We have had Lane do a ton of work on our 115 year old home. From replacing slate shingles, roof repair, chimney capping, brick repointing and capping of ALL 26 of our windows- my house looks like a new house, and I'm here for it! The workers are friendly and professional, and the owner is 100% involved in all the jobs. Scheduling was easy, and they were very flexible and accommodating of my family's busy schedule. Lane Roofing & Exteriors is the roofing company you really want to hire! I wanted to get a new roof for my home that I didn't have to ever worry about. When the estimator came to my home, he explained to me about a very good shingle called Certainteed Landmark Pro. He said that they would last for 40-50 years. Since I'm over 50, I thought it was this was exactly what I was looking for.

The day of my installation, The technicians arrived and did an excellent job. I had NO DAMAGE at all around my home. I was very worried about my new landscaping and new white vinyl fence, but both were fine. I also haven't found any nails on my property. I was told that there was a chance that some nails could be missed, but not that I could find. My new roof was finished in one day and I couldn't be happier! Chris Lane roofer came out, looked at my roof, took pictures of my roof, sat down with me and described to me everything that needed to be done to my roof, the material he would use, and what ever needed to be repaired. He was professional as well as very nice. Lane roofer workers came out to do the job. They were professional, friendly, and hard workers.

After a call requesting an estimate, a few days later a representative arrived to thoroughly inspect our damage and prepare a detailed estimate. I received a detailed estimate a few hours later. The workmanship and professionalism of the technician was exceptional. The office staff was patient and accommodating in scheduling my repair. We originally chose Lane Roofing & Exteriors because the company is listed as Shingle Master Pros with the manufacturer of the shingles that we wanted to use. The sales person was very amiable and professional in his interaction with his customers. The measurement phase was quickly and accurately performed. The salesperson, also, took the time to listen to what the homeowners had to say.

The office manager is, also, the scheduler for the various jobs. She listened to the homeowners and tried to schedule the work crew around the needs of the homeowners. She kept us informed during every step of the process. Follow up was very professional. The installation crew was well supervised. The workmanship was excellent and the cleanup was great.

Even though there was a quote error (probably due to the unexpected onslaught of the COVID-19 pandemic), the company was willing to stand by the quote, which would have cost the company financially. We asked the company to requote so that they and the salesperson wouldn't lose money. This integrity and honesty by the company is very rare and was a major factor in our choosing Lane Roofing & Exteriors.

I was totally impressed from the service received from Chris giving me an estimate to the finished job. The workers were meticulous in their work and left with not a spec of roofing materials on the property. I had previously informed the owner and the workers that I have a difficult neighbor and if they can please stay away from her property. They did handle her in a professional and dignified manner. I am very pleased and impressed with the finished product. It has definitely beautified the appearance of my home.

I recently had my roof and 3 skylights replaced by Lane Roofing. Lane was recommended by a neighbor. the job took 2 1/2 days. The extra 1/2 day was so they could take the time to clean up and they left my property practically spotless. Response time to get the estimate was very quick. The workers were very professional and the foreman James even cleaned my new skylights inside and out! I would highly recommend Lane Roofing.

We had a very small roofing job - replacing the roof to our front porch - maybe 50 sq ft. Also had to reroute some of the gutter. But small jobs are actually harder than big ones. Nonetheless, Lane worked us into the schedule and did a great job. Showed up exactly on time. took their time to get it right. looks great and functions perfectly. Great job!

We recently bought a property that required a great deal of updating. The roof was structurally fine, but we wanted a totally updated look and chose standing seam metal to accomplish that. Now when doing research for a metal roof, one thing you don't want is inexperience or the cheapest bid necessarily! It was also important to me to meet people in charge of the operation and know where the buck stops because a metal roof is highly skilled and intricate work and therefore an expensive proposition. Chris gave us assurance that this project would have the correct personnel and be a high priority for his team.

He gave us Rhonda to coordinate everything through who was awesome throughout!.and We had Moses and Victor heading the job who were professional and highly skilled (how can you go wrong having Moses run your project?) And we received an excellent result in the end! Our roof is stunning and sets our home apart in the best possible way! Horrible work! There were sections of the roof that have no actual plywood underneath. They replaced a window. It was put in incorrectly. They actually put quarter round around the inside of the window to try to hide how crooked it was!

We were faced with replacing our roof unexpectedly when a chimney inspector told us we had a soft spot that needed to be repaired. A roof inspector then told us that the shingles were too old and brittle to be patched. After numerous contractors gave us heart attacks with there estimates of over 20K, Lane Roofing came over the day after Thanksgiving and did an estimate on the spot that was reasonable based on calculations I had seen on construction sites for roofs of 3000 ft2.

In fact they also replaced a great deal of sheathing for a very fair price. The Thursday after Christmas they sent 6 men who finished it in 2 days just before it snowed that night. They cleaned up everything and even cleaned my gutters for me. They say it should be 100% waterproof and it looks beautiful. What more could you ask for: a fair price, fast response, and a great product.

I anticipate using them again for other exterior work in the very near future. Also, it should be noted that other contractors did give us estimates close to Lane but they took a week or more just to get back to us. Lane did not keep us waiting; they treated us like we mattered.

My roof was 25 years old and I needed a new one. Lane Roofing was by far the most professional and honest company I met. The job they did was excellent and our home looks great. They did a great job at a great price.
