Rude. Don't recommend. They will not provide you service if they don't open and close your pool.even if they built it. However, Eastern pools was willing to jump in with advice and schedule service even with no prior service to their company.

Classic has installed two in-ground pools for us, the first in 1980 and the second when we moved to a new home in 1994. We have kept in touch with the owners of our old home and the pool there is still working fine. Yes, components such as the pump, filter, and heater have been replaced, but the quality of the pool and workmanship attests to the beauty and continued functionality of the pool.

This company focuses on customer satisfaction. When they contract for a pool, they arrive on the scene and stay until the pool is finished, usually within a week. Many pool contractors sub the excavation, installation, electrical or plumbing and take months to complete the job. Classic has excellent service and promptly resolves any problems which may arise after the pool is operating. I strongly recommend Classic for any in-ground pool need you may have.

May have been more help if I had an in ground pool? Asked for a simple coupler? Told me go where the pool was from! Went to LH, was in and out in 5 minutes! Also, get your chemicals across the street at the hardware store.half the price!

The worst customer service ever! Last summer Classic opened our pool and did a nice job, so I scheduled them out for this summer. It is the worst job I have ever seen. All they did was remove the pool cover and turn on the pump. When I called, I was treated as if this was my fault somehow. I wasn't even home. The worst part - was the owner and how incredibly rude and uncooperative she was. Go to Superior or Job Rite Pools. You will be treated 100x better. Here some pics to confirm what I am sharing. This is not an opened pool. So disgusted.

Thinking about building a pool seemed rather intimidating to take on, but we were walked through everything step by step and included the whole way. Everyone that worked on our pool was so polite and so friendly, especially with our dogs (one guy even shared his lunch leftovers with our Great Dane). The whole process was very fast and efficient.

Scheduling of the construction was carefully done, not to promise something that could not be delivered. We were given an approximate date for construction and that date was made within a day or two. Once the crew arrived, they stayed on the jobsite until the project was completed, cleaning up the job site every day before leaving.
