Excellent. Excellent. We had Dennis replace our pool equipment, resurface our pool, install new lights, and fix numerous issues. The pool was drained overnight, prepared the next day, tiled in two days and plastered in a day. The only delay was the plaster crew got a nasty case of the ol' COVID and had to delay their start a bit. But we really enjoyed the entire experience.

Called on Tuesday and they came in on Thursday to clean my disgusting pool which had been abandoned by my late father, rip Carl Neptune don't worry pops I'm taking care of this old pool for you. Nice work Dennis and company

I wish I had looked up "top rated pool repair Vegas" sooner as I'm really impressed with the entire interaction from start to finish with Mr Mott from Motts Pool Service and. His experience and thorough knowledge of pool systems gives him the advantage of quoting without haggling. He listened to my diagnosis over the phone, had me send a few pictures to his phone of my current heater, and was very straight forward about replacement costs.

It took him no time to schedule an appointment for a week out about. He was at my house in about 4 days with a pool cleaning system that looked brand new. While installing the heater he took the time to clean up the area and even painted the piping to match the existing color. I will use him in the future. Thank you guys

Our home warranty screwed us and wouldn't cover the cost of our pool pump. I reached out to several companies that wanted to charge us thousands. Dennis Mott was the first person I reached out to that gave me multiple solutions at different price points. After selecting my option, he came out over the next two days and finished all the work (plus some) for an amount that was slightly over his earlier quote/estimate. He was very honest, very patient, and extremely knowledgeable. If something ever goes wrong with my pool, Dennis will be the only person I call to fix it.

This was my first contact with Mott's Pools. I called Dennis on Tuesday and asked him if they would help me diagnose a problem I was having with the skimmer and/or pump. The pump was loosing prime and sucking in air. It was NOT an emergency so anytime during the week was fine. A promised, Dennis contacted me and said he would be stopping by on Thursday.

We were able to identify a poorly functioning weir-door (the flapper at the skimmer entry). It was warped and not fully opening to allow proper water flow. Dennis suggested a new replacement that easily available. There was no charge for the service, now that's value-added. I will recommend Dennis to my friends and contact him for future pool service, repair and maintance. Thank you Dennis for your time.

Reading all the positive feedback on this company is what made choose them for my service needs, however I didn't have the same experience that others had. I contacted them, they were pleasnt and friendly for a quote for repair work, he told me he would have his repair guy cal me, he did we set a day and time, he took down my address and said he would call before he came over. I was not contacted and the guy never showed up. No Call, No Show!

Mott's pool is top notch! Dennis serviced our pool for 4 years and never missed a beat. He was there on time, every time. He also helped us when someone tried to steal our pool equipment (unsuccessful but caused damage) and referred a colleague to correctly make the repairs. Dennis is responsive, very knowledgeable and an all around good guy! He has given us his professional opinion on equipment and helped us manage a well balanced pool during the swim season and some of the fall months.

Fact based review! I paid, and they suddenly just stopped showing up to service my pool. Google search revealed company closed (see photo) discussions with others revealed I wasn't the only person who got ripped off. Yelp is a helpful tool to protect consumers from fly by night scammers. Hire a company that offers a contract, that way you can sue them when they bail on you. The honor system just isnt reliable. Expensive lesson learned. End of story!

The thing about owning rental property in other states is that you can't really be sure that your property is being taken care of. When your rental house has a pool, it's an extra concern. A previous tenant let the pool go to hell, and you wouldn't believe what it took to get it back right. I called many pool service companies trying to get someone to come out to my house to look at my pool pump on a Sunday. Every person I talked to said your pool pump is shot and will need a new pool pump. I disagree as no one should judge what needs to be done without comming and looking at it first. I found Mott's pool service after all the calls trying to find a reliable pool company. Mott's did not assume anything via the phone said it could be a few things and that Dennis will come take a look at your pool pump.

I do not have a flexable schedule the only day I had available was Sunday. Not only did they come out on Sunday but also fixed my pool pump in less than one hour and it turned out the pump wasent shot afterall. The rate I was quoted was extreamely good and the service was amazing. I will be using Mott's for all my pool service needs.
