From the very start, Signature Windows was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. When they showed up to replace 8 windows in my home, they immediately laid down tarps to protect my floors and got right to work. I was expecting them to be there two days, but they finished in one. They did an extremely good job and I'm very happy with all my new windows. I definitely recommend them!

I wanted a new front door installed but something nicer than your average hardware store stuff. I had no idea where to start but got an in person quote through Signature after calling them. They did a great job figuring out what I needed and good communication throughout the entire process. The installer really took pride in the fit and finish of the door. Despite my small project they took care of me and I would recommend.

Installation was completed ahead of schedule. Clean-up was thorough. The new windows look great and are performing well (noticeably less street noise than with the ancient single-pane windows with plexiglass storm windows, no drafts and the heat pump clearly is not having to work so hard to keep interior temps comfortable) Service: General window replacement

All stages of the process, from the initial consult with product selection and estimates to the installation day, were professional, well communicated, and performed at a high level and certainly exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this company to anybody looking to have windows and/or doors replaced! It may seem expensive, but you get what you pay for and the level of service and workmanship was definitely worth the cost.

Our experience with Signature Doors was excellent from start to finish. We had first gotten a "home visit" and quote from another company. We were turned off by the other company's high-pressure sales pitch. The Signature Doors representative was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There was no high pressure, just good information, and a fair price.
When it came time for installation, the process was so professional. There were a couple "issues" installing the doors in a 1926 house. The installer gave us options, took care of every issue, and made sure that the doors were installed perfectly. Those doors are beautiful, the hardware is solid, and we couldn't be happier.

We had the absolute best experience working with Signature Windows! Their sales guy was wonderful and did a great job showing us all the options and finding the best deal for our house. Everyone was very responsive through the entire process and provided excellent communication. The installation was also amazing and we were very impressed with the craftsmanship and effort that the team put into our installation. I'm very happy with the installer, he is very professional and I loved the result. I expanded an exisiting window in my master bedroom - I pretty changed an entire wall to a picture window. I don't quite remember his name correctly (I do apologize for this), he is from Ukraine, overall my experience with Signature window and the on-site installation is perfect, and I'm pretty sure I will keep using them when I replace my other windows. Thank you!
