Perhaps you have ugly, drafty, moldy single pane windows in your Seattle fixer-upper, and have grown tired of repeated mailers and aggressive phone calls from sharky window companies wanting to sell you new windows. Maybe you even interviewed Renewal by Andersen, felt slightly uncomfortable with the sales pitch but LOVED loved the beautiful products.only to have your jaw drop to the floor when you heard the price ($32,000 to redo a 1000 square foot house?!?!).
Enter Owen Henry Windows, a family-owned Wedgwood business! They get great pricing on Anderson, Milgard, and other top-notch windows products. They also employ highly skilled carpenters. We got gorgeous Andersen 100 windows for half the price of Renewal by Andersen's quote. It took a few months for the windows to be made, then we simply left for three days (I recommend throwing some sheets over your furniture for dust protection). and returned to new, beautifully installed, sparkling clean windows.
No more draftiness, street noise, or ugliness. What a transformation! Rob was really fun to work with and was always quick to reply with email and text. We didn't meet the workers, but they did an impeccable job with the carpentry inside and out, which we know is not easy. They're a great local company and we enjoyed working with them!

Recently I had some renovations done in my primary residence. It included replacing my two front entrance doors. Owen Henry Windows & doors were highly recommended by friends who had also used them in the past and were very happy with their work. They came to my house to replace my doors, and the men were pleasant and professional. The price that I was quoted was exactly what I paid.

This is the first time my family worked with Owen Henry Windows & Doors and the experience was professional and to expectation. I had five windows replaced, and all were done to satisfaction. The gentlemen were polite and left the window area clean. We did not overpay nor did the repair take longer than expected. I would definitely recommend this company.

I just wanted to praise the workmanship that was done to my home. I had 26 windows installed. I have to say that the workers were very clean and neat. The windows work great. Your installers took the time to show me how the windows work, then made sure all my Questions were answered. They cleaned up all the garbage and debris, they left nothing for me to do.
