I used this company to install and remove old appliances: dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Cheaper than what I would have paid where I purchased them. I also have more confidence in the job done. They much improved a dryer vent issue that I've lived with since the last poorly done installation years ago. They were friendly, polite, and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after their work. I will be using them again in the future.

I arranged three different appointments for a representative to come assess an issue in the kitchen and no one came every time. Didn't even call to let me know they weren't able to come. I had to call them.

Ben Thompson consulted with me about 11 mostly repair jobs I needed to have done in my home. He was thorough and knowledgeable and kind and sensitive to the fact that I was on a budget. Don and Jeremy, both skilled tradesmen, did all the work in one day-it involved plumbing, electrical, painting, and more-and I'm very happy with the results. After accepting their estimate for the work, they arrived the following morning to complete the work - an incredibly quick turnaround! I really dislike having to leave a bad review. I try to support local and family run businesses but I have to warn you to work with this company at your own risk. I had them do a small job and was satisfied. When I hired them for a second job, they did not come when promised and scheduling was difficult. Several calls to coordinate and the work. was actually done when I was out of town.

I paid the final payment but found that a small but important area was missed. I had to call several times to get a response and then when I did, we had 4 missed/rescheduled/missed appointments. Several months later, I am still trying to get them to come back out to fix it. I requested 10% back so.

Great Maintenance helped us put our washer and dryer on pedestals and fix our glass top table that had separated from the base. Not only were they on time, but they were friendly and professional. They took the time to do the job correctly and used finesse with the glass top and placed the appliances on the pedestals in a tight area without causing damage. Definitely impressed and would use again!

I called them to schedule an appointment to inspect some issues I had at two rental apartments. I spoke to Brittany and provided the information to her. She was to call the tenants to schedule an appointment. Two weeks went by and the tenants never heard from them. I called again and spoke to Brittany once again. She didn't have any of the information I gave her two weeks previously.

I gave it to her again. Two days later one of my tenants contacted me and said he spoke with a Brittany and set up and appointment. The appointment day came and went. The technician never showed up, never called, nothing. Very unprofessional.

I have never had good experiences with contractors or handy man services. But that all changed with Great Maintenance company. I had a varied list of items that needed repaired as I am in the process of selling my home. He did work all the way from simple screen repairs and window caulking all the way up to HVAC maintenance/repairs and leveling a small deck/stoop.

The owner was quick to respond to my communications. He showed up for the estimate and the scheduled start date completing all repairs in a timely manner. I will certainly use this business again when the need arises!

Chuck and Hunter arrived at the scheduled time at 12:30. They were professional and courteous. The job was an AC install window unit. They made recommendations that in the long run saved me money off of the original estimate as well as not compromising the secure fit or placement of the unit. The owner Ben came out also and he gave me estimates for other jobs that I asked for around the home. Was very pleased and overall a very good company.

Great Maintenance arrived at my son's house on time and installed their basement bathroom. The Owner, Ben and his employees were extremely professional and did an excellent job. They were able to finish before my son and daughter-in-law came home from work so I could surprise them with their new finished bath. I couldn't have asked for a better company to do this job. I will recommend them to anyone.

I've called Ben for many things around the house to fix and improve. No matter the size (or cost) of the project, he always does a great job. He is often very busy and will occasionally have to reschedule. He has always been highly communicative though when any delays arise.
