BRC Remodeling did our entire house in San Antonio. They turned it from a duplex to a single family home. They re-did all the walls, kitchen, bathrooms, fixed the foundation, refinished the floors, changed the roof, and created an addition to the back of the house in order to increase the square footage. Their professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail made them really stand out.

They truly are a fantastic company led by really good, ethical, and honest people. They finished our home with thoughtful touches, such as adding built-in window benches and a shiplap wall using reclaimed wood from the house in order to modernize it while keeping its Craftsman Bungalow charm. I absolutely love my home and I'm so happy with their work! I would for sure recommend BRC Remodeling!

They charge $65 for there estimates. I wanted to give everyone a heads up that there estimates are not detailed at all. They put down all the work requested and a flat price for it all! If you're in a budget and need something, where you can go down the list and drop certain jobs off, to leve it more affordable to the money that you have available, you should consider another company that will go the extra mile for you.

I tried reaching out to them by email to see, how much it would be to adjust the project to the bear minimum, that's important to me, a week ago and I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm imaging that it's to much for me to ask. BRC, If you still want to reach out to me after this review, forget about it. You lost me already as a customer.

BRC did a great job for us. We hired them to remove an office, replace/repair our drop ceiling and add ceiling fans to our facility. They were very professional completed the job on time, at estimated costs. I had used them before to replace the roof and complete electrical repairs and they proved they were more than capable then, and after this job I will be contacting them in the future as we continue to improve our facility.

Since I live outside of the U.S., it was very important for me to find a San Antonio-based company to remodel the home I grew up in. BRC took my project very seriously and delivered what can be regarded as a new house. Given the distance between the location of the project in San Antonio and my home in Germany it was also very important for me to work with a trustworthy company, and I was not disappointed.

Throughout all phases of the project, BRC provided me regular updates and responded quickly to any questions I had. The budget was met and most important, the craftsmanship is stellar! If you are considering any remodeling projects, I can wholeheartedly recommend the professionals at BRC!

BRC did a complete bathroom remodel for us in 2019. The project was to update a second bathroom to be suitable for guests but also stand up to daily use by young children. In addition, we wanted to reconfigure some space that was taken up by an awkward built-in. The BRC team was really attentive to how the space would be used, and the end result is just what we were hoping for - spacious, bright, and sturdy enough for kids.

We appreciated that our questions during the process were all addressed in a thorough and timely way. It was a pleasure to work with BRC and we would definitely consider this company again for future renovation plans.

It was a real pleasure to have a company like BRC to help finish building our backyard deck. After our first contractor failed to deliver a finish product, we called BRC and they were more than happy to take on the job. Their staff not only delivered a beautiful finished product within the allotted time, but they were knowledgeable, polite and helpful through this very stressful project.

I was incredibly pleased by the cleanliness of the work area; the staff cleaned their work area at the end of each working day. And the owner come out and walked the job site to ensure we were satisfied with our new deck. BRC did an excellent job!

Vernon & gang did a wonderful job of turning an ugly, bug filled screened in porch into a beautiful cathedral ceiling enclosed sunporch/catio. His crew were wonderful to work with, all very respectful & courteous & made the process as smooth as possible. Anything I needed/wanted/or changed, they handled effortlessly. They were fair, honest, & hardworking. Even threw in a few "freebies" to make the job even more perfect. Definitely recommend BRC Remodeling to friends, family & my future needs. Great job guys!

BRC did various repairs on my home including replacing doors, replacing rotten wood, and plumbing work. They did a great job. They completed the repairs quickly and for a fair price. The cost of the plumbing work was significantly less than what other plumbers had estimated. The customer service was also great. They quickly responded to any questions I had and were very friendly and professional.

Excellent! BRC exceeded our expectations. They submitted bids as requested in a very timely manner. Great communication throughout the projects. The work that was performed was very high quality. I recommend BRC if you want a professional job done, thank you!

After soliciting multiple quotes for a kitchen and master bath remodel we chose BRC Remodeling. Ultimately we went with the kitchen only and delayed the master bath to a later date. Kitchen remodels are expensive and we wanted it done right as we don't intend on doing this again anytime soon. Total cost was roughly $48K for a complete gut, design and remodel including opening up a large section of wall along the living room opening doorways and building out an island that didn't previously exist (every appliance location moved) we also included some new LVP flooring that we didn't originally anticipate. Cabinets are exceptional, all custom soft close doors, Lazy Susan, pull-outs, draws for pots and pans.

So very worth it for the custom cabinetry. We purchased our own appliances so only the install was included in the remodel price. Overall it was a real pleasure working with Vernon, Oscar and Beatrice. They were very responsive and eager to please. Communication was great and the work crews were very pleasant and respectful. I want to say something about the design process. BRC uses a designer not part of the company, the process is a little slow and you will pay $3600 upfront for designs and renderings with potentially more invoicing outside of the contract you sign with BRC.

You are made well aware of this upfront. Just budget appropriately because we ended up paying roughly $5100 for designs and renderings (which is probably reasonable considering we got designs for a kitchen and master bath), just know depending on the scope of your project the design/renderings cost may grow. What we ended up with in terms of design is probably the best solution for our space, but it did come at a cost.

Bottom line though. We are quite happy with our new kitchen and get WOWS every time we have a visitor over! I want to stress again how great it was working with Vernon, Oscar and Beatrice. We would certainly recommend BRC to friends or family and certainly consider using them again for other projects.

Our kitchen is perfect. Thanks to the BRC team, our simple cookie cutter home has a beautiful kitchen. The craftsmanship on our island is especially outstanding. We were working on other parts of the house at the same time the BRC team was working on the kitchen (flooring, painting, etc.). BRC was happy to coordinate their work around our needs. We did have a few small concerns which we raised directly with them and it was addressed immediately and professionally.

Our project ended pretty much on schedule (a few days past the agreed date but I always felt that they were doing what they needed to get done in the time they needed to get it done right). We are very happy customers and highly recommend BRC. We have other projects in mind and will definitely be seeking their services again.

I recently use BRC for a single family rehab. Rehab went well. It was timely, cost effective, and communication was excellent. About a month after my tenants moved in, my tenant called on a possible HVAC issue, and BRC was out there the next morning to trouble shoot and resolve. Thanks!

It went well. Good quality work. Some time delays but they were dealt with and the work was completed in a timely manner. Will use again.

The house was a bit of a nightmare, but Vernon did a great job. I am pretty nit-picky, and found only a few minor things that needed to be corrected after the job was complete (which is impressive given that it was almost a whole new house by the end).

Great company! They were Very professional, thorough and efficient! Came across a couple of unexpected situations, they contacted me right away. Although it added time to the renovations, I'm very happy with my experience.

This was my first renovation experience. Needless to say I was nervous, excited and budget conscious. I like to ask a lot of questions and am all about the details. Vern was very patient with us as we requested changes and worked through final decisions. He was responsive to all our requests in a timely manner.

Overall it went very well. Vernon gave a competitive bid, started when he said he would start the project, and he completed the house in the time frame he said it would take. The house looked nice when finished.

I was very impressed with the BRC Remodeling's service. I needed to have my bathroom remodeled so I searched for a time for a high-quality remodeling company and in the end, was able to find them. They gave me a really great estimate, came on time every day and managed to do all their work in the estimated time-frame.
