Your reps have no regard or respect for "no soliciting" signs! We run a home buisness and have very barky dogs, which is specifically why I spent money on, and mounted a "no soliciting" sign directly next to the doorbell that they keep ringing! Upon opening the door and gesturing to the sign I am meet with a "ya, I saw it and chose to ignore it" look.

This seems to be a regular occurrence for your company since we moved to this area in February, and I'm over it! The next rep who ignores the "no soliciting" sign will be reported to the police and if it happens again I will be contacting an attorney!

I called today to get an appointment on a home generator, and the guy wouldn't even come out to my home to give me a quote on a $15,000 - $20,000 purchase! BUYER BEWARE!

This review is purely based on an estimate perspective. I was given a quote of $19.3k by Tesla for 9.6kw system. As you might know Tesla shows you the prices in their site and anyone can see them. Someone from South face solar called me after I asked for an estimate and said a reputable company would charge double that for installing a 9.6kw system and a 20k install is a scam.

I am pretty sure Tesla is not a scam company If you don't know, there are reputable companies who installs around this cost. $2/w is what is considered as a great price for solar. This company must be ripping off their customers if they are charging double that as I have multiple quotes from reputable solar installation companies from 20k to 22k for a 9.6kw system. Customers, beware of this company.

I purchased an off-grid home in Buckeye in 2020. I originally hired a different company to install new batteries, generator, and compatible ac system for my off-grid home. I spent well over 30k on this entire system. By summer 2021, I started having issues with my system and called my installer to check it out. They couldn't figure it out and had me use my generator 12 hours a day until they could find another technician.

This over ran my generator and caused several issues. They never called me back and I had to call another company. I had 4 different companies come and check out my system and they all said they weren't familiar enough with full "off-grid" systems to fix my issue. Southface was the 5th company to come to my home. Not only did they fix my system, they fixed the errors from my original installer. I'm so grateful for their help. They were also very competitively priced. Thank you Southface!

The SouthFace team recently completed a solar/battery installation at my home. Their team was efficient and extremely knowledgable, and the installation is professional from start to finish. The amount of detail that goes into one of these installations is amazing, from the electric wiring, to the panel installation, to the running of conduit and J-boxes in the attic. Corey, the owner of SouthFace was on-site the majority of one day during the installation, and it was pleasing to see him quizzing and educating his crew on various electric topics during their lunch break.

The entire system has recently had final configurations applied, and I now avoid completely the 3 - 8 pm APS on-peak charges completely, running my house completely from solar and battery. Great job!

Horrible Company paid cash for my panels 7 years ago. After I paid then I was informed you track how your panels are doing with your high speed internet which I do not have. So they gave me an envoy unit to plug in to track. Panels have a 25 year warranty. They used to come pick my unit up every 6 months check it and give it back. 1 1/2 years ago they had a guy call me that can't even talk english very well. Said we don't have usage for you.

I explained we have an envoy unit. He didn't even know what it is. I had to explain. Then he says I have to bring it all the way to PHX. 160 miles round trip. When they use to pick it up. They don't want to accommodate people up North anymore. So my husband took it to him. No one ever calls me back. Find an email oh your unit doesn't work you will need to buy a new one.

I said how much oh $500. Wow I am saving alot of money on my electricity paying 18k for my panels then saying I have to spend $500 more. I don't believe them that it's not working. They never returned my item. Then they hooked me up with someone from envoy talked to him last year. He said he was going to try and get me one with waving the cost.

He said let them hold on to your old one so I can get you a new one. Over a year later NO one has done anything! My next step is to file with the BBB and contact Gary Lezack 3 on your side

I've been working with SouthFace Solar for years. They have always done a great job and are there when I need them. Example: a hail storm damaged my roof, so it needed replaced. Although the solar panels were OK, they had to be removed during the roof repair. SouthFace Solar worked with my contractor so the panels had minimal downtime.

Excellent company to work with. Everything was outlined and listed up front, there was no surprise or additional charges. I was notified whenever there was work going to be done and to when they had to wait to further word due to inspections needed at different stages of progress. I have had my system since summer of 2014 and never had any problems.

It has saved large amounts of dollars in electric bills. So for me, this was a very wise choice in going solar. PS. I would like to add that I had estimates from other solar companies and SouthFace Solar was the most reasonable plus having panels made in USA.

We had Southface remove and reinstall our solar panels for some roof repair. This company was a pleasure to work with from the first contact through the final stage. The crew was very polite, was experienced in their field and were very professional. This is a company you will want to contact if you need anything related to your solar system. I contacted 3 other companies and Southface was by far the one that was interested in helping with my project and at a very competitive rate. If I had to rate them they would deserve a A+++. Really top notch!

I live up in central Arizona and met Corey at a home show a few years back. They had no problem coming up here and installing the solar system for us. We thought everything was good but a few months back I actually looked up at my ceiling and noticed a bolt sticking out, I called Corey and he said that they ALWAYS stand by their work. He committed to me that he himself would drive up here and take a look and if it was their problem he would fix things. It's been months and he has never called back. It seems that his company will only stand by their work if it's done locally. If you live anywhere outside of Phoenix don't use this company

After moving into our new home we decided to have solar installed. We interviewed 6 different companies and are so glad we chose Southface Solar. Our first choice was Pur Solar but they want you to pay 80% upfront which turned us off. Southface was willing to work with us to get our business. The sales rep was very professional and willing to listen and work with us.

They did everything possible to help us get "grandfathered" before the new rates took effect. Thanks to their efforts we are locked in at the old rates for the next 20 years. We were scheduled to be installed the end of October. We received a call and they were able to install the system in early October. The techs that came out were very professional.

They arrived on time and cleaned up at the end of each work day. It took 3 days to install the system. It was a very neat and clean install. We just had to wait for the city inspector and APS to do their thing before the system became functional. Everyone has signed off on their part and APS came out ahead of schedule to finish up the install. Once the new meters were installed I was able to "throw" the switch and start using solar power.

The sales rep came out today and setup our box for wifi so we can monitor the usage. Again they contacted us to see how things were going and were pleased to hear that APS was ahead of schedule. We cannot say enough about our pleasant experience with Southface and highly recommend them to anyone wishing to install solar. They will listen to you and treat you right.

SSE was one of five solar companies we asked to bid to purchase a photovoltaic solar system. SSE had the best overall pricing and worked with us on the utility incentive. The workmanship and appearance are great. Even the conduit was painted to match our house. Their customer service is outstanding.
