We are so glad we found Flooring Creations for our flooring project. Gus Jr and his team made the whole process easy from start to finish. They have a beautiful showroom with lots of flooring choices. Each staff member we came in contact with was helpful and professional. Gus recommended installers that were efficient and trustworthy. He even had recommendations for stair railing replacement and closet installation. We are so happy with the end result and would highly recommend them!

Found Flooring Creations via Yelp and that same day my neighbor was having carpet installed. They happen to purchase through Gus at Flooring Creations and told me to ask for him. I walked into the store and was greeted with a happy and friendly smile by Gus. In about an hour or less I was going home with some samples after some good guidance from Gus as I need durable carpet with three kids. Gus came by and measured and within 2 weeks after getting quotes from two other places I contracted with Gus.

The process was very easy and seamless. Best of all, I love my new carpet and padding as well as style and color selection which Gus helped me with. Very happy with Flooring Creations and will be referring them to friends!

This was my first renovation ever and so was a little nervous from the start. I went in to the store and spoke with Stephanie there. She spent some time sharing information and explaining the materials, best type to meet my needs, and the general process. She was so thorough and came off genuinely passionate about the product. I had checked out a couple other competitors but came back to Flooring Creations due to the array of options but more so because of the trust Stephanie instilled.

I'm glad I did. I chose a product that happened to be in stock in LA, so it was shipped down rather quickly. Additionally, they were able to recommend installers to pursue, which was helpful also. Between Flooring Creations and the installers I used, my project came out beautifully. The overall process time between purchase, delivery, installer scheduling and install was literally only a couple weeks! Granted, I lucked out with the installer's availability, but Flooring Creations made that delivery happen immediately to not delay the process. Stephanie and Gus Jr. were great!

I highly recommend. My floors came out beautifully (luxury vinyl plank) - easy to clean which is great considering I have pets with accidents. The installers they recommended did a great job - communicative, professional, paid attention to detail, and were friendly. I am happy with my choice.

Excellent service and great showroom! Flooring creations exceeded our expectations with great service, timely follow up and in general going above and beyond in supporting our flooring project. I recommend them to friends and family. Also a big plus is a great show room that allows you to see samples of your flooring larger then just a 1ft by 1ft sample piece. For my wife and I this was a big plus and really helped choosing a floor we really like.

I was looking for tile transitions and had been having problems finding someone to do it. Went into the store, spoke with Gus and was pleased to see how knowledgeable and passionate he was about flooring. He also recommended a great installer who did a very professional job. I recently purchased flooring from Flooring Creations for my home. We purchased laminate flooring that is water resistant and heavy duty. The quality of the product was great! They were very friendly and the show room and had reasonable prices. My contractor picked up several of the boxes and we were able to store the rest Of the materials for four months. Flooring Creations followed up to ensure we still needed storage. At that time we did not and I was able to pick up the rest of our flooring with ease. I would definitely recommend this company when purchasing flooring.

We just had our entire second floor changed from carpet to hardwood to match existing wood on our first floor, and had a great experience working with Gus and Stephanie at Flooring Creations. I recently had water damage in my home that resulted in my floors being ruined amongst other things. I did some research here on yelp and was impressed by what I read about this company. After visiting with them and interacting with them I realize that the reviews were true. They did a great job of helping me find a great floor at a great price and the installation person that they recommended did an incredible job as well. I highly recommend them to anybody who is in the market for some flooring and I will definitely be doing business with them again.

I have used flooring creations for two projects now in my home. 5 years ago we had them replace all the flooring on our ground floor with a wood look porcelain tile, it has held up beautifully over the years. I just recently had them come out and do the flooring and wall tile in my bathroom I just remodeled and it looks great.

Gus Sr. and Gus Jr. provide excellent customer service when selecting a new floor covering. They worked with us to select a new floor when our old ones had to be removed due to a flood. They both have excellent knowledge about the advantages and disadvantages of the different flooring they sell and have a great selection to choose from. They do not install the flooring themselves but can provide recommendations fo excellent independent installers. We have purchased flooring from them numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

My fiance and I recently purchased a home, and wanted to get flooring throughout the entire house before we moved in. Luckily we found Flooring Creations. They had a great selection of floors to choose from and Gus Jr. was very helpful throughout the selection process. This is our second bathroom remodel with Flooring Creations, and we couldn't be any happier with the end product. We wanted to place a slab around our tub to minimize grout, but unfortunately, the way our house was built, the structure would not hold a heavy stone. As we explained our disappointment to Jr., he was quick to develop another solution to our vision.

He suggested that we go with more oversized tiles that would give us the same effect as a slab. Although we were a bit doubtful, we trusted his suggestion, and our bathroom turned out beautiful! We added a bit of blue-grey with the cabinet and Champagne gold fixtures for color. We were lucky to have found them on Morena Boulevard and Extremely fortunate that they listened to what we wanted for our home.

The totality of our experience with Flooring Creations was positively exceptional in every possible way. They have an excellent range of quality product choices that they can help you to navigate and match to your needs, and you can get an idea from the photos why we are thrilled with the installed primary product that we bought, "stone look" porcelain.

They executed their work impeccably (referring to every phase of their work from demo, grinding, dust control, laying of tiles, and cleaning up). I unhesitatingly and enthusiastically recommend Flooring Creations for any flooring project.

What can we say? Wow! Not only did we get top notch hard wood engineered flooring, but we got exemplary and impeccable service as well. Our new floor are so beautiful due to this elite company. As far as the contractors Mario and Carlos are amazing and experienced installers. They treated our home like their own home. They were very meticulous, and were also perfectionist. Gus the owner has been not only but professional, but also approachable like that of family.
