(chlorine tablets, shock treatments, pH balancers, conditioner and more). Our Platinum Service includes full maintenance (Cleaning and Chemicals) on a weekly basis and starts at $125.00 per month (depending on the size and condition of the pool).

My pool guy is great, knowledgeable and professional. But he can only work with what management allows him to do. He knows what needs to be done, but apparently management thinks otherwise. I'm going to have to clean, shock and clarify the pool myself again, just like I did last year on July 1 so I can friends over for the 4th of July. Services: Water treatment, Swimming pool summerization, Vacuuming, Filter cleaning

Moved into a new home. We scheduled an appointment through Hector on 6/8/22 for Carlos to come to home on 6/9/22 between 3-5pm. Waited for 3 hours. Texted Hector, no response. Called Hector, sent to voicemail. We did not have Carlos's contact information si we could not reach out to him. We needed to have pool and pool inspected to include in our walkthrough for any damages or malfunctioning equipment. Super disappointed because this company was recommended by a good friend. Horrible customer service!

NV Energy gives a rebate of $220 when you replace your old pool pump with a new variable speed energy efficient model. We found Splash Pools on their website as an approved installer. They came out a few days later to check it out, and installed it 2 days later. The technician was professional and we are happy with the work.

Excellent communication through all aspects of the process. Prompt replies and easy online confirmation and payment. I had pool automation installed and Jace was a friendly and knowledgeable and on-time every day he came to my house. My pool is now controllable from my phone, including lighting, pumps, spa mode and more. I couldn't be happier with the work that Splash Pools did, and I may never need a different company!

We have been with Splash Pools since 2007 and in the 14 years, they have never missed an appointment. Their team, Scott, Jace, James, and Sallee have always provided exceptional service, take their time to ensure that the job is always top notch and are quick to respond to any issues that may arise. Scott is quick to provide recommendations to qualified vendors for work that they do not support, such as pool remodel and deck repairs.

I have used splash pool previously several years ago when I needed a new Polaris pool sweep installed that was my first encounter with Hector. Recently I had more pool failure and equipment trouble and Hector came and was very instrumental in repairing my pool getting it up to full service with professionalism and extreme responsiveness. Hector has great knowledge of pool repairs and maintenance. I now have hired Splash Pool Service to my weekly maintenance.

I feel very fortunate to have found Splash Pool Service using reviews such as this, and in doing so I find that I am extremely satisfied. Steve, my technician, is always prompt and I can attest that ever since I hired Splash Pool Service I have not experience any problems with my pool, which I continually had prior to then.
I have had my pool pump replaced and most recently had them drain my pool and removed calcium build up. Simply stated, my pool looks like when I had it installed 13 years ago. These projects were completed within days of my request. Working with the owner, Scott, was extremely easy and I am impressed that he is genuinely committed to quality service.

Hector came out and replaced our control panel for our pool/spa. He was very efficient and made sure everything worked before he left. Professional and walked me through step by step on my phone to use this new system. Really appreciated his time in doing this and did not rush. Patient and great customer service. Thank you! Have an original 20+ year old system that had been patched by home warranty companies over the years and it finally gave out. Had several estimates and my neighbor recommended Splash. Hector came out and very quickly found the problem was the pump and motor and it needed replacement as well as the valve and piping.
