What an incredible company with an incredible leader that truly cares about his clients. Clarity pools created an amazing pool, built better than any pool we have ever built for our prior homes. Brandon's background in pool maintenance has carried over to a pool design that is not only incredible to look at, but makes complete sense functionally. He has gone way beyond any other builder that we have used to make sure this pool meets our full expectations! Highly recommend Brandon and his team!

Horrible, customer service. This company is extremely unprofessional, unresponsive and unreliable! I gave them a second chance to fix their mistakes and they were still a disappointment. I have a brand new pool (less than 6 months old) that they were suppose to clean once a week and add salt to. Doesn't sound too difficult for a pool cleaning service, but it was for them!
It took them weeks to order the salt. It was only after I called to complain that the pool was still filthy that the salt was finally ordered. They service the pool once a week, the pool also has a state of the art cleaning system. No reason for a dirty pool. Joey came out (a Route Supervisor) who confirmed that the pool had barely any chlorine in it and that the yellowing I saw was algae.
He assured me it wouldn't happen again and he would handle the salt being put in the pool and then he did clean the algae off the pool. Well some of it. Here we are almost 3 weeks later after all his reassurances and they messed it up again and I was calling to check up on their work for the passed two weeks with no response from them. When I finally got Darlene on the phone she basically called me a liar!
She was rude and unprofessional on the phone. I told her that the light on the pool equipment was on saying the pool needed salt. I also told her the yellowing was back. She said they had put salt in the pool. Ok then why is the light on? She did not have an answer and did not really care to help me fix it. She said she would send Joey over. I told her I felt like someone other than Joey should come over maybe someone higher up, she said if I wanted someone other than Joey someone higher than him in the company to come out to fix their mistakes I would have to pay $95.
So I agreed for Joey to come because honestly I wasn't thinking I was paying them another dime and guess what he never showed up! When I called back to see where he was about 6 hours later she said he was to busy to come over. Maybe he's out fixing other problems. Are you joking! Clarity Pools screwed up my pool by not keeping the chemicals right in it.
They caused the issues and they expect me to pay for them to come out and inspect their own work? Really? If I could give no stars I would. I can't understand the lack of customer service. It seriously baffles me how Clarity Pools strives for poor results. I did try to work with them even after they weren't cleaning the pool or adding chlorine when they were suppose to and when they didn't add the salt they were suppose to after being asked over and over again.
I still wanted to give them a chance to do the right thing and they just didn't care and don't care about customer satisfaction. I have never had to write a poor review for anyone before but I am so angry with their poor service I felt I had too! So other people knew what a bad company they are. USE some else!

Service in the deep end. Customer service, shallow. What once was satisfactory is now "clearly" terrible. Too many negatives to list. Only one worth a mention. On the eve after my last service my pool system was no longer running. System won't prime. Yesterday it worked, Clarity serviced it and now it doesn't even want to prime. Easy as A+B= glad I'm done with their services.

These guys are meticulous and amazing! We spent 3 months trying to find the right company to build our pool as it's a huge investment. We met with Brandon, and the minute he presented his bid, we knew that he's the guy we want building our pool and we are SO glad that we did pick this company! Communication is great which is very important, in my opinion.
Our pool is still being build right now and I will update my review with pictures hopefully, when it's all done. They started end of Nov and even with the holidays in the way, they are almost done building the pool. I'm very impressed with their work and how fast it took to build the pool. I will most definitely recommend everyone I know to Clarity Pools! Thanks Brandon for all your hardwork!

Not so great - beware. I originally called them from a craigslist ad (that should have been my first clue.) Had them come out to clean the filter for my brand new pool. Then they talked me in to doing monthly service. I tried them for 2 months when they promised they would keep everything working and looking good. They promised to do cleaning, chemicals and filter cleans for my pool.
They did come by every Friday, however the guy they had come by messed up the programming on my brand new equipment to where it would drain the hot tub every single day and the pump would lose it's prime. It took about a week until the owner of Pool Master decided it was important enough to come out and fix what his employee messed up. Then, they kept promising me they would clean the filter.
That never happened. And a couple of times they came by and left without even cleaning out the skimmer basket or the pump basket. Sorry, but there are way too many pool service companies in Las Vegas to keep paying this one for not doing what they promised to do.
