Overall I am highly impressed by the skilled professionals who replaced the glass in about 25 windows in my home. Robert and Kevin showed a high level of knowledge and craftsmanship while performing it with such generosity. They were respectful of my home and my workspace, so it was a pleasure to have them work around. And if this is not enough, I would l like to add that the work was done very efficiently with a perfect clean up at the end.

I'm delighted to live in the house with new glass panes that replaced the failed sealant glass panels (foggy) of the wood windows installed in 2004. Thank you, Procraft, for the proposal, and thank you, Robert and Kevin, for an excellent installation.

My experience with PROCRAFT has been absolutely fantastic! I called them when another company, after signing a contract with me for garden windows and waiting 6 months, informed me that garden windows were "no longer being made in the industry"! (even i knew that was BS). I found PROCRAFT's number on that same day, and Johann came out for a free quote the next day.

He was super helpful in advising me about sizing the garden windows and maximizing the impact to add light and style. He listened and gave me great suggestions and line item quotes for changing opening sizes, and for different styles. Tim came out the next day and checked measurements and helped me understand the project in more detail. Both of them were really helpful, thoughtful, and respectful, making the decision-making process as smooth and informed as it can be when one is contemplating a big purchase like windows.

Supply issues meant a bit of a wait for the windows to be manufactured, but we've come to expect that, and once my windows were delivered to PROCRAFT, they called and installed them straight away. Scott, Jake and the crew were amazing: professional, competent, clean and quick. John came out to consult on the usual "surprise" issue that I've come to expect with every project on this old house--and helped resolve that swiftly.

The windows have made a world of difference to my house and I am so happy! I love the light and the fact that I can see so much of the garden (now I have to get out and make that beautiful!), and can open the windows for a breeze. I sometimes feel like I am looking out from the prow of a large ship. Thank you so much PROCRAFT!

I am so over the top happy with my new windows. My install was to fix a leaky upstairs window (frame and all) and create an egress window downstairs where there was only a tiny window. The foundation needed to be cut for the egress and the installation was on a 100yr + house with many surprises and not quite level. Chris & Brandon went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make sure everything looked sharp and beautiful and like it had always been there.

They did a lot more cleanup and framing than I expected which took a lot of work out of my hands afterward. I have another window coming and I am definitely going to use them AND recommend them in the future. Not only was the work great, but Chris was a nice guy to talk to and have around your house. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was in good hands.

Contracted with Procraft for replacement of 18 windows and two doors and couldn't be happier. The windows look wonderful and updated the appearance of the house. I have noticed the reduction from outside noise already. Chris and Brandon worked the installation and answered all my questions on how, why and what was happening along the way. I wish all contractors would leave their jobs as neat and clean as these two did. If I could contract with them to come back in a few months to clean the windows again I would sign-up now. Procraft Industries has provided the windows and sliding glass doors in our home over many years--it is a great product and they perform above-and-beyond service. We recently had 2 Service issues. Procraft replaced 4 doors, including a sliding glass door, and made a new hole in my living room wall for a new front window. They were all excellent to work with including Jeff, the estimator, Tim, the final measure man, and John, the operations manager. Robert and Kevin deserve special recognition for an excellent installation. They are hard working, considerate, experienced, skilled craftsman who know just when to crack a joke. Everything turned out so well, Procraft will be returning before long to put in more new windows. This is a great company!

After a very negative experience with lake washington windows I had the remaining of the windows in my home replaced by Procraft. They did great work. What I like best is they don't sub contract. They have a talented and experienced crew that they treat well which in my mind is why their work is consistently good. They are kind and professional. I referred them to my parents who are also loving working with them. They are trustworthy and take the time to make sure you are happy with the work before during and after.
