Onur was amazing throughout the whole process. The price was very competitive with other quotes we recieved. Onur is very knowledgeable and professional in every aspect. The team that came into my home spent extra time to ensure everything was done at the upmost quality. I would definitely recommend them to do any grout project you may have in your home.

I am thrilled with my "new again" floor! I found Groutsmith through Angie's List. On the initial visit Onur did a test sample on one of my porcelain tiles with his amazing cleaning product. Then he gave me a free quote (in writing), explained the process and the warrantee, and scheduled my job within the week. On cleaning day he and his partner cleaned and polished the porcelain tile and sealed the grout with a color that matches better than the original.

It looks brand new AND it is guaranteed for 10 years. The work was done efficiently and for a fair price, without any surprises or delays. I would recommend Onur and will not hesitate to call him for future tile work.

We were very happy with their service. They came and gave us a free quote and demo. Once we booked, they were prompt, and completely the job quickly and efficiently. The grout still looks wonderful 1 month later.

This is the second time I used the company and although my second job isn't started yet the consultation was thorough. The first time I used this company we did the entire house tile and the guys worked non stop-I remember telling my husband "I would totally pay them more -they did such a great job". Onur and his team brought much relief to us as we were preparing to sell our home. Ours was a Harvey home, and so people were naturally concerned about flooding risk. But we at least wanted to present our home as well as we could. Our last step before listing the house was to have the downstairs tile thoroughly cleaned and the grout color sealed. Plus, we learned that The Groutsmith has a way to re-bond loose tile without removing any tile.

We hadn't heard of that process before. In taking out the old drywall and cabinetry after the flood, the initial flood remediation people were pretty hard on the tile and ended up loosening several of the kitchen tiles, something that wasn't readily apparent until much later on in the process. To make a long story short, Onur and his team not only did a really good job with their re-bonding technique, but the cleaning and color sealing of the grout throughout the whole 1st floor made a wonderful difference.

Upon listing the house, the tile became a real draw for potential buyers (rather than the turnoff it surely would have been before Onur and his crew took such good care of it). Our house is now under contract to a family who thought our house "showed very well." I should have written this review several weeks ago. But in waiting this long, I can now add that I'm sure The Groutsmith has helped us to sell our home! Thanks, Onur and crew!

The team was very polite and professional. They knew what they were doing and really took their time to do all work needed. Our tiles looked like brand new tiles right after they were done. I highly recommend them to anybody who would like to see how an amazing work can be done. I am very happy with their work and the result.

Houston Groutsmith was amazing! We had our foyer, dining area, kitchen, mudroom, half bath, and laundry room done (about 1,000 sq ft) and it made the whole house look brighter and cleaner! I was a little skeptical that the floor would look as amazing as the pictures but Julie promised we would be happy with the results, and she was so right. We are 1000% satisfied and we will definitely be using them for our other bathrooms (particularly the showers) and again in ten years when our warranty is up!

They were able to give us an in-home estimate within 48 hours of calling and they were even able to squeeze us in the next week (after I procrastinated on making a decision for a few days). Julie was super nice and helpful for the estimating process and the guys that came to the work were extremely friendly and courteous. After we got the floors cleaned, I found out one of my friends that manages a few dozen properties also uses Houston Groutsmith for all of their grout work and they are always satisfied and use them exclusively.

Groutsmith worked on my master bath and other full bath: re-grouted/caulked the tubs, re-grouted the toilet and did an overall exceedingly fabulous job! The rep first spent about 30 minutes with me the day before they came to look at the rooms, took detailed notes on what I needed, and even matched my grout color with his chart!
