line. When the original install date had to cancel due to illness they quickly rescheduled for a couple of days later and had 5 man crew that completed the job in just 5 hours. Very professional crew did the install including moving furniture and cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend Homecraft for window replacement!

Kevin and his crew replaced our sliding door to our porch. He and his crew did a great job with the installation. We had had Homecraft replace our windows a number of years ago and were very happy with that job. When it came time to replace our slider they were our first call. they were not the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but knowing the quality of their work, we chose them and were very happy that we did!

Elliott and Konrad are both professionals. They know their product and take pride in their company's workmanship. They promptly came out to give us an estimate for for residing our home. The price was reasonable in our estimation. They order the materials needed and where able to install the siding in a reasonable amount of time. The workman who came to do the job where all craftsman who took pride in their work and could answer and respond to all our questions and concerns.

The cleaned up every day and had the entire house siding installed in 4 days. The house looks great and my wife and I are very pleased with Homecraft and would recommend them to friends, family and neighbors. They did such a good job with our siding we had them replace our roof as well. They are also very responsive to any questions or problems you may have during or after the job is completed. I highly recommend them for you roofing and siding needs.

Their "salesman" just left. I just purchased a condo and need one large window replaced. Home Craft came recommended by some of the people that live in my development. Why, is my question! Once the "salesman" arrived and I explained about the window he exclaimed, "Oh thats a problem" "We have a set up charge for your colors and it would be to expensive to do just one window, you need all of them replaced at the same time." I explained I didn't have that kind of money and just wanted to replace the 1 bad window with a broken seal before winter. He basically walked away from a job because he couldn't get the big bucks from me. HORRIBLE customer service in my opinion.

Homecraft's crew have installed almost all of our replacement windows and front entry system and rear door. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the results and the service. Wonderful people to do business with and they keep you informed all along the process before and during the installation.

Was very pleased with the work Homecraft did on my house. After a hail storm, I had lots of damage. They worked with me to schedule the repairs and did a beautiful job. I had almost 20 windows replaced and they left the house in the same shape they found it. Since I have white carpet all through the house, I was expecting lots of dirt. The workers were respectful, and cleaned up any mess they made.

They took off their shoes in my house and I appreciated that! The windows look beautiful and I am pleased with the results. The siding work was done in one day and matches the older siding perfectly. Konrad helped me select the right roof color and the new roof looks better than the original. Overall, I am very pleased with their work, their ability to work around my schedule, and their respect for my home. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Five years ago Homecraft did a large job for us - new underlayment, new roof, new windows, new siding, new shutters. Plus labor. Obviously a costly job. Five years later, the shutters have faded and look worse than the 35 year old shutters they replaced. Homecraft takes NO responsibility whatsoever. Alcoa, who manufactured the shutters, takes NO responsibility.

When the consumer spends $$$ on a job, there should be accountability on the part of the company - in this case Homecraft. They are willing to take your money but forget their responsibility and accountability.

This company has lots of problems. First and foremost, their estimates do not hold water AT ALL. I had my gutters replaced, and the entire episode was a hot mess from start to finish. They missed the fact that I had wood rot under the roof where the gutters are attached. Now why did they miss this? Because they didn't go through a thorough estimation process and get up on a ladder and checking ANYTHING out! Shoddy to say the least.

So now I've got the estimate, but they need to add the replacement of the wood onto it. Yep, so we're looking at another $1200 on top of the gutters. They eventually settled for a lower number, but only after I yelled at everyone from the company I could think of calling. But, I really love the fact they found the wood rot AFTER they had torn down my gutters.

I call it the Clark Griswold syndrome. You have to get it replaced because you have absolutely no choice. Now the workmanship I experienced was just fine. Its one guy and over 2 days he completed it all by himself. He did a fine job, but unfortunately for him, by then I was just done with his company. I would stay away from these guys unless its a last resort.
