HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Don't waste your time. They'll charge you an extra 3.75% for using a credit card. The "sign" is posted at the cash register, by the time you see the miniature "sign" they've already swiped your card. Everything's already extremely over priced. The owner is straight up unpleasant. There's no such thing as customer service here. Not to mention her ill mannered dog. Lastly, they don't even keep the hours they have posted.

These have been my experiences at aqua pool. It's worth the drive to classic pools. I will never go back. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. EDIT: 1. She should have done that straight away 2. She waited till she FLEW out of her office practically spitting on me because they don't believe in masks 3. Too little too late. Thanks but no thanks. I already had a terrible taste in my mouth from her. 4. Owned and sold a small business, good luck your service is miserable. Find another way to shaft your clients.

They do not service above ground pools. Of course they did not inform me of this until we had gone back and forth via email (they don't answer the phone) for over a week. And after I initially stated it was above ground!

Unprofessional political stance. If you want more business don't put political bumper stickers on your work trucks! Never doing business with this company and I will be urging others to do the same!

Best place to work on and maintain your pool. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They also are very knowledgeable about all things pool!

Aqua Pools has been an integral part of our pool maintenance since they began their business, as a matter fact the City of Wooster Parks and Recreation was Aqua Pools first customer and it has been smooth sailing ever since! Recently Aqua Pools was responsible for constructing the largest municipal Sprayground in Ohio. Construction went very smooth with no problems!

Keith and I would like to thank you, Steve, and Bob for the wonderful service we received this year. Steve and Bob are the best!. We will see you next year!

Phil and his company Aqua Pools were magnificent to work with. We have an in ground poured concrete hot tub with a waterfall leading into it that another company built. It had some leaks that were getting worse and Phil said he would be able to fix it and his company did.

I have always used Aqua Pools for service since we opened, they have always been there for us with parts and service. They have been honest and fair on everything and I would use them over any other pool company. I only wish they were in Arizona where I am moving they would be loved.
